When I noticed a water leak around the exhaust fan in the master bathroom, I called Liberty Home Remodeling (LHR). Omar Hachwi came to my home and inspected the roof. He told me that there was hail damage from the hailstorm in the spring (this was in December!). He assured me that my insurance company would cover the replacement. Omar contacted my insurance company and was on site when the adjuster arrived. I did not have to deal with the insurance company; Omar handled it all. When the LHR crew removed the shingles, it was apparent that all the plywood had to be replaced, not just where the leak was (this was a 40-year old house). They even replaced the roof of the tool shed at the rear of the lot. The only expense I incurred was for the extra plywood. LHR covered the insurance deductible. One couldn?t ask for a better company to call for a leaky ceiling.

The work was completed on time, within budget and the house looks phenomenal. The crews were courteous, professional, punctual and always willing to fix anything we needed. They walked us through each part of the project and explained what they were going to do. We have received many compliments on the house and can't say enough good things about Liberty Home Remodeling. Omar Hochwi bent over backwards to make sure that we received everything we needed and was very responsive to any of our questions. Great company!

My initial assessment was done with Rachid (project manager) and Jordan (the owner). We discussed the project and they explained what they would do, when and how and gave me their word on their performance. They did excellent work and kept all their promises. As the work progressed when new requests and needs came up Rachid went above and beyond and took care of it all without any additional cost to me. He is an impressive and excellent manager and know his job. Their workers are very professional and polite. They cleaned up all the area very well. Equally to their expertise and professionalism what impressed me the most was they kept every promise they made to the letter. I was very lucky to have then do the work and thank my neighbor who recommended than to me.

The company owner came out to meet us the same day we called for an estimate. Mr Phillips was generous with his time and informed in his opinions. He pointed out that what we assumed was a wide spread problem throughout much of the house was likely far smaller problem that could probably be addressed more cheaply than we anticipated. Not only did he not attempt to upsell us, he pointed out there were other contractors who would be able to do this job given the relatively small scale of the project. He suggested we recontact him if this cheaper solution does not fix our problem. Nice to meet a professional who has such a good way with novices.

Very happy with the job they have done! All new roof complete in a day and a half, and they have done a great cleaning job as well. Highly recommend!

Straight forward appraisal of damage & estimate to repair. Prompt arrival. High quality work. Responsive to requests for minor adjustments, strong, positive recommendation.

Excellent! Andy took care of all the details. All we had to do was pick the roof color! Andy worked directly with our insurance company to replace the roof that was damaged by hail. The dumpster was delivered exactly on time as were the materials. The crew started promptly (7:30am) on Friday morning and worked ALL DAY in 95+ heat on that hot roof! They did not stop until after 7pm that evening - with the job almost completed! They cleaned up Friday evening and were back again by 8am on Saturday morning, completing the last part of the house roof and making quick work of the shed roof. They even went around with a huge magnet bar and picked up errant roofing nails out of all the flower beds. They covered everything as they worked so very little debris fell in the yard and on the deck. What did fall they picked up and swept up. By 11 am the dumpster was picked up and the crew was gone! New roof looks fantastic!!!! The roofing crew were the BEST!!! Good humored and hard working guys! Andy came by on Saturday, got up on the roof with them and made sure that they had what they needed. He ran out to pick up a couple of things they needed so there wasn't any delay in the job. He came back again on Saturday morning to make sure all was good! It was better than good....it was great!

We purchased a deal to get our roof inspected by this provider a week ago. The responsiveness from them was fine and i had no issues with that. We scheduled an appointment for 12:45 on the 16th for them to take a look at our townhouse. The gentleman that performed the work was late arriving and no phone call was given that they will be arriving later than expected. I was not able to be there myself but my wife was there to ask him questions that we had as well as show him the water damage to the drywall we were looking to have repaired. When he got there the ladder he had was too short, so he could not get to the roof to complete the inspection. We had a list of questions that he did not have answers to and would not come in to take a look at the water damage we were looking to have repaired. A promise to give a call back to reschedule with a longer ladder was made but never followed through on, so we are using a different provider.

There were problems during the process of this big project. The owner, Jordan Phillips, told me in advance "Issues arise. It's how we handle them that makes the difference." This proved to me true. During the course of the project, electrical and wood rot problems arose. These were unexpected and no fault of Liberty Home Remodeling. Jordan and his team took care of these issues without delay and no material increase in cost. Some labor costs increased. But it was only $200... on a $32,000 project, that is minimal. The project was completed on time and within budget. I am very satisfied.

These guys are total pros!! I own 3 properties very close to each other and each were in need of a roof replacement. I did extensive research on roofers in my area and was very pleased with Liberty Home Remodeling. They were always on time and very understanding to all of my needs. They helped diagnose the condition of each property and came up with creative solutions for each, even addressing some ventilation issues. I am so happy with the work performed. The roofs look great and have definitely made a big impact on the way my house looks. In addition, they were the most competitive when it came to quality and value. I have exceptional confidence in my roof and its performance. I can confidently recommend this company to do a great job.

I purchased the GAF Timberline HD shingles. The old shingles, flashing, and paper/nails were completely removed and disposed of by his subcontractor. All roof accessories were replaced and the following installed: 15 lb felt, drip edge (new code required), pipe collars, ridge vents, ice & water shield, the installation was performed in one day on the day scheduled. The dimensional shingles look so much better than the builder grade that lasted just 15 years. the next day I noticed one of the shingles appeared to have a slit or tear, I contacted Liberty Home R and within a few days, it was replaced. Again, Jordan and Omar were very professional and I feel I received a very good price and job quality from them. I have piece of mind knowing both the materials and future necessary labor are under warranty.

