They got rid of the ant problems that we had. We tried someone else and it worked over them. They actually made it work.

Moxie was fantastic! They were punctual, took care of my spider infestation problem, and set up my termite protection system in record time. I'd heartily recommend them.

Shane, announced his arrival and asked if the interior needed to checked or treated. I advised that we had seen no interior activity, therefore we agreed that no treatment was needed. Shane the proceeded to exam and treat the exterior of the building. When he was finished he gave me an invoice of the activities performed and the treatments applied. This was the best check and treatment. Complete, and polite. Great job.

Eric W. came out to our house for our quarterly inspection. He was very polite and professional. At the end of our normal service we mentioned that we were having an issue with mice getting into the basement. Even though it is out of the scope of the service plan we have with Moxie, he went around and took pictures of all the possible entry points and provided us with some traps for the basement. He went above and beyond the normal service and is a great technician!

Purchased via Angie's list on a Thursday. Input the 3 dates requested per the Angie's list online form- selected Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the following week- was told it was a success and someone would contact me via the information I left. By the following Tuesday I called moxie to follow up. Very nice CS rep informed me I was not on the books and earliest she could get me in was the following week. I was annoyed that no one called to inform me- I had to call them to find out I wasn't on schedule- so if I never called I'm guessing I never would have been scheduled I was called day of the revised schedule date to be told I needed to be home- not good when I was a dozen states away- why didn't anyone tell me this prior?! I was pretty upset and told them that I had mentioned several times this unit is unoccupied and there's a lockbox. Rep placed me on hold then said I didn't have to be there but needed to sign and return a form stating I am allowing them to enter the property. In the end, the service was done- butnit seemed to be way more headache than necessary. Other companies on Angie's list are very simple, you buy the deal, fill out necessary information, and the company responds to you if necessary. Something seems slightly broken with their system.

We are on a bimonthly service, and Shane Gooding, one of Moxie's technicians, just came by. He is efficient and responsive and just a nice person. He immediately set about getting rid of the spider webs at the outside lights and asked if there were any areas I wanted him to pay particular attention to before he put down the granules in the yard. Before signing on with Moxie, we had an explosion of ant hills in the yard and literally columns marching out and under the porch and inside the hollow tube bases of solar lights around the decking. I also found them on occasion inside the house. We needed to control their population. Because I was wary of any chemicals that might be toxic to the environment, we chose the organic treatment and after two years, we have seen less ant activity and less pests in general. Moxie is very responsive and will return in between scheduled service as many times as a customer calls without an extra charge.

The technician, Shane Gooding, arrived on time and treated the exterior of the house around the foundation. Shane was courteous and explained his tasks for this full quarterly service.

Moxie's technician, Paul Scarcella, arrived the next day, on time, and treated the area and the foundation around the house. Paul had a friendly and professional attitude as he explained the treatment options. He also recommended that I call Moxie again when the surrounding damaged floor is removed, and they would treat the area before the new flooring is installed. These treatments will have no additional cost, as they are covered in my contract.

Great! Stephan arrived on time; told me what he was going to do and proceeded to do a thorough treatment inside and out. Also cleaned webs from exterior of house. Was professional, polite, and friendly. Very pleased with the quality of the service and products used.

James Francis, the Moxie technician did a magnificent job treating my home and yard for pests. He also took the time to explain the who, what, when, where and why regarding the questions I asked him. He was most thorough, professional and courteous. I am most comfortable in knowing my home is pest free and in the unlikely event I should suspect pests, I know I can call Moxie and they will come to my home in record breaking time to fix the problem as they have done before. Next, I would like to address Corresta from the Moxie Customer Service. Corresta was most courteous, professional and friendly. She answered all my questions about my contract to my utmost satisfaction. After dealing with TWO Moxie Pest Control departments -- Technicians and Customer Services -- I conclude that Moxie is indeed Customer Focused, not only in word, but in deed. I am delighted to be a Moxie Pest Control customer and will remain so for years to come!

