They came when they said they were coming. They did it with no problem at all and it looks beautiful. They were very dependable and did a very good job.

Extremely engaged business. Up front with costs. Very reasonable. Clearly motivated not by maximizing profit rather with the best interest of the customer and the quality of the final product. Specifically want to call out Bruce - who made several visits during the sub contractors work. He was extremely firm with the workers making sure every detail was considered, planned for, covered and executed. The subs themselves, overtly carried the professionalism of Crown Floors. Attentive, thorough and although efficient, not in any hurry to just get the job done. Perhaps among the best sub contractor experience I have had. I attribute it to the careful selection of subs by Crown and their VERY engaged role once the subs were on site. I am specifically looking to do additional flooring projects because of the overwhelming positive experience I had with Crown Floors in Chantilly, VA.

***REPEAT OF SERVICES PERFORMED ABOVE*** Willy came out and measured and we discussed possibilities for carpet and vinyl...he knew exactly what would look good...he is very experienced in carpet sales and if you want a great job at a reasonable price, call Willy...My project took 2 separate days and Willy ws happy to fit into my schedule...both times his crew chief called me ahead to meet them and they were there on time....they told me when to come back and they were right on the clock...The crew chief and his helper were polite, professional and efficient....I would highly recommend Crown Floors!!!

I had a hard time making up my mind about what I wanted, but they were very patient and gave me all the info I needed to make a decision. I love the new carpet and it looks great!

We've purchased carpet from Crown 3 times for different areas and each experience has been outstanding. Their sales staff is knowledgeable and friendly and makes the process as easy as possible. The carpet they installed for us includes the carpet runners on our wood stairs, family room, and 3 bed rooms. Everything is done neatly, professionally, and perfectly. I don't start projects until I've researched everything completely. Before I used Crown Floors the first time, I must have gone into 15 different carpet stores to learn everything possible and compare as many carpet types and samples as possible. I found the quality and carpet that I liked and compared prices - Crown Floor was the best, and also had the most accommodating staff. Their installers were meticulous and neat. They take their time and do the job right the first time. I'm picky. Very picky. If I don't like the way something is being done, I make it known. I have nothing negative to say about Crown Floors and recommend them highly.

I visited the store to get a price comparison against a large warehouse vendor and got a quote that was significantly less. They assured me that I'd not get a better price and would match if I did. The carpet was installed beautifully and I'm a happy customer.

We selected and ordered new carpet for our living room and dining room areas as a result of flood damage from Tropical Storm Lee. We had to delay installation to figure out the source of the leak which took a long time! But Bruce of Crown Floors was very accomodating and helpful in rescheduling. The experience with Crown Floors was very positive from choosing the carpet and working with their knowledgeable salesmen to delivery choices to actual installation.I will definitely use Crown Floors again and recommend them without reservation!

Went great! I shopped around at Home Depot, Lumber Liquidators, and Absolute, and Crown's price was the best. They were also the most flexible in scheduling the installation and in general easiest to work with. I'd recommend them to anybody.

I liked that they had a good selection of carpets. They were very nice and professional about taking the samples home and testing them in your house from the store. They also came out and took the measurements. They gave me an initial price but once I talked to them about what I wanted, they discounted the price. They came right down with their price to as low as possible once I told them that I was comparing their price with the other companies. They were $400 or $500 up. The installers came in and did their job. They cleaned up after themselves and so, it looked like they weren't even here. They vacuumed when they were done.

This is the second time that I have used Crown Floors. Willy (the owner) is so helpful. I walked into the store on a Tuesday. On Friday he was out at my house to measure and give me an estimate. I had a quote from him within the next day or so. I went back in to the store two weeks later to order the carpet and he suggested a different carpet that was thicker then what we were going to do but won't cost us any more. That was great. He was able to schedule me for the following Friday. The two guys who were installing showed up when I was told. They swept and vacuumed the subfloor after the old carpet was out. They swept and vacuumed again after the new carpet was in. They were in and out in 2 hours. There is not a glimmer of a seem. They took their time and the carpet looks great. I plan on using Crown Floors again when we do the rest of the house.
