After a couple scheduling conflicts, we finally got a time set up. The techs came and took care of the problem areas plus did preventative treatments inside the house. They warned that we may see an increase in bugs because of the treatments however, that should go away. The dusted in the eves for wasps and spiders. Luke and Paul did a great job!

The appointment time was 6pm and they showed up at 6pm on the dot. Walked me through what they were going to do and why and did the job they said they were going ro do. I have set up a quarterly maintenance contract with them for the next year. I am very happy thus far.

Salesman did an excellent job and the technician was just as professional. Doug was on time, he went inside and outside and realize the amount of ant hills that I had so he went around twice. Definitely a great job!

It took them three treatments to get rid of the ants and the third time they sprayed something on my newly refinished floors that left white spots. After this last big rain the ants are back, but not many.... fingers crossed I don't have to spend another $109 to get rid of these ants!

My Insight Pest Solution technicians were Doug and Paul. They arrived on time, explained to me what they were going to do. Asked if there were any insect issues that I was currently experiencing. We discussed insect issues that I had inside my home in previous years and walked around outside to look at other current insect (ant) issues. Paul handled the applications outside while Doug and I handled applications indoors. Both men were very courteous, professional, and i look forward to having them service my home quarterly.

Aaron and Alex arrived on time, did a very professional job, and explained treatment where ants were found.

Technicians arrived punctually, met with me to hear my concerns, explained the work to be conducted, and finished the job (internal and exterior) of a 4300 sqft home in one hour.

excellent. It was an introductory visit from both a service and price viewpoint. The two techs(Doug and Dwaine) were very professional and open to any questions I asked about their service and the products they are dispersing around my house to control insects. They spent quality time explaining what the spray/pellets did and how important it was to remove all the cobwebs in around the garage interior and around the house to not attract insects. Very helpful information.

Insight Pest is a great company. We never have any complaints about their work. They are very professional and always perform the work to our standards. I want to thank our technician Shiraz. The work performed was excellent. You name it he did it.

We have quarterly treatments and 'special' calls - at no additional cost - if we have an unexpected pest. Today's event was one of those. Our tech - Shiraz - showed up right on time at the start of the service window. He was very thorough and professional. We had an unexpected 'mouse' incursion which he tackled professionally and set traps where appropriate. Wore protective footgear coverings and gloves. All in all a great visit for a troublesome pop up infestation. I have no concern it's been taken care of. They will come back at no cost to clear traps and retreat.

Technician was polite and asked if I needed any treatment inside. Asked that they replace the bug traps in basement.

The technician was personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. He provided superior service.

We pay three quarterly payments of about $100 each. I think we are going to reconsider using them after this year because it is a yearly contract. The workers were perfectly nice. We just are not really sure how effective the products are. I don't think it is their work, I think it is their products. The work is fine. One person comes out and does the spraying. He is very attentive while we do the walk-through. They answer a lot of questions concerning the maintenance. So in that sense, they are very cordial and very professional.

Insight Pest Solutions has been my pest control provider for the year. They came in this summer to provide initial services and treated the home inside and out for $1 as part of their promotional offer. They have come back twice since to treat the exterior and once more for the interior. The service was very professional. and thorough. Frank M, the technician who did the last interior/exterior service was very punctual, he actually came in a few minutes early and I was notified by phone that he was going to be early. I was working from home that day and I saw the attention to detail, removing cobwebs in the garage and in the exterior of the home, all the way to the nooks and crannies, the application of chemicals was done diligently, nothing rushed. I have a dog so I was concerned about the application of chemicals inside the home and I got the proper instructions on how long to keep pets away from treated areas. I am relieved that the chemicals applied inside the home were safe. I have a persistent spider problem and am very concerned of spider bites, one of my sons got bitten once before and ended up confined to a hospital for 2 days. I strongly recommend Insight to all homeowners.

Malcolm and Blake showed on time. They were very professional and thorough. They went around all the corners and inspected and sprayed as needed.

They are on time and great to work with but I have seen no difference in the amount of bugs and spiders in and around the house. They have been by twice to spray. The cost seems high compared to other companies in the area. $49 for the first visit and $129 for every three months.

OK. But we have seen no improvements.

After second application and ndash; less bugs seen outside and none indoors.

I am still unsure. I'm not overly impressed with the indoor service as of yet. It was probably worth the $69 for the initial service as that appears to be all they did. They did not appear to use any of the powder to control ants inside as that was one of the reasons I decided to use them when talking to the sales person. They are supposed to come back on 7/14 as part of the service.

It was absolute marvelous. They did a superb job. They were very friendly. They were quick and efficient.

It was fine. They explained everything. I signed up for a yearly contract.
