Crown Floors was recommended to me by a very particular friend that was extremely satisfied with their price and work. I contacted Bruce based on her recommendation and he responded immediately with a quote. Bruce's estimate was less expensive than the first one I received. He suggested a different hardwood option that was a better choice and that would save me money. I followed Bruce's advice and am very pleased with the outcome. Crown Floors was able to complete the install quickly after the original estimate was given. They showed up on time, and finished the job in the amount of time they quoted me. The installers were friendly, covered everything well and cleaned up after themselves, and moved all of the furniture in and out of each room with care. Bruce was very responsive when I noticed a small piece of molding that was missed, and it was added the next day. I am very pleased with the work that was done and the floors look terrific! We have received numerous complements on the floors, and I have been quick to recommend Crown Floors. I would definitely use Crown Floors again for my flooring needs.

Bruce is wonderful! Very responsive and seemed honest about his products. After shopping around at multiple other flooring stores, I chose Crown floors simply based on my comfort level with him. We purchased one of the more expensive carpets, simply due to the fact that it was not a large space, and with kids/pets I didn't want to have to mess with stains. Bruce was extremely helpful in picking out the right carpet for us. He did show us less expensive options and didn't pressure us to get the more expensive one. I personally don't like carpet very much, so I was sold on the softness even if it was pricier. Was able to take the carpet swatch home to put it to my own stain test before placing our order. Because I wasn't ready to commit, Bruce called and put a hold (at no charge or risk to me) on the product I liked. Once we were ready, it was easy scheduling our install. My only negative about this experience was I was a little uncomfortable with the installers. I was outside when they arrived and I acknowledged that they were at the right place as they were parking, but since my front door was open, they just let themselves in and walked right upstairs. I found it a little uncomfortable that there wasn't any sort of introduction or confirmation that they should start ripping up the carpet upstairs. Only one of the guys really spoke English, which was fine by me, but it took a couple of tries to figure out who to talk to. Overall I would definitely use Crown floors again. I'm very happy with the product and overall service (minus the strange start to the install).

Work was done professionally and cleanly. Returned promptly to correct some grout gaps discovered after curing. Would definitely hire them again.

Fantastic! I will be using them again when I do the rest of my bedrooms. The installers were ultra professional. The owner Willy was on site to make sure that everything went smoothly. Willy stayed to make sure that all my furniture was place back exactly as I wanted it. This company was a joy to work with! Can't wait until he does the rest of my bedrooms.

Crown Floors was extremely professional, efficient, and accommodating. They helped us select the perfect carpet & padding for our needs. We had a lot of furniture to move from one room to another because all four bedrooms were being carpeted. I was pleasantly surprised with how carefully and efficiently they moved everything, put down the carpet, and replaced all the furniture. We found the prices to be quite reasonable after comparing carpets from several stores. We have been very happy with the carpet. It stands up well to traffic and is very easy to clean. We highly recommend Crown Floors.

We re-did our 20-year old kitchen this summer. We were re-doing cabinets, new countertops, and wanted a new floor as well. We started looking for flooring after selecting cabinets and countertop, but before the cabinets/countertop were installed. Bruce was very patient in helping us decide what we wanted, allowing us to take a number of samples home, and then patiently waited when we could not make a decision before the cabinets and new countertop were in. He even ordered a couple of additional samples and had them delivered to our home as we decided on several variations. Once the flooring was selected, the order took a little while in that the selection was on back order. When the order arrived we scheduled installation, and it was all handled efficiently and professionally. We now have the kitchen we wanted.

My first experience with this company was when I met Willy, the owner. He came to my house, did an estimate and gave me different options on what could be done in my older home. After selecting the best option for us, Willy's employees arrived on time and worked for eight hours. The house flooring was in good shape, but had many floor boards that needed to be screwed down to eliminate squeaking. The men moved all the furniture in and out of each room and no marks were made on the newly painted walls. The men were very efficient and professional at all times. Willy even called me later that evening to make sure there was no problems with his company's work. I told him how happy I was and that "I was finally squeak-less".

We shopped around between a few of the top rated, local, Angie's List results for flooring and although many were excellent shops, nothing compared to the excellent and honest service that we got when we stopped into Crown Floors. We met with Willy who explained our options, listened to our needs, and explained what he thought would be an optimal solution. On the days of service, the Crown Floors teams were professional, friendly, and did fantastic work. And what really thrilled us was to see Willy stop by each day to check on his teams and make sure they were living up to the quality of work and service that he expected. We couldn't be happier with the end result - our home has been transformed and we will be recommending Crown Floors to everyone and anyone looking to redo the floors in their home. Excellent from start to finish.

They did a wonderful job they are doing our entire house in carpet. The owner Willie is a great guy. We have them scheudled to come back again this year in a month or two.

Crown floors has done a variety of projects in two of my homes in the past few years. Each time, they exceed my expectations (I'm very particular). They are always punctual and the crew cleans up after themselves. I've used them on three separate occasions now; I don't even think to call anyone else. Never any errors with measurements (as I've had with other company's) or installation. Job well done!!!

We shopped various places and found best value at Crown Floors. Willy, the owner/manager was very customer oriented, came himself to measure and promptly scheduled installation. It turned out that the piping used for the carpeting on the hardwood stairs was not quite right--Willy promptly arranged to have a new carpet installed with the right color piping. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

Bruce and his team of installers have gone above and beyond every time I have used them (3 times over the last 1.5 years). The team is very professional, timely and they will absolutely go out of their way to do things right by the customer. Both installations went very well. They did a great job of "weaving" in the new floor with an existing floor to make it look seamless. They also do a great job of answering questions from this very inquisitive consumer. Finally, they (Willy) are very responsive and don't hesitate to meet or speak regarding a question or to address a concern....and then TAKE ACTION. Highly recommended provider!

