Excellent. Company scheduled date & staff completed work in one day. Follow up on plan that wilted during heatwave was great! Replacement & planting provided.

The design was very good and the designer (Tom) came out multiple times to work through the details and the plant selection. It was a busy season so scheduling took some time. The installation was delayed due to weather but then was done in one day. I selected the option with the full plant warranty - one of the trees died and I have been waiting for a replacement since June.

Not good. I purchased a landscape special which would include a consultation plus sketch with an estimate to perform work. I was disappointed with the results. I submitted my request for a landscaper to Meadows Farms, I had to call back several times to get someone there to return my calls. The first designer did not show up. I finally was able to schedule a different designer who discussed my thoughts and reviewed concepts. After nearly two weeks later, I had to call him back to request my estimate. I received a rough pencil sketch with no dimensions, no other details, and a single number estimate with no details on plants or hardscape design, no breakout of materials or labor charges. It was if Meadow Farms just "cranks" out these rough designs, with no thought to the customization or specifics for the property. Frankly, for what I received, I could have done the design myself.

We were able to schedule an evaluation easily, and Jacob, the designer, was great. He developed a plan around our interests (low maintenance, native plants) and made suggestions about what we might be able to do on our own to save some money. If we decide to go with the plan, we will probably purchase the suggested plants from them.

Team of three men arrived with fools and plants. Installation progressed according to the plan as developed by the Meadows Farm Landscape architect. Design looks perfect. Well done!

Difficult job but they used American ingenuity and its going to look great.

Fine -- Nick Delledonne was responsive and prompt; appointment was easy to make. He was clear in explaining the process, and patient in responding to requests for minor modification in the design. He prepared a proposed sketch and contract for the work, easy to understand and flexible in terms of how much work I did myself and how much Meadows Farms was responsible for. I felt the Angies List offer was well worth taking advantage of, and am considering whether and when to have the landscaping work itself done.

Paul gave me some ideas and I have to see if I can afford to do them.

It went very well. The rep was very nice and gave me some great suggestions and instructions on how to plant them

Jennifer was on time, efficient and thorough. We decided to go with her estimate and plan. She met me at the paver yard and we confirmed the stones.

Great, plan was drawn up to deal with erosion issues. The plan includes items that will address the issues and beautify the landscape as well. I intend to use Meadows to do the installation according to the plan.

Paul was prompt, called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Very professional and knows what he's doing. He's been with the company for over 25 years. He gave me a landscape drawing for a few areas in our yard and also gave me an estimate in chunks (cost of doing part of it with us doing the rest as we are on a budget). Wasn't pushy at all.

Crew arrived promptly (30 min. early), went right to work, job seemed well planned layout exactly as promised.

John (the Foreman) & his 2 workers worked very hard all day, in the extreme heat. The work looks great, a total transformation!

Everything was done in a professional manner; from scheduling to completion of the job. We requested the same team (John & 2 others) because of the quality of their work. We would highly recommend!

Overall it was a positive visit. However the designer was all business, and was clearly in a rush and interested in trying to sell me Meadows Farms services and really just focused on one area of our property. I understand it was very inexpensive consultation, so I didn't have super high expectations, but I was hoping for more concrete plans rather than simply and outline of a garden bed and list of plants that might look good. Their website has a design consultation for $49 that includes 1-2 hours with a designer and includes an estimate and design sketch. The Angie's List deal was advertised as having a value of $140, so I kind of expected at least that level of service or better. I do think that Meadows Farm's nursery is convenient and has decent prices, so I will likely continue to use them in the future.

The work wasn’t followed rep to the design agreed to- boulders were small & multiple- had a large boulder surrounded by smaller mocha. The foreman decided to eliminate the french drain pipe. Tim never returned to over see the end results. I called Tim this A. M. - he is returning wed. One of the new shrubs was broken with a larch left dangling.

Well, designer was a bit unorganized but install went well. One plant was incorrect so they are bringing it back later.

Arrived on time, discussed what was to be done in detail. Performed work as discussed and continuous.
