Our goal is to build long-lasting relationships with our clients. We have clients that have not needed our help for years that still contact us to let us know what is going on in their lives.
We partner with other companies like antique dealers, appraisers, online sellers, etc. so if you prefer to sell your excess items we can connect you with the right person or company.
If you prefer to donate your unwanted items, we have a list of charities that can use almost anything you have to help others.
We offer an initial consultation and then an hourly rate for services afterwards. During the consultation we work with you to assess your spaces, diagnose the issues, offer suggestions and we ask a LOT of questions. If you just need to know where to start on your plan, we can provide an action plan that works like a road map to get you to where you want to be.
Some clients know that they will need help after the consultation. When that is the case we work on an hourly basis.
If you need services we can't provide we have a list of trusted companies you can contact. All these companies work with you directly - they are not subcontracted through us. This way you are the client and you get the best possible rates. Many of the providers give our clients a discount since they are used to working with us and know our expectations of them.
