After you paid, their customer service for existing customers never existed. You will be on the phone for hours and listening to this sentence “ there are 0 customers in front of you. Your wait time is 12 seconds” but no one would ever pick up the phone. This company is fraud.

The technician was efficient and thorough when performing the service; and friendly and helpful in his discussions with me.

The problem wasn't resolve .I still see mice. The job done, so far, was mediocre.

Today went very well. The guy showed up on time, was very polite, friendly, explained the process and I hope to see no more bugs! Thank you again for the great service and looking forward to working with you this next year.

My appointment is tomorrow for the annual service but so far they have been great. They called me right away, offered me a savings for being an Angi member, answered all my questions, were very clear on their annual agreement, how it works and I look forward to working with them from here on out!

The technician comes and goes, many times without our knowledge. I really do not know if he does anything or not. We are mot aware of the pests, so I guess he does his job. Is it possible for the tech to let us know that he is here?

Green Pest Services and their regular technician for our property, Jason Brown, have provided the epitome of customer service for pest management at out home. Jason is prompt, provides complete information and asks about any pest issues and concerns that we have. He is efficient in his work and gives us a full report (including an email) on what he has found and done. An added plus - he's a nice guy.

Technician is very good. Arrived as expected and did the job.
