Description of Work: Did roof survey after we had leakage around vent pipe. Replaced vent flashing and repaired a few damaged shingles. Did not try to see a new roof or find problems that didn't exist. Did a great job and I will hire them when it is time to replace the roof.

The roofers worked from dawn to dusk for 3 days straight and cleaned up everything and then some. Our new roof is great. They were very helpful with additional problem areas in our house. I would definitely hire them again for any job. They gained our trust by providing their experience and knowledge and by offering us practical solutions and advice.

 + 0 moreI never met a single person from Katchmark. All my conversations with them were by phone. I have never been so impressed with a company as I have with Katchmark. I started out by talking with Steve Renzi, their salesman, who came out to my townhouse and sent me a proposal. I called Steve after receiving it and had to ask a few questions. We agreed upon the work after I changed a few items and I sent the proposal back with a 1/3 downpayment. From that point I was contacted almost daily by him, Kelly in scheduling, Rodney on the job, the installation crew and finally, Joe in quality control. I knew what was going on with this project on a daily basis and if anyone of them were unsure of what I wanted, they called me. What a professional group of employees who actually go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. The work was done on time with only 1 day of rain delay. The clean up exceptional. Not a piece of old gutter or roofing to be found. I highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Katchmark replaced my roofing and gutters. They tore off two layers of shingles and replaced with new 25 year shingles using four nails per shingle. They installed leak barriers along the gutter lines, valleys, chimney, vent pipes,etc. and used 30 lb.base felt. They also had to extend the roofing over an internal gutter system. After finishing the roof, the new gutters were retro fitted to make an external gutter system. They used .032 Ga. ''RainPro'' 5''/6'' Seamless aluminum gutters using hidden hangers. ''Rainpro'' 3x4'' seamless alum.downspouts and elbows were also installed. All waste and debris was removed and disposed of and all property affected was cleaned up before leaving the job.

Description of Work: Removed existing deteriorated tern tin roof and replaced with metal roof for three story, steeply valleyed and gabled L-shaped country farm house and installed 60 snow birds. Roof guaranteed for life time, enameled paint finish for 30 years.

 + -1 moreOn-time estimate visit, gave estimate at that time, scheduled work the next day and job was completed earlier than original time frame estimate. Excellent work and warranty; as another report stated, price is probably at the high end, but you are paying for good work and the warranty.
Description of Work: Re-roof front door portico. The original roof, which had been repaired several years ago, didn't drain fully and allowed water to enter the structure, causing paint to bubble and crack. They installed a replacement tapered roofing system (overlapping material); it's waterproof and it now drains!
