hardwood floor, floor cleaning
+ 0 moreFantastic as always. We've used them for other jobs and they are worth every penny. They come in sometimes on a day's notice with an army of workers and do the job from start to finish, quickly, efficiently, and expertly. No delays or "we'll be back in a few days" type of work. I'll use them for any and all flooring work including installing new flooring of any material and carpeting.
Description of Work: Ko-Am Floor, Inc. refinished the entire first level of our house which is all wood floors. The house was built in 1928 so flooring is very old. I was concerned that too aggressive treatment would destroy the wood. Ko-Am did a great job which included stripping, staining, and finishing. They also replaced all the moulding and stained it the same color as the floor.