Met with them and found them to be experienced and capable. Pricing was fair and work was delivered/completed in three days.

I had a fairly significant water damage to my interior walls of my basement. Liberty came out very quickly & gave me a full estimate for repairs. They were easy to reach, communicated exactly what they would do & were very professional. Seamless, easy process. Would definitely recommend!

Working with Liberty Home Remodeling was a great experience! Jordan and Omar were very professional, met with our insurance adjuster, explained the entire replacement process to us, and then had the work completed in a timely fashion. Omar kept us up to date via email and text, so that we always knew what was going on. The crew had the entire project done in one day. When we had a gutter that was not handling very hard rain, they suggested a solution, and had someone out to fix the problem almost immediately. We were very pleased with the entire process, and would highly recommend them!

I have worked with many contractors over the years. I know any home improvement project can come with some surprises and stress. I have to say this was not one of those times. Working with Liberty Home Remodeling was a seamless and easy process for me. We had a new roof and gutters installed. They came out very quickly to make an assessment. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable they were. They contacted me with updates along the way. Work was completed in a timely manner. Truly a great company to work with. I was so impressed with my experience with them that I used them again for some trim work around my windows. Total professionals! I would definitely recommend them.

We were a little delayed due to vacation schedules and rain but overall we are happy with the results and the communication! This company also did dry wall work for us (small job about $500) about 6 months ago and it was perfect and fast!!! No drywall dust! and it looks wonderful!

I had contacted my Insurance company to file a claim when I noticed the loss of multiple shingle patches after a major wind/hail storm. My Insurance company had sent an appraising roofing company to assess my roof and extent of work needed. I was given a quote by that company that was fully covered by my Insurance. I was quoted a price for regular shingles and upgraded shingles (+$400) and was informed of $500 deductible out of my pocket. I was also contacted at my home by multiple roofing contractors over a period of several weeks after the recent storm. I was most impressed by the discussion with Amir Hossein, project manager for Liberty Home Remodeling. He was very professional and spoke knowledgeably about the roof structure and the process of working with the Insurance company. Later he set up an appointment for me to meet Rachid Hachwi the Sales Manager. Again a very professional, intelligent, and well mannered young man. Discussions with Amir and Rachid stood out as very personalized and professional. There was no pressured sales pitch and they seemed to enjoy answering questions. I sensed pride in the work their company performed. Liberty looked at my previous estimate and agreed to give me a free upgrade on shingles and beat the price of the original company. They wrote the contract to cover the same work and materials as the first companies estimate. During the following two month process of replacement of the roof and ...getting the payments from the insurance company, I spoke regularly with both Rachid and Amir. They were always quick to respond and answer questions as well as educate me about the process of working with the Insurance Co, The divided coverage payment that needed to be mailed and co-signed by the Mortgage company each time was frustrating. It was a more complex process than I would have expected. I was also very impressed with Rachid's arrival the evening after the roofing was replaced to double check for roofing nails missed by the normal magnet process. He inquired if we were pleased with the process and the work. He did a f/u rooftop inspection and sent a crew person out to secure a loose shingle several days later. In general, I have found Liberty Home Remodeling to be very professional and very customer service oriented. They provided service, education and f/u support. I got a sense of that potential during my initial interactions with Amir and this company and am pleased to report they bore out as truth. It is always great to receive service from companies and individuals who seem to enjoy their work and have pride in their product. I highly recommend Liberty Home Remodeling

Everything went very smoothly including working with the insurance company and the Va Oaks HOA. We got full coverage for the shingles and gutters based on earlier hail damage. LHR crews were hre ealrly and worked all day to complete the effort. There were minor adjustments due to crew schedules but LHR maintained good communications and we have no issues with what and how they did things. When the clean up in back needed to be improved, Jordon was here that day to rectify the situation. We are very happy at this point. Since the work was covered by insurance, we did not fill in the cost since in only involved the deductible on the policy.

I decided to call Liberty Home Remodeling based on a referral from my neighbor. They had done some work for him and he raved about the level of service they provided. I called and one of their representatives (Jordan) worked around my schedule to come out for a home visit. I was thoroughly impressed with the lack of pressure I received from Jordan. He provided me with different options to complete the work and the associated estimates. I didn't receive any pressure from him nor did he try to "up-sale" me. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns regarding the project. I decided to go ahead and have them complete the work. The crew that came was considerate, clean, and efficient. The were meticulous with their attention to detail and left my house cleaner then it was before they got there. Throughout the process, Jordan was in constant contact with me and stopped by to ensure that the crew was doing a good job and to make sure I was happy with the work. They completed the job in a timely manner and I could not be happier with the completed work. They made the work as painless as possible and I would definitely use them again.

After contacting Liberty Home Remodeling, they set up a time to come out and meet with my insurance representative. I was thankful to hear that they had approved all storm damage and the repair process could begin. Salesmen from Liberty took time to come and review color and texture samples of the different materials- I felt confident with our choices (Weathered Wood shingles and Rugged Canyon siding). Within no time, Liberty's work crew was at my house and repair work began. Looking back, I had a great experience with Liberty Home Remolding. They took our issues with the hail claim process, addressed them and made my home beautiful again. I would recommend working with Liberty Home Remolding for any home improvement or repair needs.
