Description of Work: Century arrived promptly on scheduled day and began work immediately. Removed the old T-111 wood siding, fixed any damaged plywood or framing and installed new Hardi board siding with trim. Job completed in less than a week. We are satisfied with the work, the good communication we had with Mr. Kim, his patience explaining the process as to what we wanted and what had to be done.

Description of Work: After a comprehensive, detailed estimate and selection of materials to be used, the Century team arrived at the site at the appointed time and ready to work. They were experienced and came equipped everything they neded for the job. They went to work quickly and while some were doing a part of the job, others were getting things for the next phase. They worked well together with a minimum of down time. The roof was done in a professional manner and cleanup afterwards was equally well done. After doing the roof, the next task was to remove the old siding, apply a weather sheath all around and then new quality siding. They did an excellent job, always working as a team with a steady flow of work. Again the cleanup was excellent. They knew what they were doing, arrived with all their tools and materials and all that permitted them to finish the job in less than the anticipated time. I closely inspected their work and found nothing whatsoever to object to or require more attention. I definitely can recommend Century to any of my friends and acquaintences for a quality job.
