Super pleased. When I talked of whether the doors needed replaced or repaired, it was explained the failure was easily repairable. The technition then provided overall required maintenance and it works like it's brand new.

After one of the springs snapped, contacted G&S via email in the morning, was contacted about an hour later, and the crew was out by mid-afternoon. In addition to replacing the springs (I chose to replace both), they tuned up the lifter and fixed a separate issue with the lifting arm. I'd hire them again the next time I need a repair.

Steve and the team at G&S were fantastic. They installed three garage doors for me on my property in one day. They came out twice to measure and ensure everything was setup correctly. The charged a good price and did a good days work. They treated my wife with the utmost respect and reviewed everything with when I was not available. I could not recommend them more!!!!

Nestor came to give me a free estimate and it was not a hard sell treatment at all. I had gotten other estimates, one that was cheaper but not close to the quality of doors that G&S offered me. Nestor and Joelle came a few days later as promised and they did a professional job. I was very pleased with the price, the work, and I love my 2 new doors!

This was probably the easiest home improvement activity I've ever had. It was handled quickly, efficiently and I didn't even need to be there. The team that came out did a great job and kept me apprised via text message of their progress. I love the garage doors! Great job on the installation.

I had an emergency with my garage door and it wouldn’t close. G&S called me immediately upon getting the request. They sent someone over to take a look at no charge that day. They fixed the problem and I couldn’t be happier with the technicians and the service. The prices were flat rates that included all the parts and labor - no hidden fees. I really can’t say enough good things about this company. The techs were amazing. They didn’t short cut anything and my garage looks so much better. They were professional and cleaned up when they were done. I wish they did more than just garages. I highly recommend.

Quick and effecient

Always came early and clearly explain everything. I had them replaced my springs and installed my new Ryobi GD200, which isn't normally something they carry, but everything went well. Took a little longer than usual for the install, but that's expected for a totally new line of system.
