They did them all quite well. The only problem was that they had to keep rescheduling but some of that was the weather. They delayed us and then instead of having us next on their list, I think they did some other people and then got back to us. It didn't really matter but we had to move the cars off the driveway and wait and then they didn't come. Then we had to move them back and move them off again. It was $80 per driveway.

We contacted Collegiate Sealers and Paving. They sent a man to assess our needs who gave me a printed estimate to repair and another to replace on the spot. We decided to replace. The crew arrived when they were supposed to, got right to work demolishing the old drive way, laid a foundation for the new and then paved it. It was finished much quicker than I expected and is so much better than what we had.

These guys were great. They took care not to mess anything up and did a good clean up job. I will use them again.

We had used Collegiate in the past to seal our driveway, and they were fantastic, we also learned that they did gutter cleaning. We decided to give them a try for cleaning the debris out of our gutters. They were very accommodating, and even matched an offer we had found by a competitor on Angies List. They gave us a window of time when they would be coming and arrived as scheduled. This wasn't your typical powerwash company that comes in and sprays everything out, they got up on the roof, cleaned everything out and didn't leave a mess behind. We were very pleased with the job they did and their professionalism. We would certainly use them again!

Removed existing driveway asphalt down to the stone base, regraded the driveway, added 2-3 inches of new stone, laid new asphalt. All Collegiate team members were professional, friendly and responded positively to customer questions. Clean-up of site at completion was exceptional. Highly recommended.

I had Collegiate seal my residential driveway for the first time since closing on a new construction home. The driveway looked rough to begin with which I thought was just part of a new driveway. Scheduling and the price for the work was great and easy. The workers were punctual and professional and took every step to keep the surrounding areas clean. After the work was complete the driveway looked a little unfinished. I wasn't sure if it was the fact that this was the first time it had been sealed or if the sealant didn't take. I called Collegiate and asked if they could look the driveway to see if it looked good for a first time sealant. Well, they didn't even hesitate and said that they would come back and seal the driveway again, no questions asked. I was very impressed with this. The driveway looks great and I will definitely call them when it is time to seal the driveway again. A good company.

I did not have any work done but from reading the reviews I decided to give Collegiate an opportunity to bid for the work which consisted of replacing my existing asphalt driveway and widening it. When I called I told the receptionist I wanted to schedule an estimate to have my driveway replaced. She started asking for my information but all I could hear is a loud dog barking in the background. She put me on hold and when she came back she said it would be $82 and some change. I said I wanted my driveway "replaced" and "widened". She said someone would come out to give an estimate and I told her I would like to be there to explain what I wanted done and to discuss the project. She said it was company policy that they could not "schedule" the estimator to meet the client. The best they could do is that the estimator could call the client when he/she is on site and then the client could come out. I'm not sure if they realize people have jobs and perhaps need a little advanced notice for these matters. I explained to her that I would prefer to meet the estimator and asked how he/she would know what I wanted done. She said I could "mark the property". Well, again, I had some ideas in mind that I wanted to discuss and that "marking" the area just really wasn't feasible. In any case she stuck to the "company policy" reasoning. I thanked her and told her I would move on with my search and she very abruptly and without a care in the world said "thank you, goodbye". Perhaps business is that good that Collegiate can afford to not take on a perspective client. For the record, the three other company's I contacted (Premium Paving, H&H, and Chesapeake Paving -- all Angies List businesses) are meeting me on site to discuss the project and provide an estimate. Obviously this diatribe of mine has everything to do with customer service and the initial phone call I made and nothing to do with the actual work Collegiate performs. It is unfortunate because most of the reviews are positive and I had hoped to at least give them a chance.

Contractor showed up on-time and did a good job sealing the driveway. They did manage to make a small mess on my neighbors driveway in the process and spill some of the tar sealant on about 1 square foot of grass that was next to the driveway. They did not leave any note on the reciept or call to acknowledge they had killed my grass.

I and several of my neighbors all joined in to get our driveways resealed - and took advantage of the 10% discount. After several delays, due to rain, Collegiate came on the appointed morning, came to our door to announce themselves and to give us time to move our cars to the curb. They swept the driveway and then quickly, neatly, and efficiently applied a coating of asphalt sealer to the driveway surface. (I'd expected them to fill some cracks beforehand, but I guess they weren't wide enough to warrant that treatment.) The coating of sealer seemed very thin - but, we'll see how long it lasts! (Maybe I'll get another application next year - it's inexpensive enough!) After applying the sealer, they posted a yellow ribbon across the drive to make sure folks kept off the driveway. After 48 hours (longer than usual, due to cooler and damp weather), I was able to take down the ribbon and bring my car back to the driveway. It's nice seeing my driveway's clean and uniformly black surface again!

Very smooth process from beginning to end. Contacted Collegiate to perform the initial estimate, scheduled the service, and they arrived on time to do the work on the day I scheduled. I don't really think it could have gone any more smoothly. My driveway is on the small side, but it needed to be fully replaced. The pavers were very efficient - they arrived around 8 in the morning and were finished by early afternoon. Several months have passed since they replaced the driveway, and I have not experienced any problems whatsoever. I had some landsaping that I had done shortly before my driveway was replaced and some of it was pretty close to the driveway - I almost expected there to be a little collateral damage to some of the landscaping, but there was none at all. The workers were very careful, and my new driveway looks great. Also, Collegiate includes your first sealing for free - I have not had this performed yet, but I look forward to having them seal my driveway in the years to come.

They did an excellent job. I was a little apprehensive because my husband arranged for the work to be done while we were out of town and we would not be home when the work was done. My second cause for concern was the low price -- $59. I was afraid at that low price the job would be substandard -- the "get what you pay for" worry. All of my concerns were misplaced because when we returned home the driveway looked great. There were no oversplashes on the concrete on our walks or the entrance to the garage, and the sealer was evenly applied. I could not have asked for anything better.

collegiate did a great job,,,the initial work had to be postponed due to weather conditions,,,glad they checked the forecast to ensure the work would be completed and have time to dry.

When they finished work, I noticed some splashes on the brick wall. I called the office and they told me they will take care of it. A couple of days later a man came and power washed the stains and the whole driveway which took care of the problem. In short, they did what they said they would do. The customer service and the quality of work is so important in choosing the company.

Service was quick and done well. Men doing the sealing were very polite and efficient.

Company showed up in the afternoon and got right to work removing my old asphalt driveway and within 3 hours, I had a new, clean looking driveway. The new driveway was professionally done and twice as thick as my last driveway. I would definitely recommend this company.

They men arrived punctually at 7:30AM. They efficiently rolled the heavy equipment in on trailers etc and went straight to work. They didn't bother me or ask me a bunch of questions. The leader was polite and appeared to know what he was doing. They were busy until about 4 PM . The completed job was just incredible. It was better than the original job from when we bought the house. The finishing edges of our new driveway were very precisely and well finished. We are very, very pleased.

We have been using Collegiate Sealers for several years--having our driveway done on their recommended schedule. They do beautiful work and are very easy to do business with. They came exactly when they promised to come and our driveway still looks brand new as a result. Highly recommended.
