"Hi [Member Name Removed] Fineline never worked with you, therefore this review is unmerited. We interview each perspective client to make sure we are a fit for each other. We do offer higher end product and service based on the customer budget. you mentioned that yours was $100k. Sarah explained our process to you when she was at your place. Every company has their own process and this is ours. We didn't charge you a fee for visiting or measuring but we do collect a retainer fee for the design which consumes most of our time and requires a lot of creativity and thinking. Even the measuring process which is complimentary is very time consuming . Just like any other field every one charges for their work. We did complete a beautiful project for your friend and she was very pleased to work with us, otherwise she will not have recommend FineLine kitchens to you. Sarah did go on a month vacation and did warn all her clients at that time that there will be a delay. We wish you the best of luck selecting someone that will be able to accommodate your new remodel."
"Hello, Fineline created a free design( which you loved) that accommodated your budget and your remodeling needs. We took care of the project within the time scoped on your contract. The kitchen turned out beautiful based again on your needs and desired look. As our client we didn't want to upset you when things that were not part of this scoped project needed addressing and we did so at no cost. I am sorry to hear that your outlet doesn't work. The repairs that you mentioned were preformed over a year go and we find it hard to believe that this outlet never worked since we preform tests before we leave the job site ( a year ago). We did hire contractors that are not regularly on our crew ( along with a job site manager to monitor) to be able to accommodate you better and not pull any of our guys of our in progress projects. We are sorry to let you know that we can no longer repair anything else in your home. Your project was never in our scope of work but I ( sarah) accepted it due to your instance of working with us. We paid out of pocket to fix issues that were again not part of our project but did so to keep you happy. Again we can no longer do so. Thank you for your review."
