Description of Work: The Landscape designer came to my house, and evaluated my back yard for renovation. She supplied a design, plant recommendations and a quote. The quote was significantly higher than I expected, and having just replaced the windows, I just didn't have the money to take advantage of their offer. Comparisons with other providers suggest the quote is reasonable, so, had I the money, I would use them.

Description of Work: I called them last summer for an estimate on a new front porch, walkway and landscaping front and sides of our property. After about a week, the designer contacted me. I had to wait another 1-2 weeks for an appointment. I spent 1.5 hrs with the designer and never heard from him again. He never delivered a plan or even contacted me back. Meadow Farms never contacted me either. I was not impressed with their service.

Description of Work: I used a $29 Big Deal for a landscaping evaluation and plan. Due to the weather, my evaluation was delayed from Jan until March. Ms. Smith did a nice job designing a plan to correct a drainage problem for our backyard, but we decided not to invest in the changes at the time and no actual landscaping work was done.

Description of Work: The designer consultant from Meadow's Farms spent a great deal of time with me discussing my the possibilities for my townhouse yard. The weather was terrible and we could not spend much time outside, unfortunately, but we still came up with a possible plan and he gave me the cost estimate for both that and some possible alternatives. The designer followed up with emails of many possible plants I might want to use, a sketch, and said that if I chose to use Meadow Farms he would return and do a detailed, accurate drawing of what the plot would look like. Because of other work on the house, I cannot begin new landscaping for awhile, but this designer and the Meadow's Farms' guarantees for plant survival will probably bring me to contract with them.

Description of Work: Excellent job by the landscape consultant who came out to our house. I was looking for good advice on what to do with the front and back yards, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us some estimates on future work, which we will most likely pursue.

Description of Work: Meadows Farms installed our Patio. There were delays due to rain, however, the installation crew were top notch. Unfortunately, only two out of 4 capstones were ordered, and poly-sand was to be installed the day after the rain, but the scheduling office did not send the crew back to finish with the capstones or finishing poly-sand until two weeks later. Finished product is amazing however. Kudo's to Scott and his crew, disappointed with the scheduling office however.

Description of Work: I bought a special they had on their landscape design service. I didn't get a call for several days. When the designer finally called we scheduled an appointment which he later cancelled due to weather although where I lived there was no rain. We rescheduled and he came out and discussed extensive plans for the backyard and said he would have drawings to me in the next day or two. I called a week later and he said he hadn't gotten to them but would send them out but I didn't receive them. I called and spoke with the manager who said he would check with the designer and refund my purchase price. I eventually received a sketch from the designer with pricing but it had the wrong address on the invoice. I called to have it corrected but it was resent the same way. I never received my refund. I really wanted to have the work done but because of their poor response time failure to make corrections I didn't feel confident that working out the details and having them properly executed for such a big project was worth the investment.

Description of Work: Professional landscape design with multiple options. They very much are concerned with costs and offer suggestions how to keep the costs down. No other landscape contractor spent more than 10 minutes on site. Meadows Farms spent 2 hours.

Description of Work: They must have been overwhelmed with their special offer. A rep called me once. I called back twice and emailed twice...then I requested a refund.

Description of Work: They removed and replaced all plants and tree in the front of the house. Also, created a new plant bed and stepping stone walkway along the entire side of the house, with an excellent variety of plants chosen especially for the specific environmental conditions. Not the cheapest vendor out there, but excellent products and service. They also provided very helpful written instructions on how to care for all the plants.
