"When Daisy and her crew finally arrived, she was combative, unwilling to listen or do anything I asked. Her standard answer to anything I asked to be cleaned was “I already did that,” and “that’s deep cleaning.” When I asked her how to clean smudge marks off stainless steel refrigerator, she said “GOOGLE IT.” Throughout cleaning she complained how dirty the place was, how she already cleaned 5 houses that day, and how awfully dirty those houses were. I felt embarrassed that she had to clean my dirty place and embarrassed for the people living in the other 5 houses she cleaned that day. Most shocking of all, is that she said she “hates people that make so much dirt.” I was stunned to say the least. Not sure why she is in this business if she hates cleaning so much. At this point I just wanted her out. After they finished, I gave her the check and they left without as much as a goodbye. I will never hire Daisy again. Also, the other two girls that were helping her seemed very young and should have probably been in school." We hired Daisy for a “move-out” cleaning in our rental property. Gave her over a week notice for cleaning. She requested a 7am cleaning time, though it was too early for me, I reluctantly agreed. Although Daisy texted me around 7am to let me know she was running late by more than 1 hour, I could not wait for her at the rental property as I had to be at work. I left the keys for her with the concierge in the building. Around 8:30am I got a call that she could not find the entrance to the building from the guest parking area behind the building and wanted to me to come let her in even though I was at work. I had to leave work and by the time I got there she figured out how to get in. Wasted my time. After work I went over to check how well she cleaned. Not very well (but not totally awful), there was cat hair all over the house, windows had smear marks, remnants of spider webs, and the baseboards were dusty with cat hair. I let her know about these issues and texted her pictures. She said she will come over to fix it, though she was more concerned about getting the check from me. Do not hire unless you want to deal with attitude and drama. After vacuuming the floors Daisy began vacuuming my windows with the same attachment she used on the floors. I asked her repeatedly to stop but she could not hear me, so I turned off the vacuum by stepping on the power button located directly on the top of the vacuum cleaner. I did this because she could not hear my instructions to stop vacuuming. In addition, I own the same vacuum cleaner and that is exactly how it was designed to be turned on and off. This is a canister type vacuum cleaner that sits low to the ground with the power button located directly on top. Search for “Eureka Mighty Mite” and you will see what I am talking about. Daisy accused me of kicking her vacuum, which is simply untrue, I turned it off by stepping on the power button, and this is exactly how it was designed to be used. I do not recommend hiring Daisy, because she is a lire and will only cause you more aggravation.

Daisy and her crew did an amazing job cleaning our 2 bed, 1 bath condo. Upon showing up I showed them the list of things we would like cleaned and she had no issues whatsoever. I believe they were in my place for a little over an hour and I couldn't be happier with their service. I highly recommend!

Daisy and her crew did an excellent job cleaning my house.

Daisy and her team came in and cleaned my house from top to bottom. We had a very tight deadline to get the house cleaned before pictures were taken as well as before an open house, and she was available on short notice, working early on a Saturday morning. Her team went the extra mile to make sure the house was spotless, staying extra time to make sure the job was done right. Since then we've used Daisy for our move out clean and plan on hiring her to clean our new house on a regular basis.

Outstanding! Daisy was punctual, conscientious, thorough and very polite! She and her staff worked hard and my house looks amazing! Her husband did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, too! I highly recommend Daisy!

I have a town home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1/2. Daisy does an excellent job and I love coming home to a clean house. She always texts me the day before to make sure we are still on schedule and always tells me that if I saw something that she didn't do to let her know. I'm very pleased with Daisy and would highly recommend

Gregory and another gentleman with him were exceptional. They were very professional. Showed up at our place on time, helped with moving some of our furniture and cleaned our carpet spotless.. while taking their machines up the staircase they were very careful and didn’t leave a scratch on the walls. I would definitely hire them again. They were resonabaly priced and it fit right within my budget.

Daisy and her staff were very thorough in their cleaning and professional in our interactions. It was fantastic to come home to a clean home. We did not do the best job of picking up prior to cleaning, but Daisy and her staff were flexible and worked around our clutter and even moved it carefully for a deeper clean.

Daisy’s is, by far, the best cleaning company I have ever used. She goes above and beyond, cleaning in places other companies don’t even look at. Her crew is on their hands and knees cleaning base boards and in corners! They move furniture and area rugs to really get at ALL the dirt! I can’t recommend them highly enough!! Trust that you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing job! The first time we used this service was after a bathroom renovation. Our entire home was covered in dust! Daisy’s crew cleared every bit away and since then we’ve been so pleased with the attention to detail!

Daisy made sure everything was clean.

It was a so so service. I have a wood table and they did not clean that. They cleaned the kitchen but not the microwave. Also, they did not neatly replace the items on the counter tops. The bathrooms were cleaned nicely, but they were complaining about everything.

6 hours of cleaning ..... brought a 12 year old , husband and a random girl ......wanted to do a 1.5 hour job. negotiated on 2.0... spent most of the time upstairs... moved things and didn't put them back so I could tell they cleaned.... not cool ... I really wanted to find a cleaning company to stay with but I wont have a child charged as an adult and didn't care to move stuff back in place.... Still looking .

Scheduled easily. Gregory arrived on time and patiently attempted to contact me until I realized he had arrived and let him in, about which he did not complain. He did a thorough job cleaning an area of carpet with some significant stains both old and new. The freshly cleaned carpet looked great and I could see that he had carefully cleaned the entire area up to all the edges. Several weeks after the cleaning the carpet still looks great.

They did an acceptable job upstairs but I specifically told her the party was downstairs and that's where I wanted her to focus on the cleaning. They waited until there was 15 mins left and then rushed through the downstairs!! Needless to say, I was not happy and this was the day before the party so it's not like I could get someone else in time. They showed up late and I was appalled when they put the vacuum cleaner up on my couch to vacuum it!! That is really disgusting! They missed areas on my stairs and tried to blame it on my shoes when I specifically remember it being there before the cleaning. I am big on not promising more than you can commit to and she promised to clean my windows but that didn't happen. I specifically told her I had an appointment I had to be at (doctor appointment) and I ended up being late for it because she only brought three girls instead of the four she had promised. She kept asking if I wanted to sign up for a regular cleaning every week during the cleaning. Ha, that isn't happening! Very disappointed!

It was good. There were a couple of areas that they have missed while cleaning. They were not responsive.

Daisy was a pleasant, welcome surprise. I'd almost given up on trying to get cleaning services. Two smaller companies made estimate appointments and never showed--one company even had two chances and never called or showed. Two large companies were both significantly late to arrive to the estimate appointment. One didn't bother to call to let me know they'd be 1 hour late then didn't look through the house and told my child that he (my son) would have to move all his toys so that the people could clean. Both companies quoted me $270-$350 for initial clean and $200 for maintenance cleaning a house with no pets,no smokers and one child. Daisy arrived on the dot of our appointed time. She went through the entire house and consulted with me on everything. She said her ladies would just put the toys in a basket as they cleaned. She was personable, professional and thorough in explaining the cost and man-hours. Her crew was quick and thorough in their cleaning. She texted me to update me on their status as they moved from level to level to let me know the man-hours. My house looked GREAT and stayed looking nice, organized and clean for 2-3 weeks. Angie's List coupon was a great deal. I'm using Daisy on a regular basis and would recommend her services to others.
