Over a period of several weeks, I called G&S garage door twice for an estimate left my name my work number and my cell number. My first call went unreturned. Finally after about 3 weeks I got a phone call from somebody at G&S garage asking me if I still needed an estimate at which time I declined the offer.

Purchased their "Garage Inspection Deal" but knew the old door would need some serious TLC. They were very responsive, came out the same day, and made recommendations for repairs. It was expensive, but I'm confident I received a fair price. The work was completed immediately. Our garage door used to really struggle while opening and closing. Now it glides up and down. Their work was professional and they cleaned up nicely before leaving. I would hire again or recommend.

I called at 7PM when door spring broke and jammed door. They answered and arranged a service call for a two hour window the next morning. They arrived right in the middle of that window and did all work necessary in a professional, friendly and timely manner.

The openers are great quality and very quiet. The WiFi control via the phones comes in handy. The technicians completed the work quickly.

We were able to get it down Friday night, but called G&S on a Saturday. They were very pleasant and said they could get someone out to look at it on Monday. When I gave my address for the Monday appointment they stated that they had another customer in Ashburn and might be able to fit us in that afternoon instead, but that either way they'd call me back and let me know. Sure enough, they were able to come by on Saturday, and gave us the estimate for what needed to be replaced. He had the parts in stock and did the work, and it now works beautifully, better than it has in the 5 years since we've owned the house! I recommend G&S because they were fast, courteous, and got the job done right.

Excellent service. Within three days of the initial estimate, G&S had installed my new garage doors and done an excellent job. The person who did my quote was friendly and professional, and the quality of the work was great. The price for the doors themselves was slightly higher than I found from other places, but the speed, professionalism, and quality of the service made this a great value.

Joel and Nestor were on time and called when they were 10 minutes away from our house. They were very polite and efficient, and got the job done perfectly. They communicated the issues with me very well. While this type repair was expensive, I appreciated the Angie's List discount.

Being a first time homeowner, I am skeptical about contractors for any type of service and I found G&S Garage Doors using Google search. The reviews were good so I thought I would give them a try and I was so happy with the service and price, I won't have anyone else service my garage door. Each time Steve has come out, he has been flexible, prompt and professional. He also took the time to explain things to me so I understood the work he completed, what needed to be done and what to expect for maintenance as my garage door ages. Steve's pricing is very reasonable and am very happy I found him. I recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Great. Guys got here on time, got the auto remote set up, replaced roller bearings in my old garage door and , finally, performed long-overdo routine maintenance (lube/tune up) on my system.

Steve came out right away, and organized his crew to come after 6pm that same day, (It was Friday!) They did a great job, and were friendly and professional. I received a top quality opener with two remotes and a key pad. I was more than pleased and grateful. I will definitely call G & S when my other opener needs replacing!

Great! I called Steve at 4:30 and Joel was in my drive way at 6 (on a Friday!!). Gave me estimate and did the job. Quick, professional, friendly, cleaned up. Door works better than ever (this is second time we've replaced springs). Joel was terrific! Highly recommend to anyone needing garage door work done.

Steve and his crew came out the same day that I called. They diagnosed the problem quickly and immediately went to pickup the replacement part. They returned the same day to install and test the new part.
