A great job. Went right in, took care of the problem and were out in no time. Easy. Dependable.

Very responsive and thorough. They graciously squeezed me into their schedule the same day I called. However, I can't adequately rate the value for the money since I didn't have time to get other estimates (it had to be done quickly) and they said they had to replace some additional things that weren't on the original quote. But, overall it was a positive experience.

Called me within 5 minutes of posting my request on Sunday. Came out on Labor Day. Had the new door installed on Wednesday at a reasonable cost. A great professional Team that I Highly recommend

I had a very favorable experience. My garage door would not go up because the spring broke as I later found out. I called in the am and they said they could make it late afternoon. Althoug,h when the tech called me at 6:30 to say he was on his way, I told him it could wait until the next day but he came anyway. Despite the door being very old, he was able to use parts he already had to repair it. He said I would need to replace the old garage door opener soon but did not press me to install one at the time. The tech was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. An excellent experience all around..

I would definitely recommend this company for those wanting to purchase a quality garage door . The owner, Steve, was very professional, always on time, and very aesthetically particular about his product and its installation. The installation technician, Joel, did a wonderful job and took much less time than expected. Steve even paid a courtesy call a couple of days after the installation for a problem with my garage door opener that was not related to the door installation. I am very impressed with the product and particularly the customer service provided by G & S Garage Doors.

The owner and tech were very professional and response was immediate. The work was done in a timely fashion and they arrived at the job when scheduled. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

I was not satisfied with the solution. My keypad was not working and he replaced the keypad and remotes. The remote he installed did not work on both garage doors (even though my previous remotes did). He kept saying it cannot be done. Then, one of the garage doors kept opening which he blamed on some new rules (even though it used to work properly). I had to install new Liftmaster and he overcharged me for that. Worse part was that i had to pay for him twice for labor. On top of that very poor customer service. He kept arguing with me all the time. With half the work done, he kept saying that I can go with some other company (almost a blackmail) In the end, I felt cheated by this company and that I was ripped off. Highly NOT recommended. Go with this company at your own risk. I don't know why this company is in HomeAdvisor.

Very professional and easy to work with.

They repairman called before arriving, arrived on time, and performed the work quickly. He paid careful attention as I explained the problem, and then explained what he would do to make the repair before beginning. He was also sure to show me a price list for parts and labor, so I knew how the cost of the repair would be distributed.

He knew exactily what to do, did a great job.
