Description of Work: Christian Siding did an outstanding job of replacing my old roof. The team was thorough, professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning up when finished. The price was excellent and lower than comparable quality offers. Ben, the sales person was very personable and helpful.

Description of Work: We originally filed a negative report because no one showed up for an appointment and no follow up. As a result, Mr. Kwak, head of the company, immediately contacted us with an apology for the communication error with an employee who had been called away for a family emergency. He came to the house, designed the extensive repair to the playhouse, sent two men to work two days to complete the project, and would accept no payment due to the previous communication problem. They did a beautiful job, and we now plan to hire them for future work.

Description of Work: Ben Adler came to our home to give us an estimate for our roof replacement. In the more than an hour it took him to make his presentation, he spoke primarily about the commercial jobs Christian Siding had performed, discussed the work of his previous employer, and didn't ever actually look at our roof. Toward the end he scribbled two numbers on a piece of scrap paper and slid it quietly across our dining room table. Turns out the numbers represented prices - one with financing and one without. The whole meeting was rather bizarre and we e-mail later to let him know we had chosen another company. He instantly offered a lower price. And then an even lower price. It was all very strange.

Description of Work: They replaced Al shingles and some damaged boards on our large roof, including our house and garage. The work was done punctually, with care and quality, quickly, professionally, and with attention to detail. I would definitely use them again.
