terrible. Fairfax County Inspection Services failed the company's installation work. When the County finally passed the fireplace, the company never came back to complete the job. It's been five months. They've been paid in full. They are non responsive and their work is sub par. I would never use them again.

The service provider did a great job with what seemed like a straightforward maintenance and inspection of our fairly new gas insert fireplace (in use for one season to date). The visit included the inspection, freshening embers, cleaning glass and liners, and checking for any leaks. The service provider in addition to being skilled at his craft also was mindful of coronavirus precautions, which everyone appreciates these days. I already marked my 2021 calendar to call them for next year's maintenance appointment!

This work went well. The results are visually attractive, and the conversion into a new gas fireplace is working very well.
Description of Work: Converted 1 fireplace from woodburning to natural gas with insert. Transformed original 1977 brick fireplaces to modern stacked stone, with new mantles and new hearths.
