Company was responsive, and courteous, but service did not help as much as I had hoped.

Very professional, timely, did a fabulous job, cleaned up after himself. The only down side and I didn't have time to investigate other costs, I did think paying $250 for a few hours of work seemed high but I was under a time constraint and am VERY happy with the work. Phone estimate was $200-$250 so he was within his phone estimate. No complaints.

Hired them to clean the grout and tiles in my kitchen. The individual was very knowledgeable and explained a lot to me. The grout looks nice. Would use them again.

The two men who arrived were punctual and professional. They did a good job. I will hire them again next summer to do another cleaning.

Our office carpets had not been cleaned in the five years the company has been in this space but Mark and his crew had no problem dealing with any of the many stains. They were even able to get up most of a large coffee spill that had been bleached by a wayward attempt to remove the stain using Oxyclean. Responsiveness: Good. This is a clearly a small operation so it may take a while for them to respond to phone calls and emails (I generally found their response time was within 12 hours). Punctuality: Excellent. Crew arrived ahead of schedule and were able to finish their work under their time estimate. Professionalism: Very professional. Mark explained what process he would use and how he arrived at the numbers for his estimate. When his crew showed up, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs and requests.

We had just returned to the USA after spending 23 years overseas. I called Mark and explained that I need my mattress cleaned ASAP and wanted him to look at a custom box spring that had been damaged in storage. They managed to fit me in the same day and did an excellent job. He also suggested that we have our ducts cleaned (to help my husbands allergies) which we did with great results.I was very pleased with the quality and used them again to clean two sofas. You won't be disappointed!

The owner visited and provided an accurate estimate of the services provided. Be sure to factor in a charge for Scotchguard which is well worth the expense. They were very responsive to what proved to be a changing schedule on our part and worked very efficiently.

Tech's name was Ryan. Called ahead & arrived when job was scheduled. Very informative, polite. Measured all carpet to be cleaned, price was right around the estimate I was given over phone from office. Excellent company!

They did a great job. As a matter of fact, I'm about to call them again to do some other floors. I had a good experience with them. Their price was good, they came right out and did it the same week, and they came when they said they were going to. I was very pleased with them. They came that day, or the next day. I dealt with the owner of the company and he gave me his cell phone number and sent an estimator out the next day and I think they did it the next day after that. They came out and did the service.

Cleanway is the BEST carpet service I've used in 20 years of living in Springfield VA. Mark and his team were on time, efficient, and thorough. Cleanway provides the best service for the most reasonable price. I have recommended them to friends who were equally delighted. Cleanway is my go-to for carpet cleaning. I won't use anyone else.

Mark was excellent to work with. He noted a few stains that I was concerned about and assured us that he could remove them. And he did. The 3 1/2 year old carpeting, which had never been cleaned, looked like new when Mark was finished.

I ended up using the coupon for carpet cleaning instead of tile cleaning, as I felt I needed that more. They did do a great job cleaning the carpets.

CleanWay Carpet Care was very thorough and very professional. They gave us a lot of helpful advice and offered tips on how to keep the carpet in better shape. We've used them multiple times because they're an outstanding company. They were very helpful in helping us solve problems with pet stains on carpets. CleanWay Carpet Care was very personable, very helpful and very easy to work with. They spend extra time with you, helping you with any problems you have with your particular carpet and that's really important. They don't just come in and do it and leave. They spend extra time with you discussing your needs and how you can get the most out of their service.

Carpet was terribly dirty with smoke tartar, large blue stain of unknown nature, nail polish stains and etc. Mark and his technician did a good quality job. They applied both chemicals and steam machine. They used some powder to prevent reappearance of the stains while carpet was drying.

Excellent! They came exactly on time, looked at the carpet, told us how long it would take, told us how to take care & the carpet & said some stains might not come out because they had bleached.

I purchased the big deal for Ceramic Tile and Grout Cleaning ($121). The technician (Mark) showed up on time and was professional. He took the time to explain the cleaning process. Since the sq footage that needed to be cleaned exceeded the deal limit, I paid extra to have the complete area cleaned. He did a good job and it was a good experience overall.

It turned out wonderful and they did awesome. They seem to be the only ones who can get the spots out. The prices are reasonable, too!

The lady before me had cats and we debated getting new carpet and CleanWay was able to get out all of the odors and hairs. My wife has extreme allergies to cats and it was never an issue after the cleaning. The work turned out very well. I was very pleased and impressed!

We are happy with the job they did. Did an excellent job of cleaning and removing stains. Did work in a timely manner, very professional! Would use again.

Overallit was ok but I didnt get the grout cleaned they wway I wanted to - they said it was the best they could do which I understood.
