My insurance company sent Jenkins Restorations to assess the initial damage and provide temporary structural support to the house in the aftermath of the extensive damage inflicted by the tree and the rain. Given their prompt and helpful response, I selected this company to do the reconstruction of the house. It was a good choice and, once work began, the process went smoothly until completion. The Project Managers were attentive and always responsive. Phone calls were promptly returned and the various groups who worked on the house under their supervision did a thorough job. Any time I went by the house I was treated with consideration. Any changes I requested were handled quickly and good attention was given to detail. After I moved back in on 7/30/2013, details I called about was handled at once. Extensive storm damage is not something one would wish on anyone. It is traumatic to say the least. But Jenkins Restorations made the work of reconstruction go well, lifting my spirits and ultimately giving me my home back.

When we had damage to our home in June, our insurance company suggested Jenkins Restoration to do the repairs on our home and we are so glad they did! We have never had work of this magnitude done on our home and were unsure of what to expect, but the folks at Jenkins put our minds at ease and were wonderful from start to finish. Joe Edwards first got in touch with us regarding the estimate and the work. We found it VERY easy working with him. My husband and I are both disabled so things take a bit longer for us, but there was absolutely no pressure about when to start and he was very helpful in getting the packers here and the renovation underway. Joe gave the actual work and scheduling to Julio who was just as nice and personable and professional as Joe. The men who packed us out and then brought back our amazing amount of boxes (we've lived in this house for 35 years, so you can imagine!), were very thoughtful, honest and such hard workers. I don't know how they did it! And the men who did the actual work on the house were so professional and always showed up on time. I'm so grateful for all of the men who participated in our renovation. The finished results are gorgeous and we are just thrilled!! Overall, it was a very well done job with a highly professional and kind team. I will surely recommend Jenkins Restoration in the future!
Description of Work: After major water damage to our floors, Jenkins Restoration replaced old parquet flooring with new hardwood floors in each room of the top two levels of our home. They also replaced floor in bathroom, as well as vanity. We also had to have everything on both floors packed out (using pods) and then returned (lots of work!).

Jenkins and its Rep (Chad Grover) were professional, provided excellent communication and follow thru and managed the project in an excellent fashion. They stayed on task and finished the rebuild on schedule. This is the second time we used Jenkins (recommended bu USAA Inusrance) and we would use them again.

I had extensive water damage in my basement/first floor due to overflow of my washer on the first floor. After the water mitigation company tore out damaged drywall, carpeting, moldings and dried up the basement, Brandon from Jenkins arrived to assess the work required. Since Jenkins appears to be the restoration company of choice for USAA, I decided to use them. The work done by them is guaranteed for three years, versus only one year if I had chosen another company. The workers installing the insulation and drywall and moldings were very good, though not very detail oriented. I'm a stickler for having things aligned--maybe too much so--but I like to have it done right, not just so/so. I think they got a bit exasperated with me on that end, as I stayed the whole time to supervise. Only the foreman spoke English; the rest were all hispanic--they all came from Maryland. However, they did what I wanted them to do, so points for that. I ended up having to get new cabinetry, which I ordered myself; this took some time, so my renovation took much longer than I had anticipated. The crew installed my cabinets nicely--though they drilled a LOT of holes in the walls to find the studs (I guess they had not heard of a stud finder). They did not know about the accepted distance between top and bottom cabinets, and I had to ensure the upper cabinets were hung at the correct height. They sanded and painted the ceiling, which they did nicely. I painted my own walls, baseboards, and crown molding, as I thought the price they were charging was a bit too high. They also charged a LOT for removing a toilet, dis-and re-connecting the stove and dishwasher--if you can do that yourself, or have a plumber do it, it would probably be cheaper. My big disappointment was with the carpet, its installation, and the wood flooring installation. My old carpet had a jute base, which isn't made anymore. The substitute carpet I got (and I paid out of pocket for an upgrade!) is inferior--the pile is not high or thick enough. I got better quality padding, but the floor feels a lot harder than it did before. The installers were of varying quality--one guy cut the carpet on my newly installed and freshly painted baseboards, so now I have long cut marks in those. I was bit upset about that. The biggest disappointment were the wood floor installers. Not that they did a terrible job--they didn't. But I had had wood floors installed a few years back by some real experts--I watched how carefully they had done their work at the time. These guys did not look at color and grain variance, at height difference, or the gaps to the wall, etc. I had them toss quite a few planks because of the bad quality (there were little holes and nicks)--at one point I even asked if I got the second or third quality wood. They said it was just the brand, which they claimed was cheaper quality (I had to replace with what I had originally there). However, my original floors were not/not that bad and flooring I had had installed a few years back had been the same brand. The installers placed a new white paper underneath the boards as a vapor barrier, not the dark thick tar paper--I'm not too sure about that, but the paper did have a stamp on it as vapor barrier approved for wood floors. I had them tear out quite a few boards because they did not level properly next to each other. Even now, I can run my foot along the wood and feel the grooves--which I cannot in my other wood floor. They also sealed over my air vent, so they had to cut up the wood floor again. I am still finding some wood pieces that are higher than the ones next to them, so I may have to call them back to fix these. Overall, the company got the job done. It is always traumatic to have to get so much work completed and living in the house during such a renovation gets old fast. I'm glad I did my own painting; at least I saved money on that, especially the faux finish--the price Jenkins charged for that was astronomical. I stated above that I would not use this provider--that would go for the flooring. The drywall installers/ceiling painters were good and I would use the company for that type of work again.
Description of Work: Install insulation and drywall. Install baseboards/crown molding. Paint ceiling. Install carpet. Install wood flooring.

