They did a good job.

Excellent. Jennifer came out and drew up the plan and it was scheduled quickly. The project was fairly priced and Marvin the foreman did a great job leading his team. The patio exceeded my expectations. I would hire Meadows Farm and Marvin in particular in the future.

Everything was completed on schedule as planned. The team's arrival was slightly delayed due to traffic, but the team leader called to let us know and confirm that they would definitely be able to complete the project as scheduled. When they arrived, the team leader reviewed the plan with me and walked me through the excavation and installation steps. The team then worked steadily to complete the work. Everything was professionally done. This is the third project they have done for us and we will definitely use them again.

I hired them to collect and dispose of leaves at my house. The day they were scheduled to be there they were a no-show, not even a call. I had to call them and was told they would be out the next day between 10:00 and 11:00. Again a no-show and no call from them. I had to call them again and was told they would be out at 1:00 PM. Again a no-show. They eventually showed up at 2:15PM. They worked for an hour, got about 1/3 of my yard done and told me they ran out of space on their truck for the leaves. It was like pulling teeth to get them to waive the $31.50 leaf disposal fee for the 2nd hour they were there, even though they deposed of no leaves in the second hour, apparently it its their "policy" to charge the disposal fee on the whole time they were there, even if they don't depose of anything. Multiple calls to management resulted in them finally waiving the disposal fee but offering no compensation for making me wait for them for 1.5 days. Oh, and the reason they didn't show up the first day, "Another job came up". The reason for being 4 hours late the next day? "Another job came up near where the crew was". And the worst of it was after 4 phone calls and multiple emails there was not a single apology made, simply bogus reasons they didn't show up when they were supposed to. in short, terrible service and miserable management.

Outstanding. From custom design with a professional landscape architect to the final product, superior. Marjorie the designer was mellow and creative with no up-selling or short-shrifting. She knew our budget and intent and drew it to standard. Scheduling was easy. In about two weeks, the crew arrived as appointed with 10 dudes cranking out some hard digging, lifting and rock masonry on a sweltering June day. They were in and out during work hours and required no at-home presence. The quality of craftsmanship was top notch. The team did not skimp on materials or details (filling in full loads of dirt and topsoil, plumb-lined stones, etc). The whole process was a huge improvement over previous experiences with other high-visibiltiy local nurseries who wanted to charge $20,000+ for the same work.

They did an excellent job. I was able to make myself understood by them. They were very hardworking.
