This was our second time using this company. They did a good job; however, was a bit disappointed when they didn't contact us on the scheduled date to inform they were unable to clean. After we contacted them (to find out why they weren't here) they informed us of an incident. We rescheduled. They left abruptly, but friendly. We did not look at the house before they left. My wife found areas of the master bedroom shower that was not clean along with a few additional things that were overlooked, nothing major, but not as thorough as the first time we used them.

Three people came to clean up my house. They were able to finish the clean up within two hours. Professional.

this is the second time that I've used DMV maids. I love that they work until the job is done - not by paid man hours. They are open to feedback and responsive. ...and even remembered our pet peeves and concerns after the 1st visit. I also like that they spend more time on what actually matters; not wasting time on fluffing and folding toilet tissue and towels. I have 2 kids so there is always a lot to clean; the team was gracious both times! would definitely recommend again.

It was horrible. I requested to go from basic to platinum cleaning and wanted the basement cleaned which included the platinum. When the maids came they didn't know they were doing a platinum cleaning and would charge $45 for cleaning the basement. They didn't do any of the platinum cleaning. I had to ask them to clean the oven and clean the walls, which they didn't clean those well. I asked them to clean the garage and they said they weren't expecting that so they didn't do a full cleaning They didn't do a lot of what they said they would do. There was a lot mis-communication. They were supposed to bring special pet vacuum but they didn't.

After finding DMV Maids on Angie's List, I also checked out their website. Their prices are up front, non-negotiable, and very fair. I like their flat rate service fees. Basic townhouse cleaning ($90) plus pet fee ($20), which I don't mind because most of what I see in the vacuum bag ends up being pet hair. They responded quickly to an email inquiring on new service and were available to clean my townhouse within a week. On the service day, three employees arrived to clean my house and took about two hours in a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, tri-level townhouse. The house looked and smelled great when they were done. This was my first time using a home maid service and I am very happy with the results. I will continue to use this company for monthly service.

DMV Cleaners were very responsive, they were able to perform the service on our preferred date. The cleaners showed up on time, were very friendly and did a great job cleaning our house.

I called the company and schedule for a cleaning service. I chose their basic cleaning option. It is called basic but they cleaned everything.They quoted a price and i checked their website and the price was exactly the same. They Showed up on time and cleaned my apartment. Their service was excellent, their people were courtious and their price was exactly as they advertised. No hidden fee. They even cleaned inside of my fridge at no cost even though they charge extra for that. At the end the crew manager went over a list with me to make sure they did everything as i requested which was the first time a cleaning company did that for me. Overall everything was great. I specially liked the flat rate they have. I defenitly recommand them.
