Great. Our old faucet stopped working and I was eager to get it fixed. They got me on the schedule for the second working day after I called. They gave me a short, 2-hour window which is a rarity, and even better, showed up before the window started, calling en route. Bill could not have been more pleasant or professional. He gave an accurate assessment of how long the work would take, and went over pricing prior to performing the work.

Great. Showed up early (surprising) and replaced the sump pump with a new one for the advertised price. Tested to make sure it worked.

Well; however never receive any follow up on repairing the sewage line, even after multiple contacts requesting a bid on the job.

From my experience, Liberty Plumbing is an incredible company. Their customer service is unmatched - from the lady who took my calls for service to the extremely knowledgeable plumber, Bill. Bill came out to my house twice, once to diagnose the problem and then again to replace the kitchen faucet (with a faucet that I purchased). Unfortunately, the faucet that I purchased had a crack in it. Bill patiently waited while my son went and purchased another one. He didn't want us to be without a faucet over the weekend. That's what I call extraordinary service!!!! Bill had the faucet installed and everything cleaned up in no time. I will definitely be calling Liberty Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future. I used a $50 off coupon from Angie's List which brought the cost down to $131.00.

Liberty plumbing arrived on time and completed the work in less than an hour. The plumber was very knowledgeable and explained how my new sump pump worked.

I'm used to competing prices around for a job, and liberty plumbing came out with not only a lower price than some of the bigger names that you see around, but also left me more comfortable that no matter the price, they were going to do the job correctly. Leroy came out and took measurements during the quote, he talked about the job that he would be doing, and left me rather comfortable with the quality. Ultimately, they beat out the others with the price on top of this! Two plumbers (Leroy and another who I did not catch the name of) came out to do the work. They were a little later than the scheduled time, due to time constraints and finding some of the required parts at stores, but it was only an hour. Despite that, they still finished everything far ahead of the original estimated schedule (finished in about 4 hours) and did a great job on everything - new water heater w/ expansion tank, new furnace piping, and running a gas line to the kitchen. They did originally forget the expansion tank - but to my surprise, they ran out, got the parts and installed it the same day for me! This company will be a go to company for me in the future for all of my plumbing and piping needs; and we have a number of projects!

Great deal for water heater replacement.

Outstanding. Franklin arrived right on time and the first thing he did was to cover his work shoes. Within 30 minutes he had removed the toilet and determined a new attachment ring, attachment pipe & clamp as well as a new wax seal were needed. Pipes were attached with a toilet flange seals were installed and the toilet was reattached. All of this was completed within the 2 hours and included a short trip to our local Home Depot for pipe. Franklin did outstanding work. For our next plumbing job we will use Liberty Plumbing and will definitely ask for Franklin.

The guy was very kind. Seemed like a very honest person.

Did a good job. The installer didn't get all the instruction as we wanted the additional drain pan around the water heater and he had to run out and purchase one since he didn't have it on the truck. new water heater is working great.

It was fine. It was to do something different because there was another issue he was trying to fix.

Initial response was quick, the lady who scheduled the appointment was a pleasure to speak to, and I got an appointment for the next day. BT, who did the job, was a riot. He had the job finished quickly and was happy to show me how some of the couplings and tools worked. I couldn't be happier.

The plumber from Liberty replaced the valve with a better type of valve. He did the job quickly and neatly. He also adjusted the flush valve in the toilet. I detected a small seep of water around the new valve and Liberty came back immediately to fix it without charge or argument.

Show up on time. Fixed a leak and replaced tub faucet after an hour long struggle with tight space. Good work.

They were very prompt, sent two technicians and worked for several hours on a very tough blockage. They also thought to ask before they arrived whether I had standing water. I said yes so they called a water removal/damage restoration company to arrive in the same period and start working on the water. This was two men on overtime (I called after 4 PM on a Friday with this emergency!) so it wasn't cheap but I believe under the circumstances it was a reasonable price. They came back another day at no charge to run a camera into the drain to verify that water was free flowing into the public system.

So far so good, its worked out really well. We didn't have a hot water heater, so they came out that day. Pretty good. Quality is fine, good. I think we would. Two or three workers installed the water heater. Three hours to complete. It was good, it was fine. Thank you. They left the are very clean.

I am an active Realtor. I needed minor plumbing work done quickly and cost effectively. Liberty plumbing was quick to schedule, had a great deal running on Angie's List and delivered professional competent service with every individual I came into contact with from their office staff to the experienced plumber.

Showed up on time, worked efficiently, laid down drop cloths/plastic. Did a good job.

We're very happy with our Water Heater installation. Garry Mullins was on time, friendly and did great work. He's done a lot of work in our neighborhood and I can see why people hire him repeatedly. He took time to explain what he did and why. He offered to change out a few old valves for a reasonable additional cost. It's a muddy day and the work area was spotless when he left. Would definitely hire Liberty, and Garry in particular, again.

Installer was late, but called to let me know. Installation went fine. Indicated that the cold water line into water heater was leaking so also had that replaced. Installer was professional, completed the work just about when he predicted he would, and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend as they completed the gas water heater replacement in a timely, professional manner.

They did not screw the flue back on the top of the water heater and it could have let carbon monoxide come into my house. That was really bad. It took a month to get the inspector back out again to make sure everything was alright. The price was good and was comparable to what other people were charging. Their responsiveness was not so good.

The first time Liberty Plumbling came to clean a slow drain pipe that we used an Angies List for $200. However the exact same problem in the exact same location occurred a little over 30 days later. They came back and this time used a larger diameter snake that the technician said was necessary to properly do the job. They sent a bill for an additional $500 to do what should have been done properly the first time. The owner said that Liberty only guarantees that work for at best 1 week. He subsequently reduced the extra bill to $250.

On the day of service, the serviceman arrived half an hour earlier than scheduled and was very professional. He covered up work area to protect the wooden floors. After work completion, he gave me tips to ensure I'd get the best function out of my new faucets. Would definitely recommend this company, and will be using them whenever I need any plumbing work.
