 + 3 moreWe haven't made a determination as to what contractor we will use due to recent family events but did want to express that I was very pleased with the time we spent and the estimate given. He was professional, courteous and the estimate provided was in line with several others. We haven't made a decision yet as to how we will proceed but JK Builders will certainly be one of our top considerations.
Description of Work: Came out and gave an estimate for a number of projects we have lined up.

 + -1 moreMr. Rojas gave us a timeframe for how long the job would take and when it would be finished - and then finished the work about 10 days earlier than that! For the duration of the job the rest of the house was well protected from work related mess and spillover by a well constructed and secure temporary barrier between the work area and the rest of my house. When the job was finished he cleaned up after himself so well that it was like walking into a new house. And my new, larger, more user friendly kitchen looks beautiful. Mr. Rojas did all this in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price compared to other contractors who wanted much more money. And my husband and I are very satisfied with the work. Plus, Ricardo is just a really nice guy!
Description of Work: Ricardo Rojas did a complete kitchen remodel for us. The existing kitchen and the adjacent small dining room were combined to create a much larger, eat-in kitchen. This involved removing a wall between the two rooms - taking down the entire ceiling - pulling up the floors and subfloors - removing all the drywall - rearranging water lines and electrical wiring - and then putting it all back together in a new configuration with all new flooring, drywall, ceiling, cabinetry etc.
