Description of Work: Kitchen remodel. The first two and half weeks of the project went as planned but when another cabinet door had to be ordered then the communication broke down. I informed the main office twice about the communication problem. It took 3 weeks to get get the new cabinet door to arrive at the contractor's business. Meanwhile there was a checklist of things in addition to the cabinet that waited the same length of time before this project was finished. The work was done professionally and the kitchen is beautiful. I didn't appreciate not being kept informed.
