Liberty Plumbing did a great job updating leaking faucets for my four bathroom toilets with new valves allowing me to shut off water when I need to.

Very tricky and difficult job. Required parts as it progressed, technician gave me what was needed and I went and purchased. Professional, great job! Use this business.

my husband and I were very impressed with Liberty Plumbing last night. Our toilet wasn't flushing, and we knew there was no obvious clog, so I called Liberty Plumbing. (Saturday night at around 11 pm) They sent someone right away. We actually called someone else first, but they couldn't get here until morning. I'm glad I decided to call these guys, I know the other place would have been a lot more expensive. He snaked the toilet, and found roots/plant material. He removed the toilet and found that the whole pipe had some kind of plant growing out of it, up under the toilet. he removed the plant/ roots from the outside of the pipe, and pulled out a huge clump of roots from inside the pipe. He then snaked our pipe all the way to the street. He did recommend having them come out sometime to use the camera to check the pipes leading to the street for any major cracks. the toilet works fine now, and we were told to use root killer in the future. I would definitely use Liberty plumbing again

The installer, Darren did a wonderful job. He was prompt and professional while also friendly. He was very considerate and nice. The office staff were also super nice. They called me right away to get the help we needed as soon as possible. Even during a frustrating time with many home fixes the person I spoke with had me laughing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Overall, it was okay. We ended up paying more than $199 but it was for the parts. I'd give an A.

I can not say enough about this company. From the first phone call they went above and beyond. They were professional, nice, and extremely accommodating. We had a tricky situation with a small space for the hot water heater. They gave us all our options and worked with us to get what was best for our house and our money. Scott was our technician. He was fantastic. I will 100% of the time use this company again for any plumbing issues.

Scott was a true professional who was not trying to run up the cost and who was making sure to give value for the dollar. He was far superior than the two other Angie's List companies that we have used in the past. Both worked from a chart of prices and would have charged us $1000 or more for what Scott did even though they would have finished in two or three hours. I am now a loyal Liberty Plumbing customer even though I had not heard of them until I bought their special offer.

The Big Deal (battery backup sump pump installed for $799) was definitely the cheapest price. To my surprise, they also installed a new regular sump pump as well, as part of the deal. Everything went smoothly, although it took a very long time: almost 3 hours.

We noticed water under the gas hot water heater. We called Liberty and Mike promptly came out within a few hours. He did a full inspection and could not find any leak in the tank itself; however, he suggested it might be the pressure relief valve. We opted to replace it and upon inspection found that the valve was faulty. Mike did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and conscientious. We would strongly recommend Liberty and would request Mike if we need future plumbing services.

I was absolutely thrilled with the overall experience with Liberty Plumbing today. I spoke with Melissa at the main office and she immediately impressed me with her superb customer service skills and attitude. After we spoke and as soon as I decided that I wanted Liberty to do my install I mentioned I was available today and wondered if she could work a miracle and schedule my install for the afternoon. She immediately made some calls and she made it happen. Wow. Superb responsiveness and she is a wonderful ambassador for her company. Scott showed up at my house on time and he too was a wonderful representative of Liberty. He explained the install process to me, answered my questions and then he got to work. He was extremely courteous, polite, clear--and professional. He completed the install, explained everything to me to include the details of the backup system, cleaned up and then we spoke about life, liberty, Liberty, and his next assignment. The back up battery install is important to us. But so too is the quality of the overall experience with Liberty Plumbing. I highly recommend Liberty Plumbing to everyone!!!

I purchased the $199 Angies list deal for two hours of work since I had a number of what I expected would be small jobs to do. The lady at the office was pleasant to work with - I called to schedule on a Friday, she said she could get me in on Monday or Tuesday. She told me to purchase the deal and then she'd call to make sure everything was kosher (I called to schedule, my SO's name was on the Angie's list coupon, our names are different, no big deal). It was all very easy. I scheduled the plumber to come at 9am on Tuesday. Scott arrived about 15 minutes early. He made sure not to track dirt in and laid a cloth down and used a bucket so that anything from the kitchen trap would not get on the kitchen floor. The kitchen sink had been draining slower and slower; when it affected the dishwasher, it was time to do something. The other jobs were odd jobs but not desperate - one toilet that clogged easily, a drain plug that didn't clear the basin leaving the water to drain super slowly, a stainless steel mesh pair of washing machine hoses we wanted to replace the old rubber ones as a preventative maintenance thing, and had him auger the other toilet too just in case. All the work was done in a proficient manner. Scott even removed and replaced the folding doors over our washing machine that he had to take off to pull the machine out and change the hoses. He was personable and professional (that was the only thing that gave him any trouble but those doors are a pa. The sink empties easily, the toilets flush, the drainer goes up and down, and now hopefully we won't have one of our washing machine hoses bust (the rubber ones can give out and cause massive flooding if they break). All the while Scott answered the thousands of questions my kid had for him. So far so good! I'm hopeful that these issues won't come back any time soon. I'm satisfied by the work done by Liberty and I'd definitely use them again.