Referred by another source. Great Price. When I mentioned Angie's List, Willie gave us an even better discount. He called the day before work to be done, confirming time. Two workers arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They never took a break. Work was outstanding - they put all the furniture back in place and cleaned up. Truly a great experience

Over the last 3 years we have been conducting a complete renovation of our home. Much of the work was done by us; but for several major jobs we relied on contracted professionals. Replacing the flooring in our home was the last phase. Of all our interactions with contracted local professionals/companies; Mr. Willy Amin was by far the best and the most interactive salesperson in addressing our concerns in a timely manner, and in overseeing the installation process. Mr. Amin personally came to our home to make measurements wherein he provided a quote for materials and installation costs (no hidden fees) within 24 hours. Mr. Amin keep us fully abreast of the ordering status of the materials and worked around our busy family schedule to have the various floor material installed on three different dates over a 3 week time interval. Importantly, Mr. Amin came to our home each morning accompanied by his staff of installation workers and returned each evening to check the installation, the cleanliness, and to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and material. Mr. Amin?s quote was on average 20-40% less than the same identical material provided by four other Angie List A+ flooring companies in the Fairfax, VA area. The difference in cost was primarily 2 fold: 1) Crown Floors Chantilly gave us a better price for the exact same materials/installation and 2) Mr. Amin?s measurements of the amount of flooring needed were significantly less. The installation crews were extremely professional and the quality of their workmanship was exceptional. Installation crews arrived promptly each morning and went immediately to work first by put down old carpet/rugs to protect newly installed flooring and/or they placed barriers to limit dust to specific areas. After their work was completed, they made sure all rooms were clean and furniture repositioned appropriately. Everything from flooring selection of final install went very smoothly and occurred as scheduled at the time of signing the contract. All old materials were taken away by the installers. We are extremely pleased with the flooring material and installation provided by Crown floors and cannot say enough about the professionalism of Mr. Amin. Without any reservations we highly recommend Crown Floors of Chantilly and we love our ?new? beautiful home with all its updated flooring.

The whole process was easy, they came to the house to measure, set up a date to install, come on time and the job was finished in a day. WE are very pleased.

The sales experience was great. Willy was friendly, helpful and there was no pressure. Willy gave us as many samples to take home as we needed. The price was reasonable. Willy found out when the carpet would be available from the factory and gave me a call. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time, the workers were neat, efficient and did a 1great job installing the carpet. They removed all their trash, moved the furniture and replaced after asking me where things should be placed. Overall the experience was very very good. I highly recommend them if you need carpet sales/installation. Willy also called me after the work was complete and asked if I was 100% satisfied before processing my payment.

I give Crown Floors my top recommendation. I have used them twice now, once for my town home about four years ago, and earlier this month for my new single family home. On both occasions, I received the best price, customer service, quality of product, installation, and overall experience that one could ask for. Willy and Bruce are both great to work with and take pride in satisfying their customers. They went out of their way to satisfy my request for ordering and installing the carpet asap to adhere to my schedule of move from one home to another. One great thing about them is that their pricing is all inclusive. It includes moving the furniture, removal and disposal of old carpet and padding, installation of new carpet and padding, etc. They don't come back with any surprises like separate charge for stairs, etc. Everything is very clear and upfront. Here's another example of their excellent care for their customers: Before moving to the new home, I had messed up a section of the carpet in the hallway in my old home by spilling medical syrup, just a couple of days before I was putting the house up for sale. The location of the spot was such that it could not be covered by furniture, and the shape was too odd to place a runner or rug on top. Running out of ideas, I called Willy. It turned out that the shade of my carpet had to be ordered, and there was no time. Willy still sent his guys for measurements, and had them make room on their schedule and took care of the problem right away by using the leftover carpet sample that I had kept from the installation. They had offered to use a piece from the walk-in closet if I had not kept the old sample, replacing the closet piece with a similar shade that was available. Anyway, the installation was so clean that you couldn't tell the difference. The house sold on list price and breezed through home inspection. In fact, the quality of the original carpet and installation was so good that even after about four years of heavy use by us (including a toddler), it still appeared and was advertised as "like brand new." No one raised any questions about the carpeting in all the showings. A quick word about their installers: These are hardworking guys who take pride in their work and it shows in the quality and cleanliness of their end product. They showed up on time on both occasions, and completed a fantastic job within the schedule. When it comes to my carpeting needs, I would never look anywhere else.

The men I dealt with, Willy and his nephew, were wonderful. They were patient and professional. They installed it beautifully. I have never seen carpet installed this professionally and this is the second wall to wall installation I’ve had. They went above and beyond installing the carpet on my stairs. They were just fantastic. I was looking for something very specific and it was a special order carpet that I decided on. They were very patient and caring during the decision process. There was no pressure. They just wanted me to be satisfied. They cleaned up beautifully and they were wonderful. I can’t say enough good things. I’ve recommend them to loads of friends.

n. Bruce and Will at Crown Floors were fabulous to work with. We hired them to install laminate flooring in our basement and foyer, re-carpet our stairs, and refinish our hardwood floors. Bruce came to our house and walked through each room providing honest assessments about how to get the most out of our budget (for example, refinish existing hardwoods or install new?). He took measurements and provided a quick and accurate estimate. A few weeks later, I visited the store where Will assisted me in selecting samples which I was allowed to take home for a few days to compare to the paint color on the walls and the rest of the decor in the house. Once we decided on the products, we scheduled our services. We actually had to move out of the house while they worked on the floors but Bruce called and texted with updates everyday. He even sent pictures of the progress. Our floors were done on time and within budget. Bruce and Will were exceptionally friendly and professional and we will definitely be using their services again.
