Absolutely outstanding. A quick phone call and they sent their arborist, a price was quoted, accepted and they came out on time. Very professional crew-you could barely tell they had been there. Exceptional!

The Destiny's crew showed up early, were very efficient and friendly. The completed the entire job in about five hours, hauled away the wood, and left the property clean. .I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for moderate cost and truly professional service;

Destiny's Tree Service removed trees that had fallen on my house. They responded quickly to my request for services and tarped my roof to keep it dry overnight. They arrived the next day with an amazing crew who removed the trees, hauled the debris, and left my property in great shape. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definately use them again.

It was and emergency situation, and I am grateful for the tree being off my house. However, there was poor communication between the company and myself about when they would finish the job. It took several phone calls. I think the bottom line is that if a company is being paid by an insurance company, then they are responsive to the insurance company. If a company works for you, they are responsive to you, and since we were not paying them, they did not have to tell us when they would finish the job.

The arborist who inspected the damage was very knowledgeable and professional, a pleasant surprise compared to some previous experiences. The crew came at the arranged at the arranged time and hour and their foreman was just as polite and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. I can highly recommend this company.

This was the tree company my neighbor hired and the actions they took actually put my house in danger. Without notifying me, the company began to cut the attached tree limb off my neighbors roof, the remaining tree split and drastically leaned over my house due to their actions. At that time, the company called me to indicate that they could "offer me their services" in fixing a dangerous situation they had created, (since they had the crane and crew onsite already), but if I wanted them to remove it at that time (still during the day), it would cost 2-times what it would cost for them to come back with the same equipment the next day...and oh by the way, "it's leaning a lot and will probably fall on your house over the night...what do you want us to do?" It sounded a little fishy so I looked on Angie's List... The company I hired had higher Angie's List ratings, responded quickly, was $500 cheaper for "emergency" work and was great. The night of the emergency work, the company I had hired was unable to cut the tree all the way down so as to not put the neighbor's house in danger, (like mine was). Destiny's Tree Service refused to discuss or negotiate with my tree company the removal of the remaining portion that was left to protect their client's house. Don't let them near your house or your neighbors, given that they took a tough situation and made it worse, and every step of the way tried to make more money off of us and made made things more dangerous.

Destiny's gave me an estimate soon after I called them, and scheduled the work very shortly after I accepted their estimate. Their workman arrived as scheduled and removed the stumps and roots very professionally. Their estimate was the lowest I had received. I would definitely use them again.

Based on my own previous and very favorable experience with Destiny's, I had them give an estimate for removing a large split branch from a huge maple tree at my daughter's nearby house. Destiny's estimate was the lowest, and they were able to do the work within several days. It was performed very professionally, and they cleaned up all the debris very well. They also removed, without additional charge, a dead branch from another tree that we noticed after they had originally been engaged. Destiny's is very pleasant to deal with, and I would most certainly use them again.

Destiny Tree Service was referred to us by another Angie's List Member. I called and scheduled for them to do the estimate a few days later. Eddie Surface, the main sales guy who is also a certified arborist, came out on the day and time we arranged (he was a few minutes early). He was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us the quote for a few different projects, all of which seemed very reasonable compared to what I had seen online. We arranged for them to trim and remove a bunch of trees in the back yard, which had never been touched in the 16 years since the house was built. They were able to come within a week. The crew arrived at 8:30am and was finished by 11:30am. Eddie came to the job to give some additional guidance regarding which trees needed to be cut. We are very pleased with the final result. The area looks amazing. At the very end, they were kind enough to cut a few extra inches off a huge stump of a tree that had been sloppily removed in the past. I did not ask for them to do it; I had just asked if stumps were supposed to be that high and if that was just a bad job someone else had done.

The pricing was great. They were here when they said they would be here. They took care of it quickly and cleaned everything up. It was a very pleasant experience.
