+ -1 moreAs usual he did an excellent job. He obtained the exhaust fans for us, installed them, and figured out why a bedroom light was buzzing. Actually the bulbs were buzzing (because the remote, which we bought separately, has two, not one "on" buttons-I was pressing the one for "dim" but the bulbs we had in the fixture did not support "dim." I just gave him some bulbs to switch out and not only did the buzzing stop but now I have two actual settings for my BR lighting. Mike had done all of the electrical work since we bought our 1964 house in all its original glory. I plan to have him install an attic fan in the spring.
Description of Work: replaced two old bathroom exhaust fans and figured out why a bedroom light fixture was buzzing. In the past he has replaced all of our 1964 outlets and light switches, installed light fixtures and ceiling fans where there were none, and installed floodlights in our back yard.
