cabinet refacing
+ -1 moreVery helpful and courteous service from Heather. She helped me order new trim and replacement drawer brackets for 24 year old cabinets. They don't carry the brackets anymore but she knew where to order them for me. Gave me the same discount I got when I used them for a much larger order 6 years ago (company had a different name then but phone number is the same). Gave me advice on how to measure to replace a few beaten up cabinets doors so I can hold off on replacing the cabinets for a few more years. Gave me a reasonable price quote for that as well. Responsive follow up on shipping times. I would use them again!
Description of Work: Ordered light rail trim for my 20+ year old Yorktown cherry cabinets. I also ordered replacement brackets that hold rails for pull out drawers in kitchen cabinets. Got an estimate for replacement cabinet doors.

+ 0 moreThey took more than 3 months to do the work, although their original estimate was 6 weeks, including the wait time for the cabinet to be constructed. They never responded to phone calls or emails. Both email and voicemail boxes were usually full and messages could not be left. They did not show up when promised. The work was shoddy and they even installed the wrong sink. They would come to our home and do small pieces of the work and then never show up again until we called repeatedly. Even going to their store didn't help because they were always closed. I would NEVER hire this company again! Beware, the granite installer told us he thought they were going out of business.
Description of Work: We hired this company to install tile, cabinets, granite countertop and sink in a bathroom.
