Description of Work: Remove and replaced gas water heater. The replacement model was not a "name" brand but did seem a step up from the construction quality original. Technician was punctual, polite and professional. Only one person came for the job, two might be safer and more efficient but no incidents. Technician was knowledgable. All piping and joints appear true and done well.

Description of Work: They replaced a water heater that had sprung a leak. I contacted them by email on a weekend and they came right away Monday morning. They set right to work and were finished in a few hours. Having to replace a corroded valve and fitting the new plumbing within the space of a 90 year old house took some skill.

Description of Work: Installed a battery backup sump pump. The work went without any problems but I thought they were going to install a separate pump with the battery backup and not remove my brand new pump that had been installed with the building of the house. So I now have a separate pump with no home but have it available if anything should happen to the pump recently installed

Customer was not happy about overtime pricing. It was a Sunday night at 9pm and we found broke cpvc waterlines in wall going to a single fixture. Our tech did not have material on truck from working all weekend and capped of lines so the homeowner could have water to rest of her home. We promptly returned Monday am and made permanent repairs. A total of 4.5 hours was spent doing a leak search and repair as she was not charged travel time for second visit. We spoke with customer about pricing before we came out to her home and she was fine with price until work was complete.
