Great, fast and professionally done.

This was the initial stage of inspecting the roof to see if there was hail damage. After asking about the company and what they had to offer, the introduction went well rather than just assuming that I was going to first get the roof replaced, and second use the company. I am impressed with what I learned about how the company install roofs.

The first visit went well on time. They fixed more than we expected, like the screens. They completed the roof in one day. Then nothing happened. They came by when we were @ work to collect the final payment but they had not completed the work. It took 6 months and several phone calls before the work was completed.

Fantastic. Great company with great customer service. Very helpful when working with my insurance company. They were able to get my claim covered for what it was worth.

Customer service stood out. They did a very professional job, it was good work. It was appealing to the eye it was what you would expect and then some. It was great work.

Liberty Home Remodeling did a complete renovation of the hail damaged areas of our siding, roof, gutters, and patio/deck covers. Aside from a couple of minor hiccups (ours and theirs), the company far exceeded our expectations. Omar, the representative from the company was a professional and made the process less stressful. He dealt directly with our insurance company making sure that all of the damaged areas were replaced. Omar quickly returned our calls and responded to our text messages. He made sure that everything was done to our approval and satisfaction. Everyone at Liberty Home Remodeling, from the person in the office answering the phone, to Omar, worked hard to make the project go smoothly.‎ We have gotten so many complements on our “new” home. Both Rashid and Jordan from Liberty Home remodeling were very professional. Always communicated in advance and ready to go extra mile to make this a perfect experience for the customer.

It was great, they did a successful job, everywhere from cleaning up nails and other stuff that came off the roof. Tony is outstanding, when you call him and ask for assistance with a time frame he accommodates you as best as he can. He made it successful for us. Job was well. done.

After a hail storm we had some damage to our exterior siding. We had used Liberty Home Remodeling in the past for our roof replacement. We called them and they came out the next day. Again, the work was perfect. House looks great. They were in constant contact with me during the project. My neighbors even came over and asked for their name to get some work done on their home. Thinking about replacing my windows soon. I will definitely be calling them again! True professionals, rare to find.

Currently we are working with them for new windows and doors. Prices were better than what we were quoted elsewhere. Jordan was a pleasure to work with!

Called liberty based on a referral from a friend. I was replacing all my windows as well as a couple doors. The reps that came out were on time, professional, and answered my MANY questions. They completed the work in the time and price quoted and I could not be happier with the finished product. Throughout the whole process they communicated consistently with me to let me know status and progress. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if/when we need roofing or siding work.

Terrible. I found them to be nonresponsive and totall unorganized. My project was totally left unattended despite several efforts to contact the project manager. Remnants from the materials was left in my yard for days and my yard, walkway and driveway was left filled left filled with nails. I had to contact Omar who was very responsive and helpful and provided a credit for the inconvenience. They began the work around October 2016 and we have not closed out the project as of yet!

Crew arrived on time. Two experienced/two helpers worked from am until almost 8pm/2hrs after dark had to have them return for additional clean up & caulking. Roof looks great.

The roof replacement was great. They did a fantastic job. The guys who came door knocking were also great. My issue is that it is March and the work was done in December. They door knocked on October. I have debris on my lawn from supplies they didn't use. I have one downspout not done and I haven't paid them. They have seemingly forgotten about me even though we call and talk to someone and they say things will get done. Today I have reached my end. They do good work but I am utterly disappointed in everything else with this company. I'm

The workers showed up on time, which was very nice! We have never seen a group of workers work so harmoniously and tirelessly. They worked past dark doing final touches and clean-up with lights and the magnetic rake. We would definitely recommend this company in fact we already have!

This company worked hard with insurance company to get all work approve. Always returned my calls, answer my questions and help me understand the process to work with insurance company.

LHR rep hopped with getting ins to do an estimate, after approval, work crews showed me performed work per the contract with LHR.

Liberty was excellent in all aspects of their work. It was done on time and everything was done right.

Crew was on time, worked until job completed, cleaned up debris.

Sales manager explained all work to be done & cost. Work dropped off materials one day & completed all roofing work the next day (in one day) gutters & downs pouts installed a few days later by a different work crew. Both crews on time. Very professional from the folks on location to people in the office. They worked well with the insurance company and we didn't have any problems. That speaks highly of their credibility in the business. Spoke to Kim in the office more than once and communicated by e-mail. She is great and could teach others how to be professional and provide top service on the phone. Will definitely use them again.

The work is almost completed and I have to say it has been the most wonderful experience I have ever encountered with contractors. The crew was, to the last man, conscientious, courteous, paid close attention to detail, kept me informed of any problem areas before they were addressed, never loitered on the job and left the area around my home clean and free of any debris. I would highly recommend this company and I can't stress that fact strongly enough. Today I have a beautiful roof that I am so proud of. Liberty will be installing the gutters soon and I have no doubt that job will be excellent also.

Liberty Home Remodeling has demonstrated why homeowners do not like dealing with contractors. They showed a predator mentality on the day of the storm and constantly asked for the money "so they could start the repairs." After 4 weeks they completed part of the repairs, and during that time, they created additional damage in the master bedroom. It took them an additional 2 weeks to make repairs in the master bedroom. It has now been 3 months and the original repairs are not complete, yet they called my insurance company to get supplemental money claiming that the repair was complete. They also filed for additional money for items on the repair that were covered under the original payment. Their claims were denied by the insurance company. They have failed to return my contact attempts and have left me in the lurch, with a job incomplete and now I have to figure out how to complete the repairs. This company is not recommended. Buyer beware.

Rashid come to the house to give us an estimate for hail damage. He walked us through the process, and worked with our insurance company. He provided additional informative when the insurance company low bolted the estimate to get the right work done and covered. The team professionally installed all items and came back to repair minor cosmetic damage.
