I'm used to competing prices around for a job, and liberty plumbing came out with not only a lower price than some of the bigger names that you see around, but also left me more comfortable that no matter the price, they were going to do the job correctly. Leroy came out and took measurements during the quote, he talked about the job that he would be doing, and left me rather comfortable with the quality. Ultimately, they beat out the others with the price on top of this! Two plumbers (Leroy and another who I did not catch the name of) came out to do the work. They were a little later than the scheduled time, due to time constraints and finding some of the required parts at stores, but it was only an hour. Despite that, they still finished everything far ahead of the original estimated schedule (finished in about 4 hours) and did a great job on everything - new water heater w/ expansion tank, new furnace piping, and running a gas line to the kitchen. They did originally forget the expansion tank - but to my surprise, they ran out, got the parts and installed it the same day for me! This company will be a go to company for me in the future for all of my plumbing and piping needs; and we have a number of projects!

Garry Mullins and Robbey from Liberty Plumbing, Inc in Chantilly, Va installed a State water heater 75 gallons, model # GSX 75 XRRS, 10 year warranty, 10% senior citizen discount, new pan, 4 gallon expansion tank, they will pull permit, 1 year warranty. I had spoken with Liberty plumbing over the weekend, and then the office called me back on Monday to set up installation, but I told them that I already hired someone else. But, the other plumber's liability insurance was expired, and another plumber had liability insurance but no workman's comp insurance. Workers deserve to be covered by workman's comp insurance, medical insurance will not pay for work related injuries, but if they are injured on your property, you will pay. So, I called Liberty Plumbing back on Tuesday 11/23/2016, and within 2 hours, Diana emailed me an estimate and a copy of liability and workman compensation insurance. I called the number on the certificate to verify that the insurance was valid. And it was. I called Diana back, and the next day, the water heater was installed. I also had been dealing with noisy pipes when I ran the water or washing machine in the basement. The noise could be heard upstairs, people visiting would comment on how loud our pipes were. I have dealt with this for 10 years. Garry new right away what the problem was. He put a sponge around 3 areas on the hot water pipe. Guess what ?? ALL GONE. NOISE FREE. FREEDOM !!!!!!! Garry & Robbey were professonal and easy going and cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased, SOOOOOOO impressed, and at peace. I will definitely call Liberty again.

Damaged the chimney liner when removing the exhaust vent requiring HVAC contractor to come out and replace the chimney liner at my expense. Cost of chimney liner was more than the water heater and I was 2 days without hot water and heater. Totally bad experience. Will not recommend. They were two hours late claiming supplier and traffic issues. Will not use again.

They showed up on time and gave me the best deal for what I needed. Everything was great!

I had three things that i wanted done, they were only able to do two in the 2 hours of labor I bought but I was satisfied with what they did. Another plumber quoted me over $600 for the same job.

This is my favorite plumber so far. The price was good; and the installation team was very good.

Very well. Liberty has done an excellent job and Eric, who is part owner of the company, is very professional , honest, and responsive. Even when excavations were being done, Eric came out to supervise the crew and has been out several times to follow up with dye-testing and video inspections. Although several excavations were necessary, I appreciated that Liberty Plumbing continued to handle the work, was also responsive, fair in its price, and even talked to my home insurance company to help the rep understand the nature of the problem so she could process my home insurance claim. The office schedulers I have dealt with have also been very courteous and friendly and sympathetic as well as this has been a frustrating homeowner issue for me. I would highly recommend this company for all jobs, big and small.

Went fantastic. Plumber was very nice and knowledgeable. I had an older heater that took a LONG time to drain and he was very patient and pleasant to be with. Great company and great pricing.

These guys are great, they called me right away and scheduled the work for the following day. They showed up on time and fixed the issue quickly. They even called me to tell me the work had been completed and asked if I had any questions. This was important to me because the work needed to be done at one of my rental properties.

Replaced existing water heater with a new one. Due to new regulations water heaters are now larger than previous older models. They were accommodating to figure out the best avenue for areas with tight spaces and were very knowledgeable. In the end the new water heater was put in nicely with no problems and they were very clean and removed the old water heater. They were also very professional.

Arrived on time. Franklin was a knowledgeable plumber. Found issues with a previous installation of the drain trap. Franklin was able to correct the problem. Installation went smoothly. Cleanup completed after installation. Extremely happy with outcome.

Overall it went pretty well. Liberty Plumbing neglected to contact me to schedule the appointment, but when I called them, they were very friendly and apologetic for the oversight and right away gave me a appointment that worked with my schedule. It appeared that they have only recently been offering deals on Angie's List, since the technician arrived and promptly informed me that I needed to provide the faucet. When I called they company, they were again apologetic and quickly straightened everything out. The technician had just a few issues getting the seal right, but he worked at it until it was completely finished. I have used the faucet and it works really well; I haven't seen it in a frost yet, since it's still summer/fall. Overall they were nice people who put in a good faucet with a few bumps in the road - I would use them again if I need plumbing help.

Staff was great. Could not fix all the problems on the first or second visit, due to the unique nature of our fittings and fixtures. Did research and figured out the required pieces, and scheduled to come out to finish the job in the next couple of weeks.

Job went very well. The plumber was punctual and efficient. We paid for a 2-hr labor deal. With the remaining time, he was willing to look over remaining plumbing areas in the house and give advice on what should be done; but he didn't try to push for more work order. He was very polite