Great. They came out same day, quoted a fee before doing work, explained exactly what they would do, made repair quickly and professionally, and checked carefully afterwards that all appliances were lit and that there were no other gas leaks. Exactly what I needed with an urgent situation for me and my clients. Very satisfied.

The Liberty plumbing technicians started the work on time and completed in 3 days. The were very good. The sub contractor who did all the sheet rock was also very good and completed the work including painting in 3 days. I would definitely consider using Liberty plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Liberty Plumbing professionals arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled time and expertly installed a new water heater as well as removed the old one. Work was completed efficiently and they too great care when moving old and new water heaters through the house. I will definitely look them again for any plumbing needs!

Was on order for Almost 2 weeks. leroy called several times to let me know if it was in. When it came in, he made sure to cone and fix it that same day.

First time I have used Liberty Plumbing. Saw company listed on "Patch". Leroy was the repair man. He was excellent. Explained everything and was neat as a pin. In addition he was extremely personable. Will definitely ask for him for future plumbing work.

The first time Leroy came, it was after my hot water heater stopped working. The first time, another plumber came, fixed it and charged me plumbers' fees. When Leroy came after a similar problem, he fixed it and then pointed out a simple button at the bottom of the hot water heater that I could press to fix it. After that, I've always called Liberty and asked for him, and if anyone wants a recommendation, I tell them to call Liberty and ask for Leroy.

I had a leaky shower and I was pretty sure the problem was with the faucet cartridge stem. I called Liberty and they sent out a technician. He arrived on time, and that was good. Within 1 minute of looking at my shower, he told me that "they" don't make two handled faucets anymore for showers, and finding a replacement part would not be possible. He told me it would cost $650 to bust out six tiles and replace the entire faucet with a one-handled model. Alternatively, he could go through the drywall on the other side of the wall. Again, he told me $650 to replace the whole thing within 1 minute of seeing the shower. So I said asked him why a part like that would be so hard to find - lots of houses have two handled faucets. The technician explained that it would be hard to find and once I got done paying for his fee for driving back to the office and looking it up on the computer (seriously) that it would cost me more than the $650. I asked how much the faucet was - he said $270. (I looked online afterward and found this to be an exceedingly high price for a basic faucet). He told me he could do it right then, and I said I wanted to wait. He explained that his price didn't include replacing the tile or drywall, but that he could put plastic wrap over the hole so we could still use the shower. Then, as he's leaving, he tells me I owe him $93 for coming out. This fee was never mentioned when making the appointment or at any time before. I did some research into finding the part after he left and found that he was blowing smoke. I called the main office and reported that I felt they were trying to cheat me, and I wasn't going to pay the $93 for this ridiculousness. They told me they understood and they would get back to me, but they never did. Steer far clear.

Liberty Plumbing do an excellent job. They were very prompt and came out immediately after I called. They cleaned up everything themselves very well. They were courteous.

The person that answered the phone was friendly and courteous. The tech that arrived really knew what he was talking about. They had to replace the hot water heater, but did so quick and with no mess.

We have a water filtration system for the entire house. We recently moved into the house with the understanding that the filter needed to be changed and this was something that we should have been able to do ourselves. Unfortunately, as it had been multiple years since the filter had been changed, the compartment was frozen shut. We tried to open it, but were fearful of damaging the pipes. We called Liberty Plumbing and the plumber, after unsuccessfully trying to open the filtration unit, told us that we would need to replace the entire system to include cutting pipes. We decided to join Angie's List and called a separate plumbing company that had been highly rated. Within 15 minutes of arrival the new plumber had the filter changed. He also explained how to avoid the problem of the frozen filtration unit in the future and ensured my husband was able to change it himself when needed. It was a far cry from the service provided by Liberty Plumbing. Separately, Liberty Plumbing stood us up for two appointments, both of which time we had taken off of work to be at the house. We spoke with a manager who advised that the plumber had told him that he had spoken to us and we were not home. It was a blatant lie. The service and work ethic of this company is despicable.
