It was fine. They were polite. They came and did what they were suppose to do.

They were great. They are very professional and polite. They are trained well. They answer all our questions. They brought i-Pads and they showed us what they were going to do.

I had had another company before these guys, and I am not that impressed by either. The sales tactics of both companies are very aggressive, and I think they wouldn't have to be like that if their product was better than it actually is. They spray the building what looks like a large Raid canister and charge me $100. The ants come back to their previous stomping grounds, and I spot-spray them to keep them in check. I let them know about a specific ant issue we were having in our bathroom, but it wasn't taken care of. The ants returned in less than a day. No I will not use them again. I will just do this myself in the future. I am mad at myself for falling for their aggressive, foot-in-the-door sales tactics. They are very professional and prompt, but their service isn't very valuable to me if I can do it myself for much cheaper.

The technician, Matthew was very professional and efficient. He covered his shoes to protect the floor and rugs in the house and was very helpful when responding to my questions.

They arrived at the exact time estimated and sent out two technicians. One technician treated all the windows outside, around the foundation and garage and basement, while the other technician treated the bathrooms and kitchen. Both technicians were very friendly and professional. They did their job so quickly and quietly I hardly knew they were there.

The scheduling was easy and the tech arrived on time. I've never used a pest control service before so I have nothing to compare our experience to but overall I was very pleased. The tech was punctual and professional so no complaints there. Since it was the initial service we'll have to wait and see how things go on the results side. Like other companies an annual contract is required which of course costs more than the initial payment.

We have had three visits from Insight Pest so far, and each encounter has been great. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, showing respect for our home and truly caring about our concerns. The techs put on shoe covers whenever they came into the house (without us asking), they were thorough, and gladly followed us to the problem areas we identified. After our first treatment, we still noticed pest activity, so they came out for another treatment at no charge. We signed up with Insight on a recommendation from a neighbor and we are happy we did.

The tech was very professional, and did a very thorough job. It has been three weeks since the service appointment, and we have not seen any bugs since.

I was very impressed. We had just had a treatment from another company so Insight was generous and gave us their first treatment for only $1, instead of $250. The quarterly cost will later be $89, very happy! The company we used before Insight was usually here for 10-15 minutes every quarter. Tanner (the Insight representative who helped us out) spent a full hour at our house! He did a preventative treatment in kitchen, storage room, and all bathrooms, and an extensive treatment around the house and out in the yard.

This visit went seamlessly. Both technicians were professional, friendly, tidy, timely, gave excellent information about the chemicals used - were knowledgeable about their trade and were efficient in giving a time estimate and meeting that estimate. Well done!

It went well. Both technicians were professional, friendly and clearly explained what they did and what I should expect over the remaining period of the 1 year contract. It was a good first experience.

Here's the delete. He was extremely professional and concern about making sure the pests were taking . He was also very informative and let me know that it was all safe for my pets which I didn't know. He was very professional and nice and I felt very comfortable in his ability to get the job done. Very quick actually. TBD the results as they say it takes 10-14 days for the 'full effect' to take place and we just got it done a couple days ago. The Tech was very professional and respectful of our house. They follow up with email invoice and guarantee that if we still see activity that they will come back for free to treat again. We like that guarantee because it's not always a home run and if we see any other areas that have activity we'll call them back.

Happy so far. They just opened in the NOVA area but brought people with them from elsewhere in the country.

Insight came to our door in the morning to provide information on their services. Since we were considering pest control already, we listened to what they had to offer. They were very professional and detailed and even gave us time to look them up on the internet to verify the company and also make sure they provided a quality service. We scheduled for treatment that same day in the afternoon. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. After a very thorough explanation of the treatment, they began the treatment which took about an hour. They remained very courteous throughout the process and answered any questions that we had. It is too early to tell how effective the treatment will be but we feel confident it will be great.

My technician Malcolm was knowledgeable and professional. He carefully explained everything each step of the service and treatments and even pointed out a new problem which was termites. He provided me with the most information I have ever received from a pest control professional and I have been with several companies. He performed the service pretty quickly given all he needed to do and thus far, I am glad that I switched my pest control services to Insight.

Crew of 2 arrived on time. One did inside and the other did the outside. Crew seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing and were able to answer my questions. Also asked for their Tick service. Since their application have not seen any bugs in the house or ticks in the yard.

As a Navy family we have 'lived around' we say and over the course of our 30+ years of moving in 15 locations I would guess we have had all of the 'National' brands for pest control and more than a handful of the local providers. Insight Pest sets a new standard in diligence and effort to assure all the creep things from the basement to the yard are banished! While they are a new provider to the Northern VA area my search of the web showed they are an up and coming company trying to reach that goal of being a national presence in the industry. Their staff showed up promptly as schedule right in the middle of a 2 hour 'request for service' window and proceeded to inspect the house top to bottom though they were considering its purchase. Working from the unfinished section of our terrace level - okay walk out basement - then around the entire home and grounds. Treating all of the dark corners, hidey holes and every one of the wet walls and cabinets, and the garage (where they cleared every one of those corner spiders we all get) they treated every area and our decks even overturning all of the stepping stones in the yard where they treated or removed every visible or invisible but suspect 'creepy'. Finally applying a large barrier around the house, I want to say like 10' and out from the foundation. Quite honestly this was the best treatment we've ever gotten. Their guarantee, if after 2 weeks I see a bug, mouse, spider or creepy crawly of any type they are back to retreat the premises. The initial payment of $69 is discounted for a year contract which then includes 3 additional quarterly treatments at $129 each.
