Great job.

The work was okay; I wasn’t too impressed. I think there might’ve been some communication problems. The technicians assessed the areas, and we discussed my husband’s bathroom, my kitchen, and my bathroom. He told me that my kitchen grout looked terrible over the phone. He chose to use up the rest of his time in an area that where I saw little or no improvement rather than spending less time in the kitchen in order to include my bathroom in the time allotted.

They were prompt, professional and efficient. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. They put stuff down on their floors so that their equipment would not mess up the floors. The floor and the grout looks like new. I have been recommending them to anyone in the neighborhood that needs grout cleaning.

Great! The grout was very dirty. It was wonderful to see the original light grey color of grout.

Mark & Ryan were great. Came on time and did a beautiful job cleaning the tile. The rug was an after thought while they were home. Very pleased.

They are great at returning calls; they were careful of hoses used in cleaning and did an excellent job.

In 2009 we had a bad experience with a Chem Dry company where the carpet took forever to dry and caused a mildew smell to remain ever since. There also remained some stains after the cleaning. We had the exact opposite experience with Cleanway. They were very professional and knowledgeable and did a thorough job on all the carpets. They have never looked so clean since we had them installed 5 years ago. We even had a dark blue ink stain in one spot which they said they were not sure would come out. But they treated it, cleaned it and then put some cleaning powder on it before they left. They told us to leave it 24 hours and then vacuum. You can barely tell that stain was ever there. The carpet dried within 24 hours in most areas, the largest room took about 12 hours more to be fully dry. The mildew smell we had is all but gone. I will definitely be using Cleanway again, and have recommended them to any of my friends who needed carpet cleaning. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

Mark had called me to say that they were stuck in traffic so I think they arrived just before 11 a.m. They have a truck mounted system which works reall well. They took the time to protect all the floors by placing tarps on the floors. The proces was explained in detail and tips were given on post treatment care of the carpeting.

Mark and his team did an excellent job! They were quick not only to schedule the job, but also to do the cleaning. Since we don't live in the property, they were very good at communicating when they would arrive, let me know when they were there and the status of the job, and then gave me two follow-up calls afterwards to see if we were happy with the results. They did an excellent job and their professionalism and courtesy are top notch. We have used this company several times over the past few years for our properties (both rental units and our own home) and have always been very satisfied. They do excellent work at a great price. I would highly recommend Cleanway Carpet Care to anyone.

This guy did everything, help me get my carpets cleaned on short notice and not charged extra.

I have used Cleanway (Mark) many times over the years and have always been 100% satisfied. When I moved my husband used another vendor to clean our carpets and the results did not compare. Mark and his team(s) always go above and beyond - removing stains, putting plastic down under all furniture, etc. - and leaves the carpets clean and literally almost dry (much drier than competitor servies) so we were able to walk on it much sooner. I will use them every time gonig forward!

They arrived at the appointment time, worked very hard with amazing results! They were kind to the humans and pets a like. A wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

They did such a nice job, everything was efficient and very professional. And the result was tremendous. My carpets were 15 years old with some tremendous stains; I tried to get the stains up myself and could not get them out. They came in and were able to get every single stain out, which I thought was amazing. They wasted little time and cleaned 3 floors of carpeting. The technician was well informed and moved quickly and professionally, went right to the job. Very happy with outcome and would use them in the future. The work was very thorough and efficient. I would definitely refer them and have already done so.

From the moment I called to when they left the apartment, I was very satisfied. I hadn't realized I had to have the carpets cleaned when I moved out of my temporary housing. It was the day before move-out. Yikes!! I called and they were able to come out the next day. Yay! My cat throws up a lot. Don't know why the cat food makers insist on red dye...but everything I had done never got the stains out. They were able to remove almost all the stains. The carpets looked fabulous. I have recommended Cleanway to several friends. I will certainly call them when I need the carpet cleaned in my new house (which hopefully won't be soon). They were terrific from start to finish. A+ in my book.

The cleaning took about 2 hours. The two men who arrived were punctual and professional. They answered my questions about the carpets and gave me some advice about caring for them in the future. They were able to remove some difficult stains from a couple of the rooms, and otherwise their services made the carpets look brighter and fresher. The only thing that was confusing was the list of instructions for putting funiture back and whatnot, because what's written on the form that they gave me at the completion of the service was different from what the service men said on the premises. In any case, I followed their verbal instructions. It would be useful to have a clear and up-to-date list about what to do follwing the service. I will probably hire them again next summer to do another cleaning.

We satisfied with their work. The carpets were clean.
