We attempted to visit two different Ferguson's on two different weekends and could not get anyone to talk with us at either store. At the second store we were given a "beeper" and told we'd have to wait for 30 minutes - we left after 45 minutes. If you really want to use Ferguson make sure you get an appointment and do not try to stop by. In the end we decided to buy all our new appliances at Appliance Connection.
Description of Work: Tried to purchase a Fridge, Stove, Wall Oven, Dishwasher, Wine Cabinet, Microwave, two sinks, lighting, and fixtures to conduct a full remodel on a kitchen. The service has been so bad at two different stores we walked away and have used another competitor.