Amazing, The Jenkins team was technically superior and professional. They came in 17 days ahead of schedule with no issues. When we experienced an issue about 1 month after the job was done the project manager personally came out within the hour and fixed the issue within a week with no cost or no questions. They worked with us every step of the way to control cost and speed up the schedule.

We cannot recommend Jenkins Restoration based on our overall experience. The immediate response was encouraging, including prompt demolition and stabilization. Once the contract was signed for the restoration, delays, excuses, and lack of communication began to snowball. We were without a roof for four months, incurring additional damage, which they fixed at insurance company's expense. We were told the roofing crews were unavailable in November due to hunting season, yet during this time we observed six neighbors obtain new roofs. This was very frustrating. There is a clear lack of management of their crews or subcontractors. For example, Jenkins reported to us that gutters were completed, yet we could see from the street that they were not installed yet. The quality of work of the various trades ranged from adequate (our new roof seems to be OK) to completely unacceptable (it took six weeks and multiple emails/phone calls to get gutters installed and then redone correctly). The skylight drywall installation was a mess, and had to be redone 3 more times before we realized they did not have the skills to do the job, We finally said OK enough and gave up because we wanted to just be done with this contractor. While we are through with Jenkins, we recommend that they could get better ratings in the future, by using better-skilled tradespeople, and supervising them more carefully. They also need to communicate more often and proactively with their clients.
Description of Work: Insurance claim for storm damage to house. New roof structure and roofing. Interior restoration including drywall, electrical, bathroom, painting. Cost of service given as zero because insurance company approved cost as submitted by Jenkins.

I had some issues with them. They had to come back and redo something. The equipment failed and caused water to run all over my floor. They were fairly responsive but I did have a couple of issues. They were on time and they made the repairs but the equipment failed and it caused damage to some of my personal belongings and they didn't give me exactly what I thought I was going to get in terms of the floor replacement. They had to come back and repair it. My experience with them was not as good. Part of what they did was fine but the final product was a B in terms of quality.
Description of Work: Jenkins Restorations did the ceiling repair. They also did floor replacement.

