Description of Work: Replaced HVAC system. Installation was done in less that a day as had been indicated when we got the estimate. No cleanup was needed on our part because they cleaned up everywhere they worked. We've been very satisfied with the new system and have experienced 40% lower electrical usage on AC despite having a really hot July and needing to keep the temperature very low due to a medical condition.

Description of Work: They were very professional and knowledgeable but the price was quite a bit higher than others so we went with another company. Very impressed with this company but price difference was deciding factor.

Description of Work: They installed a new HVAC system. They arrived on time, worked quietly, removed the old system, and were careful to not damage floors or walls as they moved items in and out of the house. The heat pump unit had a bad valve that became apparent about a week after the unit was installed. They quickly replaced it at no cost to me. The unit has been working very well since. They were very professional and we are pleased we selected Mannix.

Description of Work: We needed a second heat pump system to cool our upper level. The Mannix rep, Hal was very detailed and thorough when discussing my options (much more than the other 2 HVAC dealers). He gave me several options and even included "scratch & dent" units that would save significant $$. Once I made my decision, they installed the system the next business day. Installers were professional and listened/addressed my installation concerns/suggestions. |Excellent overall service and I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: They responded promptly to the call for AC repair, then sent an estimator for installation of a new system (badly needed). For the AC replacement, they arrived on time, and finished efficiently with minimal disruption. The work was superb and the staff was very professional. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: They installed a ceiling fan in a bedroom that did not have a pre-installed ceiling electrical box. Their work was excellent, and their clean up was immaculate. Will use them again.

Description of Work: The technician mis-diagnosed the problem with my A/C unit. They deliberately pointed out things as being problems which were not. They were trying to get me to replace the unit rather than fix a simple problem. After a more reputable company fixed it, the unit lasted through last summer and is still working this year.