It went great. Eric has been to our home before and has always done an outstanding job. He went above and beyond today as well by educating me on ant activity, behavior and the proper way to treat with the least amount of inconvenience. He found the ant colony outside and treated areas that were infested. Eric is very personable and well versed on his trade. Thank you Moxie and Eric for coming to our rescue!

We have a maintenance contract with Moxie, actually had it for at least 4 years. I like that they come and do a quarterly treatment to keep critters at bay. They have successfully gotten rid of mice and ants, as well as carpenter bees, roaches and jumping spiders. And they come back for free if the pest problem does not get resolved. We just had them out again and our technician Rob Sallade was very knowledge and taught me about our barn spiders. I also have to say that they were very accommodating when I got sick and went on long-term disability. They gave us a monthly payment plan, which helped. Overall a great experience.

They have had to come out several times for ants getting into the house. So they spray inside the house now, we had cats, with the elderly cats I wouldn't let them spray inside. But now, they do come inside. They are doing stuff inside and out, and they are doing a termite thing for us now too, which is a couple of times a year. They do the job. If you have ever had an exterminator, it is not an easy thing. They really can't make it pleasant for you.

They've always been really good and always responsive. If we have a special problem or something then they come out right away. I think their pricing is competitive with all the other pest control people in the area. We still have a contract with them and they're fine.

We have regular maintenance with them. They come out on a regular basis. If I have special problem, they come out right away and there's no extra charge.

Outstanding! The technician was very prompt and professional. Gave suggestions on how to avoid infestations of various critters. Offered information on very reasonably priced pest control services the company offered, but wasn't pushy or hard-selling about it. Will definitely use this company for future pest control needs!

After having an awful experience with Terminix in arranging a termite inspection, I searched on Angie's list and found Moxie Pest. It was wonderful to actually speak to someone on the phone with excellent customer service skills. We were able to schedule the inspection within two days, at a time that was convenient for our busy work schedules. Carl, our technician, arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He did a thorough inspection both inside and outside our home. He reviewed his findings with us and was very patient while answering our questions. We are now planning on switching our pest control service to Moxie just because of this experience alone. Thank you!!

I'm not happy. They come in every 3 months. I've been using them for 2 years now but I don't see much difference. We still have spiders and sometimes they come inside our house too. When I was using it the first year, she said that I had to continue because it was like a continuous process so they had to come every 2 months. It's been 2 years, and I see spiders yet they were supposed to be gone by then. Another thing I don't like about them is that they don't use ladders, they just use some adjustable sticks and my back window is like on the third floor, it's kind of high so they never reach them. It means they don't use chemicals around my window and spiders can climb from the roof as well. So I'm probably going to switch. I wouldn't recommend them. It's 99 bucks each time they come so it's expensive. For $400 a year, I think they should do a better job. They answer the phone and things like that. I don't think the chemicals they use are doing anything for me. It's not like they are not reliable, they come but who knows what they are doing. I've been using them for 2 and a half years at least, maybe 3.

I liked them but I'd never used a special service before. That's why I was so excited because I'm freaked out about spiders and everything. All people like butterflies but I hate them because all I see are just the little eyes looking at me and it freaks me out. They are always nice and polite. She promised a discount. I used to pay $99 and then for the second year she said she'd give me a discount of $89 but then they came back to the same price without notifying me. They are responsive. They come in on time. They don't use ladders, they use sticks!

It went great. The Technician Chuck Schafer did a great job. Was in and out in an orderly manner. Climbed under the house to take care of some minor issue. Very professional, would recommend him and Moxie to anyone.

My technician (Anthony Robinson) was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He answered all of my questions, explained what was going to take place with the initial treatment, and took care of the servicing in a very professional manner. I've never had a pest company treat my house before and heard of Moxie from my neighbor who has used their service and has been extremely pleased over the years. I am pleased with the service provided and the kind and friendly technician, Anthony, that did the initial treatment.
