Description of Work: Did a great job on replacing drywall from a past leak (included corners too). Outdoor trim work was ok. He cut out rotten trim wood and replaced and painted. Either it rained too soon or he painted too soon after applying bonding because it pealed and I had to sand and repaint a small area.

Description of Work: Moss performed a variety of electrical services around the house. Greg was terrific - he was incredibly efficient, asked questions and involved me if there were judgment calls, went about his business if there were not, identified a couple issues for me on his own, and was even game when we had to examine an outside horse barn on a very mushy yard day. Description of Work: High quality work but delays with implementation were unfortunate.

Description of Work: I use them for handyman services. I had a full days’ worth of odd jobs for him to work on. I had an exhaust fan I thought needed to be replaced, but it turned out it just wasn’t attached well in the attic. That saved me money because I was able to return the replacement fan I had bought.

Description of Work: Moss provided Stan as the handyman of the day. He was able to improve our laundry room with adding drywall and patching existing drywall so that we can paint the room. Stan also worked on repairing some dry rot on our fence outside and painting some trim on an outside window. All of the work he did was excellent and professional finishes. Thank you Stan.

Description of Work: I had a list of items that needed to be done - broken transition strips, new faucets outside, install new door hardware, assemble and hang a chandelier, etc. Serviceman was very prompt (7:30am) and moved his way through my list for 8 hours straight. Great bargain and I would recommend them again!!

Description of Work: Brian arrived promptly and I gave him a list of about 10 things to do. He immediately went to work, provided good advice, made suggestions about some of the projects, cleaned everything up, and did an overall great job. I would definitely use Moss again especially if they assigned Brian to my project.

Description of Work: I had Moss installed two ceiling fans, one in the master bedroom and one in the guest bedroom. Also repair an existing ceiling fan in the kitchen area, and remove a florescent light in the kitchen and install recessed lighting. The technician was very friendly, arrived on time, answered all of my questions and provided all services required. I was very happy with the work performed.

Description of Work: He did handyman work for two days. He assembled a shed. He replaced several door knobs. Installed a door bell. He replaced the caulk in two bathrooms.

Description of Work: They capped the trim on exterior window in the back of the house and a few handyman repairs. They sub-contracted the work out however it was done well. We had some trouble communicating with them. There was some confusion with the sub-contractor about what work was being done. However, everything got done correctly and it all looks good.

Description of Work: Communication was very good. I was contacted to provide pictures and specifics of what I wanted repaired. Moss let me know the limitations of what could be accomplished in the time allotted. Various repairs around the house were done including caulking, replacing broken drawers and shelves. Stan also repaired some areas in our siding that were damaged due to water and woodpeckers. He built up an area near the threshold of the front door. He also took down an old rotted wooden arbor and hauled it away for me. I was pleased with his service. The only snafoo was that I bought the wrong type of cement filler for the caulking project and the finished product wasn't up to par. However, that was due to the product consistency and not to Stan's workmanship.
