Everything was wonderful from their timeliness to the way our carpets and upholstery look. The reminder call a few days before was also nice. They left us with good instructions on what to do after they left and also gave us some spot remover. Also did not try to hard up sell us the day of the cleaning but made us aware of some other options they offered.

I called on a Monday, and they had time available on Tuesday. They arrived on time. The spots on the bedroom carpeting did not out entirely, but I had not expected that they would. The hallway and steps look much cleaner.

They showed up on time and were very neat. They explained the entire process to me in detail and answered all my questions. The tiles and grout looked lovely afterwards and amazingly all the dog urine stains were gone. I would use this company again.

We placed a call to Cleanway and received a very quick return call. Mark was very forthcoming about price and how he proposed to do the job. Mary and Ryan came as promised and did a very good job of making the old pieces look like new.

This was the best carpet cleaning experience yet, and I've lived in my TH for 16 years. Mark showed up on time, and did THE most professional job. He used super-scrubbers where he had to, getting out every stain and every cat hair (I have 2 cats). The rugs looked like new. He even did the upstairs hallway at no charge, to include the Scotchguard. Mark was both thorough and efficient. All this was $300 LESS than Unforgettable, who I've used for years. Cleanway is my new carpet cleaner for life! I've already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

They were very pleasant and nice people. They were unable to clean in the corners of the bathroom. I asked if they could clean the tub and shower, they said they did not have the equipement to do so, which I found to be strange.

Their employees were prompt and pleasant. However, I had to have them come back out twice after our initial appointment because one particular area still looked soiled. In fact, it almost started to look worse. Their technicians explained this was a result of wicking, and the stain was coming from the padding underneath my carpets. This was a little disconcerting to me because I’ve never experience this problem in the past when using other providers. They didn’t charge for the second and third visits, but I was disappointed that they needed to come back out.

We were very happy with CleanWay! Their employees were courteous, clean, and professional. I would absolutely hire them again in the future.

Overall, everything went well. They did a great job on the main areas, and my carpets now look like new. I do want to mention that the stairway wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked. All of the work was completed in 90 minutes, so I feel that the technicians were in a rush. I would use their service again. However, I would specify that I’d like them to pay more attention to the stairway because it wasn’t done as well as the other areas.

The results were excellent. Mark Ayoub was responsive on the phone and in person. The technician, Ryan, was a hard worker, personable, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. He even did some spot cleaning at no extra charge. They charged me $272 for the carpet cleaning and repairs and the big deal for floor cleaning was for #129. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a fine job. It was incredibly easy to schedule, and the technician arrived on time. He explained what he was doing, and he told me that I’d be able to stay in my home while he was cleaning, since the chemicals weren’t going a problem.

The experience was great overall. Their price was very reasonable. We had a number of areas that had pet stains, and they were able to get all of those out; no smells or no stains at all when they were done. They did a fantastic job.
