Very friendly completed work in timely manner

They always notify me when they are coming. I only need outside pest control because they are so adept at keeping whatever might come in - out!! If I need inside service they are available.

They come quarterly to treat for pests such as spiders and ants. The treatment works fairly well; however, we will occasionally get a stray ant.

I’ve used Green Pest for a few years now. They are professional and email ahead of time which technician will be performing the service on your property. They spray around the house outside quarterly, and I rarely have an insect in my house. They will also help if you have rodents (we had them in our shed). If you ever have an insect issue in your house, they will set an appointment very quickly. Very satisfied with this company.

Pest control schedule is timely. They notify in advance when they will perform their services. They carefully spray exteriors and treat interiors where needed. Employees are courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and explain their services upon request.

A technician came out and introduced himself very professionally. He explained where the issue is likely coming from. He sealed holes and set traps. He left his buisness card and told me to call at any time if I have an issue. I look forward to seeing them again!

other neighbors were getting their homes serviced by this company so we gave them a try. Their initial inspection was great -- while our pest woes are light Tevin spotted a few areas outside that should be sprayed to prevent future spiders/ants. Mike came out the next day to spray inside and outside the home. We shared what areas we saw with critters more frequently. He came exactly on time and was enthusiastic about treating areas inside and outside the home. The service was great -- he even found & removed a tiny wasp's nest too, which I am very very thankful for! Glad we bumped into this company in the neighborhood. Will continue using them

They have been pretty good. They are quarterly. It is $100 quarterly. Quality we don't see any critters. No more jumpers in the basement. They told me if I did a review on Angie's List I would get a discount. I recommended them to my daughter and she hired them.

Ok but I've seen more critters since using this service.

We have a quarterly contract with them. We like them. They're good. We'll use them the rest of this year, for sure.

Company tech arrived on time and checked area.

They could maybe solicit some more feedback from us from their last visit as to what they would be required for their next visit. They typically come out and do a regular service and they typically call beforehand before they are coming out, but it is all kind of voice mail. It would be nice to actually get an e-mail or communicate with them from e-mail and let them know if they could check things out in their next visit.

We were very happy with the service provided and will continue to have them follow up every 3 months.

They call the day or two before each treatment to alert me that they are coming and they leave an inspection report/ invoice each time. Since they started last May, I have only seen the odd little spider in the basement and no other pests. So their treatment is apparently effective. I used to see carpenter ants outside the house, but I don't see them since Green started here. I have never had to call them for an infestation of critters or wasps. In the past, I have had wasp nests in the front porch, but no longer. I like that Green is committed to providing environmentally conscious pest control services.