When Jeremy introduced me to Julio Guzman, the project Foreman, he said that the guys would stay as long as I would let them every day, and it was totally accurate! Some days, they arrived at 8 a.m. (confirmed this time with me first) and stayed until almost 10 p.m., working nearly continuously to complete every repair. Unlike the City workers, who occasionally do some random maintenance on my street, these guys took only short breaks, and were so productive, I have no idea how they could keep up the pace each day. During this time, I had to take a short trip for business and my Sister took over for me, so that the guys could finish all repairs in their estimated 5 day time frame. Repairs included: all new insulation, dry wall painting in the basement; Installation of new plumbing fixtures in bathroom, replacing flooring in bath, installing a new tub and shower surround (all extras I opted to add, with new tile), new tile floor in bath, new bead board and complete re-paint in bath; replacing and repairing the kitchen ceiling, installing new light fixtures which had been ruined by the water, re-finishing the pine floors in the kitchen. In addition I opted to change out the countertops (ruined by water) to granite, to remove the radiator in the bath and replace it with a new heat fan/light (Julio's suggestion), replace the improper attic vent from the bath to a proper outdoor vent, and a couple of electric upgrades to the kitchen outlets. Julio took care of all of these for me. After the repairs were complete, I had a little difficulty with the new fixtures pulling more power than the old, resulting in an inability to blow dry my hair without blowing the fuse, and with the heat fan not working perfectly. Julio had his electrician come right out and address all of these issues, and everything has worked perfectly since then! If I had the money to do more, I would hire these guys every time to renovate! Insurance covered all the repair/replacement items, and Jenkins gave me such a reasonable estimate for the additional work, as did Julio, that I was able to turn a terrible experience (imagine coming in your front door to the smell of wet, and the sound of water gushing out of your kitchen light fixture, and flowing down through the hard wood floor, to the soggy basement...) into a renovation which actually adds value to my home. Last, but not least. I have two beloved cats, and am at work 7 days a week, and not home much. I joked about keeping my cats safe, but these guys (every last contractor and sub), took care to keep them safe and in the house. Pet people, you know how much this means. Without reservation, and with the highest praise, I recommend Jenkins Restorations, and Jeremy Johnson to any one who needs anything from an upgrade, to a full-scale disaster repair.
Description of Work: After an upstairs toilet leak caused a flood to damage 3 floors (2nd story down to basement), my insurance company, USAA, assigned Jenkins Restorations to take care of my repairs. After Water Mitigation was completed, Jenkins came immediately, took an inventory of necessary repairs, confirmed exactly what USAA said would occur (very reassuring), and assigned me an Estimator, Jeremy Johnson, to begin repairs/renovations. Jeremy Johnson, the Estimator/Project Manager from Jenkins, was courteous, reassuring and always helpful. He took time to explain any questions I had about the process (which I had never been through) and lived by "under promise, over deliver" all the while keeping a positive demeanor. After all repairs were completed, (see Julio Guzman Review), Jeremy returned to go over every detail, and confirm my satisfaction with the work. Right down to the final billing, Jeremy was fantastic to work with, and I cannot imagine giving a higher recommendation than the one I give to him and to Jenkins Restorations. The work was impeccable and all the contractors were always courteous, punctual, the hardest-working men and women I have had for home repairs, and took time to take care of my home, not just my house.

