Whether or not I got a good job done depended on which technician came to my house. I requested them to send a specific technician who had done a complete job. They were not responsive to that and said that they could not always make sure the same individual came. At the end of the contract year I told them I no longer needed their services. The technician showed up three months later when I was not home and left a note saying they had sprayed. I called and spoke to who I think was the head of the company because I got a bill. I told him I received a bill even though I had cancelled the service. He said I would not need to pay and told me that he would be willing to send specific technicians to my house but I told him I was not interested anymore.

Went well. Contacted them, they came out, did the first treatment and then every quarter afterwards. Haven't seen any pests at all at this point, and it's been almost a year. They did use a scary picture of a bad bug that seemed like an attempt to scare people into purchasing their service. I was already game so it didn't change my mind, but I did think that was just a big over the top.

They don't use any chemicals inside. Outside around the edge of the house they do use chemicals. They use time oil which I like because I have pets. I had wasps outside, I called them, and they came out and took care of it right away.

When I signed up for a year service with Green Pest Services, I explained I have a major problem with spiders since my house is beside a wooded area. The year contract is for four scheduled visits. Before the third visit, I told Green Pest Services that they hadn't reduced the number of spiders and there was a lot of webbing on windows and bottom patio. (Both my husband and I had cleaned the webs and sprayed the spiders three times while using this service; in fact we have used up 5 cans of spider spray.) The day after the third visit (they supposedly sprayed the day it was raining), I used one new can of spider poison to kill spiders before I could attempt to eliminate the webbing on the bottom patio. I can tell that no attempt had been made to spray the bottom patio as there was webbing with spiders attached running across the patio that had to be removed before you could walk onto the patio. No webbing, spiders or spider egg sacs was removed from windows.

The service started off great, for the first visit. Since then, service has degraded well below expectations. The price is about average in our experience, but is way too much for the amount of work actually done. Quality is below expectations as the service has been unable to keep the pests at bay. Not all services have been performed at each visit. For example, they are supposed to remove cobwebs from the eves and windows. This has not always happened. On the last visit, the technician claimed that his pole was not long enough. The house is a simple two story colonial, like most in this neighborhood. Scheduling and punctuality has been a nightmare. We are busy with work and kid's activities. We make appointments and plan around them. But, too frequently, the appointment was not booked by the scheduler so the technician doesn't show. Or, the technician calls on the day of service and want's to come at a different time. Just getting the visits accomplished has been a hassle. Professionalism has been unpredictable. The guy that sold the service was pretty good. And the guy that came out for the first visit was pretty good. Since then, its been hit or miss. Some visits were quite thorough and some barely seemed to do any actual work. We switched to this company because our previous provider was not meeting expectations. This experience has been worse.

It was great and they got rid of the ants. They came right away and everything went smoothly.

They are timely, and will come out same day if you need them to. I think their workers are all very professional.

My technician, Braeden, was quite pleasant and offered to take of his shoes when he came in. He clarified a few questions I had while servicing. I told him specifically where I had been seeing the silverfish, he treated especially there but also throughout my home and exterior. I am very happy, the bugs seem to be gone!
