It went excellently well! He was on time, efficient, effective, and was able to tell me exactly what I needed to get, saving time and money from another visit.

Tested the new sump pump during two storms in the area. It seemed to be working well. Scott also cleaned the sump pump hole. In addition, the $8.00 plus materials was refunded.

We needed to get our pipes inspected in a short amount of time and Liberty Plumbing was very flexible to meet up with us. The owner was very professional and checked the pipes throughly in a timely manner. He showed us the inside of the pipes as he was going and helped us understand what was going on. Job scheduled for 9 am but he didn't arrive at my house until after 10 am. But once he arrived, he did the job quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up the area afterwards. Tub was installed perfectly level which made our DIY tile work easy. Paid exact price as quoted by phone in advance.

I am confused to give an "A" or a "B", because they did great job on the water heater with very quick response, but our sink problem got worse after they checked it. The mechanic filled one side of the sink with water until it was overflowing to the other side, this may have caused some pressure inside the pipe, so when we use it now, both side the sink immediately fill with water. Before this, we only had some issues when we used the disposal, but now when we use the water, both sinks fill up with water almost immediately. Between washing each dish, I have to wait for 5 minutes for the water to go down. Now we need a snake service as soon as possible.

It went well! I threw a lot of projects that were just impossible to get done in 2 hours..so he was able to stay longer and charged me the same rate per hour as the angie's list special. He even installed my Ikea sink in a more secure way than what the Ikea kit provides which I appreciated. The caulk looks nice too! He even took away some of the old porcelain to help dispose of it. Such a great help!

I call Liberty for a second opinion on the location of a root blockage and potential sewer line break I got from an initial company. They came out very quickly and scoped the line with a camera and determined the break was under the basement floor and not where the first company thought it was out by the street. The repair was done very professionally and exactly as estimated. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

Showed up on time. Moved everything out of the way of water heater and put everything back after installation.

Liberty performed the services as expected and I would use them again.

I had a really old pump whose float stopped working. The pump was installed in an old house that didn't have a sump housing. Before I purchased the Angie's List deal from provider, I asked their technician if they could take a look at the old pump and see if a sump housing could be installed as well. I sent them pictures. Jeff, one of the plumbers, was nice enough to explain to me what it would take to put a sump housing around the pump. He also offered to come and take a look at it himself to see if there was any possibility of enlarging the area around the pump to house the sump. He came and recommended that I simply replace the pump since there was no benefit of making the well larger to accommodate the sump. I was convinced and purchased the pump replacement deal from them. I was able to schedule an appointment the following day and it was done in 45 minutes and the pump is working just well.

We had a great experience with Liberty Plumbing. They were very professional and came to our home quickly! We had experienced a clog in out downstairs bathroom toilet pipe. They used the camera snake to identify the problem area, cleared it out and made sure there were no other problem areas in the pipelines. Tech was wonderful-- he allowed us to watch the monitor of the camera snake and explained each area that was visible. He walked us through all the steps he was taking and was genuine in his concern to fix our plumbing problem. We will definitely keep this company in mind for any future plumbing needs Friendly, efficient & professional!

WOW, this is one of the best experiences we've ever had with any service provider. We bought the Angie's List Big Deal and got SAME DAY SERVICE with top-notch professional care in very aspect of the job. From the first call to Liberty Plumbing yesterday morning, the pleasant farewell to Leroy, who installed our new heater, yesterday afternoon, we could not have been happier with the service. Thanks to your company for taking what could have been a huge stress and turning it into a trouble-free resolution. Keep up the good work!

Scott from Liberty Plumbing did a great job. He called ahead of time to let me know when to expect him. He even came out during a snow event (we had at least 3 in. on the ground already and it was continuing to snow). He was conscious about not getting our floors or carpets dirty or wet from the snow, and he answered my questions during the process and even seemed fine with me watching the entire time. Everything went smoothly with the replacement, and he did this in relatively quick time (~3 hrs). I'd like to also note that the Liberty person who answered the phone when I called was very polite and very professional. She walked me through the process and their special pricing event, and didn't try to up-sell me on extra's that I didn't need right away, which I very much appreciated and which was different than other quotes I received. Liberty was consistently less expensive than their competitors, and honored that initially quoted price after installing and completing the job (ie. no hidden fees). They seem to be a very honest and customer-friendly company. I highly recommend them and i'd use them again in the future.