Their work went very smoothly. They came in for a really small job. They were very understanding of the fact that it was March and our fireplace had come off my house in June. Jenkins Restorations repaired/restored our home after it was struck by lightning and caught fire on 7/11/2011. The lightning struck our gas meter and the electrical charge entered our house on the flexible stainless steel gas line. It arched off into the house wiring and smoldered/burned inside the finished basement walls and ceiling before starting to spread. and quot;Pipand quot;, from Jenkins Restorations, arrived while the fire dept. was still here. He offered Jenkins' services, gave us a business card and then left. We still don't know how he learned of the fire- we've been told they monitor the emergency services bands. We called Pip the following morning and he met us for a tour of the house to survey the damage. We gave him permission/authorization to make arrangements for the emergency water remediation in the basement. He gave us a folder with information about Jenkins Restorations so we could do our research and decide if we wanted Jenkins to do the whole restoration job. We did do our research and based on our findings and attorney review of the contract, we decided to contract with Jenkins do the whole job. We only have good things to say about Jenkins Restorations and the work they did to restore our home after a devastating fire in 2011. From our initial contact with “Pip” Patterson on the night of the fire to follow-up meetings with Jeremy Jenkins, and many subsequent meetings with Brian Catts our project manager, we found every single Jenkins representative to be highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive . In addition to their work related skills, these are some of the kindest, most empathetic and compassionate human beings on the face of the earth. Even the sub-contractors were top-notch and did a great job. I hope we never suffer another house related catastrophe, but if we do, we would not hesitate to hire them again. Keep in mind, the idea of perfection in this industry is pure myth-it simply does not exist. The best one can hope for is to find a well-managed company that has integrity and is competent enough to complete the job properly. Jenkins always met and frequently exceeded our expectations. There were a few times when we expressed concerns or disagreement, but we always felt as though they took our concerns seriously and they always handled things fairly, and reasonably. A couple of times, they made a mistake here or there. They never tried to weasel out of it or try to cover it up. They always owned up to it and made it right. It always felt like we were dealing with true professionals. In the spirit of fairness, I suppose I have to admit that we also (Ahem) might have made a few mistakes here and there-but Brian and crew always treated us gently, kindly and graciously. Another thing that greatly impressed us was how responsive they were anytime we called and no matter what we asked-special kudos to Brian Catts in that department. He never once failed to return our calls promptly. I think communication with the customer is but one of their many strong suits. Ours was not a small job-it took a little over a year to move back into our house (We're calling it and quot;House 2.0and quot;). We love being home again. The funny thing is, our Jenkins crew isn't here anymore and we find ourselves missing them!
Description of Work: Jenkins Restorations performed fire/water/smoke restoration services on our home after a fire. In the basement, Jenkins had to replace 6 ceiling joists, 2 large sections of mud-sill and several feet of exterior wall. They had to re-frame several walls and replace 2 large windows. The rest of the basement was gutted down to the wall studs. They sand-blasted everything and sprayed on a sealant coat of shellac. They replaced numerous burnt out sections of plumbing lines and the entire HVAC system + ducting +air cleaner + whole house humidifier. They replaced all the flexible stainless steel gas supply lines with solid black pipe and re-wired all the electrical. They replaced all the wall and ceiling insulation. They replaced and painted all the drywall, and they replaced all the flooring (carpet+tile) and all the lighting. they rebuilt/replaced the entire wet bar including cabinetry and appliances. Upstairs, on the main floor, they re-wired all electrical and replaced all flooring throughout (hardwood + porcelain tile) and gutted and rebuilt/replaced the entire kitchen, laundry room, and mud room, including cabinetry and appliances. The rest of the rooms got a sealer coat of Kilz and re-painted. In the garage they replaced several feet of exterior wall + replace some drywall and seal coat everything and repaint. On the 2nd floor- they replaced the entire HVAC system +ducting. They removed and replaced all insulation in the attic. All walls and ceilings got a sealer coat of Kilz and repainted. Exterior: They replaced all siding on one side and all siding on rear of the house. Extra work we paid Jenkins for separately: architectural design and build new front porch portico

Our and quot;not so happyand quot; story started when I requested Jenkins as the contracting company from USAA because I had used this company 20 years before and been extremely satisified. Long and short of it - Met with project manager #1 on August 28, 2012.Didn't see him again until October when he was taking another job in the company. I met project manager #2. Really hoped things would move along now. However, The parts of the job I had Jenkins finish (roof, siding, railing and screen) were completed in December! Project manager #1 left the company. I did not see #2 again until, in desperation, I requested assistance from USAA (they are great!). We spent Thanksgiving day having work done and the screen arrived Christmas Eve. The sub-contractors do excellent work. I would have them do the work again without hesitation. The overall management of the work by this company was not satisfactory in my opinion.
Description of Work: Due to a storm 6/29/2012, a neighbor's tree fell on the roof damaging it and the roof of our porch as well as the siding, gutters and screens. Also damaged was our ornamental metal fence, the railings on the porch a nd the sub-ceiling of the porch.

The rep arrived on time and surveyed the area. My insurance company had let me know that they would cover damage from the water ingress, but not any and quot;root causeand quot; that might be caused by improper construction on the house. The Jenkins rep looked at the damage inside, then went outside to see if he could figure out where the water might be coming in. He was unsure about what might be happening so he said he would have his mason (our house is brick veneer) come out and look things over. He said he might be able to find out who built the house and see how they did the construction. He promised to get back to me. 2-3 weeks later, he sent me an e-mail saying he had referred the matter to his mason and it would be better if I now dealt directly with the mason to complete any exterior brick work. I then received notification from my insurance company saying they had received a quote from Jenkins to do just the interior work covered by insurance. Their quote came in about $200 above my deductible for just the interior work. While waiting for their estimates to arrive, I contacted another contractor who came out, seemed knowledgable about how the house was probably built (including letting me know what shortcuts might have been taken). That contractor had pragmatic recommendations about what we could and couldn't do without tearing the house apart. And, he quoted me a price less than Jenkins to do the entire job, including the exterior work. I decided to go with the other contractor and was pleased with his work.

