Lumber Liquidators - Chantilly

Complete flooring did first day without any problems .

They have other locations but the one I used is in Chantilly. The experience was pretty good. They have a web site so you can see what you're buying and the quantity. They have a show room so you can get an idea on what you want. The quality of the material is pretty good.

The quality of the flooring was amazing. They did the job right and they took their time on the project. I felt the price was pretty good for what they did. They arrived on time for the appointment. It was quick and easy to purchase everything. They had a financial adviser on site and they were easy to work with as well. They were absolutely amazing!

The salesperson person was actually very helpful at the beginning , i did select the hardwood floor i wanted to use with y husband and mentioned to sales person that we got 2 large dogs. So not getting scratched was very important for us. They did tell us that the floor has 25 years of warranty and made in USA. Right at the beginning my builder warned me about the hardwood floor, i supposed to listen to him. The pieces of hardwood floor was first of all too short, therefor there were lot of seams. Also the pieces were not perfectly straight. So we did go back and explained the issue to them and they said it is with in industry standards. We had to move in to our house and we did told our builder to proceed with the work. It has been less than 2 months the floor is installed and we can see the gabs between the joints already. Our builder was kind enough to replace the pieces we had issues with. I would not recommend their selection to anyone, the warranty that they are mentioning is a junk, All the hardwood floor has already have bunch of scratches on it.

So far is all good. Very professional staff and informative.

Lumber Liquidator Chantilly provided excellent service. They didn't try to push the most expensive or sexiest product. They actually listen to us in regards to our wants and needs and within the price range we were looking for. They explained the process, the products and the procedures in a thorough way and to ensure our satisfaction. The installers were excellent (All Wood Flooring, LLC)! Contractors through Loews and Home Depot, who wanted to charge double of what Lumber Liquidators installer offered to install, stated that it was a day and a half to two day job. Lumber Liquidators got the job within in four and a half hours. The installers were courteous and they showed up 5 minutes before scheduled time. They also cleaned up really good behind themselves. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and would recommend them to my parents if they lived here.

I don't remember the gentlemen I spoke with at lumber liquidators, but the Gentleman who came and did the measurements was named Mustafa. He took all measurements quickly and professionally. In case you are not familiar with Lumber Liquidators, their process is slightly different than some of the other flooring supplier/installer companies. With LL, you can buy the flooring yourself and install it yourself or have their recommended installer do the work. You can also purchase the flooring supplies and have your own installer put it in. Mustafa is the recommended installer for the Chantilly LL (maybe others as well). Mustafa will only give you the quote for the labor. You have to go to LL in order to get the materials cost. The installer and LL work in conjunction but it does not feel seamless. After further research we decided not to go with the brand of bamboo that LL stocks.

It was a very bad experience and I would never recommend them to anybody. I was going to have hard wood floors put in. It was a long story we didn't have the floors put in I had to return everything to them and it took me over 3 months to get my money back in fact I had to threaten legal action.

This was our second visit to Lumber Liquidators, but this time we were serious buyers with other estimates in hand. We were immediately greeted upon arriving at the store and I told them exactly what I wanted. My husband had many questions about the other types of wood available for installation and they answered all of them. We where then quite sure that the product we wanted was the best type for us. Since we had measurements from another company, we asked for a ball park estimate for materials and installation, which they were quick to work up. We were very excited about their price, and asked what the next steps were. They introduced us to the person that does the measurements and an appointment for the next day was made to get an full estimated. We visited the shop the day after the estimate to sign the papers and sign up for no cost financing. We were also happy to learn about a promotion they were currently having on a decreased installation cost. The workmen arrived when promised and were very careful moving my furniture. They finished the job in a few hours and paid great attention to details during the installation, and cleaned up all signs of their work afterward.
