Very reliable. Work was conducted on schedule. Reasonable prices and very neat work. I highly recommend this firm.

Dan provided an estimate on Sept 18th but I was unsure about completing the job. I received many other estimates but Collegiate Sealers estimate was the best and their offer to expand driveway by about a foot on each side at no charge, sealed the deal. After deciding to go forward and have driveway finished, I called back early November and Dan stated he would honor his earlier estimate from Sept. The work was completed on Nov 2oth and we couldn't be happier.

These guys have it all figured out. They got the job done in one day. They sent a 3-4 man crew out to do the job. I have also recommended them to my neighbors as well. They were the first quote I got and they were reasonable and they did everything exactly as they explained it. I also got 5 other quotes for the job.

Showed up around 8:30 guys were very professional. Did a great job on the driveway. Thanks guys

Great job, no issues with appointment process, work, or payment. Arrived the day they said and performed work as advertised. I received a card in the mail for my neighborhood with estimate...and the cost was the same. I'd recommend them again. Quick and easy, why do it yourself??

Collegiate knows customer service. They arrived on time and did a great job. But it rained that evening and the new asphalt washed off and covered the driveway apron. And because our street is on a hill, the asphalt also washed all along our front sidewalk. I called the next day, explained the issue, and two days later Collegiate power washed the apron and sidewalk. A few days after that, they resealed the driveway. They arrived on time and did a great job. Again. There was never any argument or push back. They just did the right thing in a professional manner.

I don't know yet- lets see if Collegiate Sealers ever try to make this right.

I should say that I have used Collegiate Sealers for 10 years and had always been satisfied. In fact I recommended them to two of my neighbors this season. Neither was very satisfied. They poured the liquid sealer from chest height and then attempted to smooth it out. I watched this imprecise method. When I called to say I wasn't satisfied, and as a long term customer, I was disappointed with this crew, the person on the phone said he would send someone back the following week to refill and reseal the driveway. A day or two later the Manager showed up and said he was not going to redo it. It looked fine to him. He was arrogant and argumentative. He defended their poor job. I told him I would never use them again.

They came to fix the driveway after I had some sewer pipes removed. They noticed that one of the pipes was broke and they fixed it for me before doing the driveway at no extra cost. They left the area clean. They were very polite and professional. It took them about four hours.to do the work.

The whole experience was silk smooth and outstanding! If all commercial interactions were like this one, the world would be a happy place! We had a standard driveway. It had been re-topped at least once since our home was built in 1978 but never replaced. I had kept it in repair with fillers and sealers, but it clearly needed replacement after last winter. We had one other highly rated firm give us an written estimate after a visit, an estimate that was about $100 higher, and we got several estimates - all higher - on the phone. A number of reports on Angie's list indicated to us that the Collegiate estimate was a sound, competitive rate. We had to wait about ten days for the estimator, in line with what we were told on the phone, but that was fine as we were in no rush, something the phone contact had asked. The estimator rang our doorbell and introduced himself, then quickly made the estimate, stepped into his vehicle, and emailed the proposed contract to us, including a page of reasonable terms and conditions, a page of what to prepare for the job (parking, moving items from near the edges, access to water, garage door position, etc. - all reasonable), a page of tips for keeping the driveway in top condition, and a page with copies of Collegiate's license and insurance papers - all before driving away. The contract even had a photo of our driveway and house - a nice feature as a fail-safe to make sure the work was done on the right driveway, I believe. We were impressed! While we found several other firms quite professional and would have been happy to have them do the work, the Collegiate estimating process was clearly superior in providing the information we needed right away, especially the license and insurance documents, which saved me time. They scheduled the job promptly on our acceptance of the contract for today, August 28. This morning they started arriving first thing at about 7 AM, checking to make sure that everything was ready (such as access to hose water), and work was underway by 7:30 AM. The whole process was like an orchestra performance with the skilled crew doing their parts in a smooth, coordinated sequence. Of course they had all the special paving equipment they needed. All our contact with the crew was professional and friendly. Even the weather was perfect. By 10:30 AM they were done and on their way. We now have a beautiful, smooth asphalt driveway with nicely tapered edges. We are delighted!