Fill cutoff switch on washer (2nd floor) failed causing water to leak to first floor collapsing part of ceiling, ruining carpet and wood floor. Jenkins responded within two hours of initial contact by my insurance company. Jenkins was one of my insurance company's preferred contractors, so billing was direct to the insurance company--I had to pay Jenkins my dedudtiable. Bulk of work was accomplished same day and in a professional maner. I have now installed a larger sump pump and hjope to never need water remediation services again, but if I did I would call Jenkins.
Description of Work: Jenkins provided water damage mediation in my large, finished as a result of sump pump backup. The removed the water, carpet/pad, basevoard and water soaked drywall. They install fans and dehumidifiers in each room. Dryers were left in place for serval days to preclude mold and then limited amount of drywall that could not be retained was remover. Jenkins hauled away all removed materials.

Joe Edwards from Jenkins Restoration was the overall coordinator for our insurance claim for sewer backup into downstairs family room which partially flooded a finished family room damaging walls, baseboards and flooring. Joe was very helpful and friendly as he quickly coordinated the estimate for the insurance company and arranged for the repair work to begin ASAP. The followup could have been better, but giving some slack for the timing--our problem happened a week prior to Hurricane Sandy, and Joe was heading from our house visit to get home to his house prior to storm's arrival. I would certainly use Jenkins again and would request Joe Edwards to be the rep. Highly recommended.

The contractor provided a fair, but above average cost for repair. They were very thorough in their estimate and timely in their responsiveness. They also were available to do the job immediately and showed up on time. HOWEVER, they were fraudulent and charged for work they did not do. Further, the work they did do was not of high quality. The drywall repair was poor, as was most of the paint. They did not mask properly (but charged for it), so paint got onto my floors and other items (door knobs, mirrors etc). When contacted about the work, I was told in very good detail and politely about the work that was performed. However, this explanation was a fabrication because they did not do 80% of the work they charged for (they did not repair or replace drywall or insulation as they promised). In the end, after communicating my allegations of fraud, they agreed to refund the entire price of the work - thankfully.
Description of Work: I had water damage from a roof leak. There was to be drywall and insulation replacement, along with the necessary re-painting.

Response from Jenkins Restorations
Raul was our foreman on this project. This was an insurance claim/repair for a very small project for a new insurance carrier client. Paint and drywall patch, remove some minor trim and insulation around a window, and paint the kitchen ceiling. The owner previously prepared the property himself as a rental unit. Raul repaired the damaged area around bottom of the window. The owner wanted the unaffected top of window repaired/replaced. This was outside of our scope of repair. Our crew was suppose to remove crown moulding in kitchen and did not. This was an oversight on our crews part since there was no visible damage. The property owner claimed fraud, even though he was satisfied with the work and outcome. Instead of arguing, we took the high road, aplogized and did not charge for any of the work. We were never paid, there was no refund involved. The quality of the work was never in question.

Tree fell on a Friday night between 8PM and 10PM. Came home to find it over the house/carport and extending all the way into the driveway. Called Jenkins at 8:30 AM Saturday morning. Their rep was on-scene by 11AM, while the tree service was still removing the tree (80' high oak) from the top of our house. The Jenkins emergency repair crew arrived at 2:30PM, and had the house completely secure (emergency plywood and tarps) by 5:30, just in time for the power company to arrive and reconnect the electrical service. We did not have to move out of the house. The next day (Sunday) we had rain, and the following week Hurricane Irene and then Tropical Storm Lee came through our area with torrential rain and winds. All the repairs held without any attention. The following week their personnel were at the house documenting the damage, preparing the estimates for our insurer, and preparing the plans for the County Building Permit (necessary since roof trusses were damaged by the tree). We had the estimate in 10 days and our insurer sent us the full check within 2 weeks. We then had to work with the mortgage company due to the extent of the damage (and gt;$15,000). Jenkins had dedicated staff for that too. Jenkins decided that the extent of the damage would be better handled by their and quot;major lossand quot; division, which translated into faster service for us (it put our job ahead of all the other insurance claims work for Hurricane Irene and T/S Lee.) Jenkins proposed this on their own initiative, and fully explained it to us so we understood. Their customer communication is excellent. County Permit was issued in three weeks, which allowed material to be ordered and work scheduled. Material arrived by mid-SEP. (less than a month from storm). When repair crew (subcontractor) arrived at house and started clearing away the carport damage additional problems were discovered - Jenkins immediately addressed them with no hassles (additional truss and additional 2x12 beam were ordered and on scene in three days). All structural work was done by OCT 1, and the entire roof was replaced on Columbus Day (OCT 11). House at that point was secure to further weather, but remaining carport finish work remained. When Subcontractor was too slow, Jenkins dispatched their own two-man team to complete the job - they did outstanding work. Final county inspection was done NOV 2011, three months after August storm. House has also now passed the mortgage company's final inspection. Had previous experience with another builder on a major addition/remodeling job for the house two years ago. Jenkins was head and shoulders above them. Am going to go back now and revise that rating from an and quot;Aand quot; to a and quot;B minusand quot;.
Description of Work: Work was the result of a tree falling on our house/carport the night of Friday, August 19, 2011. Jenkins was one of three firms recommended by our insurer, USAA. We had used them once before for a small interior problem and had been very pleased. We immediately decided they were our choice. Jenkins did the emergency repairs the day after the tree fell, and then the permanent repairs to bring the house back to original condition. They also assisted with the coordination between the insurer and mortgage holder (not a minor player). The work involved structural repairs in an existing house that was built in 1962 . They replaced four major roof trusses, a tripled 2x12 beam that was 28' long, one 4x4x14 support post (out of a total of three), and about 25% of the roof sheathing. They also replaced the entire roof and 75% of the existing gutters and completely restored the carport ceiling and end siding on the house above the carport. Through all of this they kept all utilities functioning. (electrical, phone, cable/internet). We never had to vacate the house. The work started promptly after the storm/damage, and was complete in 3 months. Three other homes in our neighborhood were also damaged at the same time. Jenkins started first and had finished before work on the other homes had even started. This is a very fine company that I would highly recommend. They have been a preferred USAA contractor for many years and are extremely customer/homeowner oriented.

