Description of Work: C21NM was my agent selected in selling my home.

Description of Work: My husband and I had called Century 21 because our bank offered them as a referral. Initially we were talking to one real estate agent through email, however when she realized that we were looking to buy a short sale or foreclosed home and she couldn't talk us into property choices she found more "suitable" she told us she didn't do short sales and dumped us on another member of the "Dare to Compare Team," Diana. At this point the home we really wanted was back on the market, and we worked with Diana to purchase that house. I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional. She was late to meetings. She dressed like a slob. And while speaking to the real estate agent representing Fannie Mae she was crystal clear that she didn't expect to make any money from the sale and seemed pretty angry about it. I imagine she thought her role in this purchase would be to sit back and collect a check while we did all the work, because that's just what happened. In order to get any information from her I had to hound her practically every day. She didn't bother to put in a time is of the essence clause in our offer, which cost us time and money. She tried to talk us out of asking for necessary repairs as a condition of the sale, and later nearly cost us the deal with her ineptitude, all because she didn't order a termite inspection on time. At one point my lender asked me if perhaps the real estate agents, (Diana and the seller agent Jeanette Campbell) were trying to manufacture a denial on my loan. It seemed that a cash buyer was waiting in the wings if our contract fell through. I actually had to contact her broker to help me deal with her, because she gave up on our contract three days before closing and stopped responding to my phone calls. As it turns out, a few months after closing we found out that the selling agent actually didn't do the repairs we had requested (dead mummified mice in the fuse box), and when I sent an email to Diana about it, she totally blew it off. And tried to make it sound like this was some kind of a new problem. She sucked, and that whole shop is messed up. I wouldn't deal with them again.