It went great. Melissa, the rep who took my call, was very responsive. I explained what I needed and she got me written quote for what I needed above and beyond the Angie's List deal they had for a new water heater very quickly. There was no haggling over price or "we'll beat any price you get" AND they were the best price amongst several plumbers I contacted. Not only that, when I explained I was concerned about the space available to host the heater, Melissa recommended sending out the plumber for an appointment 2 days later with a water heater to check my space before I purchased the deal to make sure everything would fit and if it did to go ahead and purchase the deal and install right then. That was very helpful and since it wasn't an emergency that worked out fine. Scott, the plumber, called 30 min prior to his scheduled arrival time to confirm he would be at my home in about half an hour. He arrived on time and was courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. He did an excellent job and took the time to answer my many questions. When he opened the water heater box we noticed it was dented in a few places. I asked if we could replace what looked like might be a damaged a water heater and he said "no problem". He continued to work while Liberty sent someone to deliver the replacement water heater. Scott completed the work in the timeframe Melissa said he would and cleaned up after himself. The whole experience was great and I can definitely recommend Liberty Plumbing

2 sinks were repaired during the 2 hours of the $200 deal. It was an additional $218 in labor to repair the 3rd sink and $50 in materials. Once the plumber left, I went upstairs to clean up after the repair. As I was wiping up the cabinet under the bathroom sinks I noticed that they were both still leaking. I called Liberty and they sent the repairman back immediately. He fixed the 2 sinks upstairs so that they no longer leaked. I wasn't happy that they were not fixed the first time and the repairman had to be called back. It also causes me to question the quality of all of the repairs and whether all sinks could have been repaired within the 2 hour window or not by another professional.

The plumber was reallly professional and efficient. He re-fit all plumbing emptying into the sink. I have a saltwater tank and the plumber was really gracious to take care that all additional pipes drained into the sink correctly. Everything works perfectly and not a drop of water leak or misalignment of the sink in a very tight space. The plumber cleaned up afterwards and took care of all parts to be discarded, and everything was accomplished within the time-frame .with a great professional attitude.

"First off I will say Leroy was great. Very personable and was quick. Had Liberty come out to replace a sump pump, because at the time I knew nothing about them. Unfortunately this was on a Sunday so the cost for labor was time and a half. Price was $696 for emergency visit and flat rate pump replace ($104 of that being emergency visit). When pump was plugged it was extremely loud. Leroy agreed to retrieve a new quieter pump and charge only the difference in the price of the pump. A few days later this event did occur and the pump was replaced. When it came time for billing the price was now $836. I looked up the two models of pumps online and at one retailer sump pumps direct the new 1/3 hp Zoeller pump was only $50 more than the 1/3 hp Proflo pump they originally installed. On Amazon the Zoeller pump was actually $50 cheaper than the Proflo. I understand markups for businesses to make money, but charging me an extra $142 and claiming that is just the price difference in the pump is a ridiculous rip off. Now that I know how simple a sump pump is, even the $696 is a rip off. That was no ones fault but my own in not realizing how simple a sump pump is. Called the shop and explained my issue and they basically just chuckled and explained handling fees, pump pick up fees, etc. Nothing they could do to help me with their ridiculous pricing, so I'm stuck getting ripped off. Leroy was great. Liberty is not. Stay away. "

I originally contacted my home warranty company regarding my water heater. The tech they sent out informed me that because the space housing the heater was so small(I live in a townhouse) that a heater of the same capacity (40 gallons) would not fit due to newer models being greater in diameter. The only option,he said, was to install a 30 gallon tank with a mixer valve. Total cost including the payout from the warranty company would exceed $2000.00. The warranty company said it was legally bound to replace with the same size unit. Since they were told a different size had to be installed, taking the cash out was my only option with them. I then contacted another company who reached the same conclusion. Their cost however would exceed $2500.00. I remembered Liberty from a previous experience and called. They informed me that there were a couple of companies still making 40 gallon tanks the size of mine. After acquiring the unit the technician (Scott) arrived on site and installed the water heater in much less time than estimated by the previous two companies and all for a cost of slightly over $1500.00 (including cash out). Scott was very professional as well as very pleasant. I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing services.