We had hired a separate company to do a quick remodel of our bathroom. Unfortunately, that company started a fire within our walls that went into our attic. Working through our insurance company, we hired Jenkins Restoration to do the repairs. Overall we are very pleased with the results. Not only was there some fire damage, but there was a lot of water damage from the fire department. Jenkins did a great job assessing the damage. They noticed things that we might have missed. They also realized that we were under a bit of a time crunch. When the fire happened I was seven months pregnant with our first child. We ended up needing new insulation in our attic, new tile, tub, flooring, sink, etc...in our bathroom, the two rooms next to the bathroom need new dry wall and painting. We also needed new flooring and carpeting (but another company took care of that). Everything was done by Sept. 1 (exactly a month after the fire). Their portion probably only took a little more than two weeks. The workers worked exteremly hard. Arriving before 8 a.m. and some times they didn't leave until after 6 p.m. Our neighbor was home a couple days while the work was going on and commented that they worked right through the day with only a brief lunch break. I would probably give them more of an A-/B+ for the overall performance. There were some things that weren't done correctly the first time, but in the end they fixed everything. And we did have to stay on the workers reminding them of various things we wanted or about the smaller nicks and paint damage that weren't as noticeable. But I think that's probably true for most workers. Not only am I pleased with the oveall results. But I'm also pleased that it got taken care of so quickly. When the fire first happened, I was really scared that I would have to bring my baby home to a hotel. But our house was put all back together with plenty of time to spare!
Description of Work: Jenkins redid our bathroom completely (new tub, flooring, walls, paint, sink, mirror, toilet) They also had to repair the walls in our nursery and guest room and repaint They had to repaint our stairwell They had to create holes in our kitchen wall to ensure that all the water damage was dried out. They redid the walls and painted They put brand new insulation in our attic

This was part of an insurance claim and they were recommended by our insurance company. The crew chief came out one Saturday to look at the project, climbed up on the roof and removed the branch saving us nearly $250. He made an initial repair until the roofing crew arrived after we "approved" the work. The crew showed up and worked with no time wasted. The only negative comments - which wasn't a problem at all - is that they didn't call ahead before making the initial repairs or sending the crew for the final work. We were happy we had a crew as quickly as we did considering all the damage across the county the past few months. The major plus is that they were able to coordinate with USAA to deal with all the paperwork. A few weeks later we had another incident at the house, which we found wasn't covered by insurance. However, they sent one of the managers over and he worked with our insurance company to review the problem. Overall - a very good experience.
Description of Work: Repair to a roof after a branch punctured in during the Virginia Ice Storm of 2011. Made an initial repair and followed up with stripping the part of the roof that was damaged, replacing the plywood, and refurbishing the roof and the gutters.