Prompt response to request for estimate, followed by on-time service at quoted price. Would recommend. Would use again. Caution: Sealing only includes sealing - plan to do any necessary driveway edging and crack weed removal yourself before they arrive.

Job went very well. I called them up and they actually answered the phone which is more than I can say about most. I gave them my address and they told me that there would be someone in my area within the next week who could measure the driveway and then provide a quote. Within the next week, the office followed-up with a quote of $95 as well as the date they could do the service. I accepted and was even able to talk to the estimator about the condition of my driveway. Services were performed while I was at work. Vegetation was cleared, entire driveway looked great and tape was put up blocking off the driveway. I was impressed with the services and will likely use them again next year.

I had Collegiate Sealers and Paving reseal my driveway last year. They did a great job of filling cracks and covering all of the asphalt. I have a super long driveway and was impressed that they did such a meticulous job. I called them again this year since the Winter wreaked havoc created some new deep cracks. Collegiate advised me against getting it resealed again so soon and instead told me how i could fix the cracks myself. I was impressed that they turned away additional work in the name of just providing stellar customer service. They will be getting my business and my referrals from now on.

They showed up when they said they would and went to work after they informed me they were here. They cleaned the driveway prior to sealing. They didn't stint in applying sealer and sand for traction where needed.

Scheduling was efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Work was performed as scheduled and as requested. Will definitely use Collegiate again.

We had our driveway repaved in 2013 and had it sealed by Collegiate this summer. Scheduling was easy and staff were helpful. The work was done professionally. We use Collegiate to reseal the driveway nearly every year and the neighbors always ask who has done such a beautiful job. We will continue to use Collegiate for our driveway resealing.

Just Ok. I had intended to be at home to oversee the resealing but was called away by a family emergency. The crew/person arrived on time and did an Ok job overall for what I thought was a very good price. However, the seal extended over the edge of our relatively new and clearly edged driveway by as much as 3-4 inches into our lawn is several spots. By the tine the seal had dried enough for me to removes the excess sealer the lawn was dead in those areas. In addition, a small crack that had developed in part of the driveway apparently received no extra attention. The next time my driveway needs resealing I will likely look fo another company.

It went very well. They were very careful in making sure they didn't get the black sealer on the concrete or on my bricks.

Did not utilize this supplier as it would take too long to get the quote and there is no cooperation on when they would arrive to review the potential project so we can discuss it in more detail.

Received a flyer in the mail to seal our driveway for $138. I called to ask why the price had gone up more than 50% from last year. After several uh's and um's, I was told they probably re-measured my driveway and adjusted the price. When I complained that the increase was excessive, and possibly reflected an accurate job of measuring last year, the response was "that's the price and I can't adjust it." Not the kind of customer service you'd expect from a Super Service award winner, or the way to treat a repeat customer.

Collegiate sealers were due to seal my driveway on a Tuesday. However I received a phone call at work from the company and he said the sealers had arrived at my home but the driveway was too dirty to seal properly. Admittedly, our area had received a very large heavy rainstorm over the weekend which had caused quite a bit of road gravel to course downhill into my driveway, along with mud that had collected and dried up against the carport supports. He suggested I have my driveway power washed so the sealcoating would adhere better. I appreciated that they didn't go for the quick buck and do a sub-standard job which I'm sure some would have (check taped to the door as motivation). I had the driveway powerwashed and Collegiate Sealers returned and did a fantastic job. They've been sealing my driveway since I moved to the house in in the late 80s. I was home only one time in all those sealings and the crew was very meticulous and methodical in their application. They are very reasonably priced, professional and ethical IMHO.

They came on time, despite weather concerns. The driveway looks good and we passed our hoa inspection. They cleaned up and we are satisfied with the work.

I could see they took pride in their work and were very meticulous about everything they did at each stage of the process. There was no damage to the plants or grass on either side of the driveway when they were done, which impressed me. They also cleaned up everything afterwards. The driveway looks perfect and all my neighbors have been commenting on the great job they did. Their price was also reasonable compared to other estimates we received. I would definitely recommend them.
