Wow, wow, wow. I seldom write reviews but this experience was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with a contractor and had to share. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable owner came to give estimate on a Saturday afternoon. Provided a very detailed list of work and quote/contract--right there on the spot. He even provided options-- for example, if I wanted to reuse old gutters, or buy new ones. He also pointed out several issues that had been "missed" or "shortcuts" by previous contractors and we added some to his work order. In his bid he quoted more work yet came in almost $1500 less than two competitors that also came to give bids that weekend. We agreed to a 2-3 week start date (to accommodate order/delivery of materials). About a week later they called to say materials had arrived and asked if I would like the work done sooner. ABSOLUTELY. I also asked if they could look at some places on the sides of the house where another (previous) contractor's siding and trim work was not secured, and give an estimate for repairing. Not a problem, they said. It was quick! They were finished with the contracted work in less than a day--my neighbors were pleased with that! I only chatted briefly but the installers really seemed to know their stuff and they left the yard very tidy. (One installer was up above while the other was down below feeding materials--or debris--and cleaning as they went along.) The installer also resecured the siding on one side of the house, and came back the next day to secure the siding on the other side of the house AT NO CHARGE. This was at least an additional 90 minutes to 2 hours worth of work on a very warm sunny day! Not to mention, he took care of some carpenter bees for me while he had his trim-colored caulk handy. I cannot believe they did this at no charge! But alas, they emailed back when I offered to pay for the house call and said, NO additional payment, they were just happy I was satisfied with the work. AND I AM. GREAT JOB CENTURY SIDING! I've rehabbed a foreclosure before and have dealt with contractors extensively. This was BY FAR the best, easiest experience. I am an extremely pleased customer and would definitely use them again and would recommend them highly.

We don't usually write reviews, but we were so impressed by this company that we wanted to do so. The support was outstanding from start to finish. Mr. Kim came to our house multiple times to look at our siding and make recommendations for our project. We received excellent customer service from Mr. Kim, the office team (Mike) and from the crew lead, Danny. We've had extensive remodeling going on at our home and have never seen a team work together so well. The project was done in five days and each day the crew showed up on time and worked long hours until dark. Danny was always available to answer our questions and he willingly made suggestions to solve a problem or make an edit to the house. They even had the exact color touch up paint available and were willing to touch up around the windows and by the chimney. Danny and his crew worked very hard and their attention to detail and dedication were impressive. They were very easy to talk to and always had a smile on their face and came out to greet us when we drove up the drive way. We can't say enough about this entire company and their dedication to our project. I would recommend them to anyone.

Century Siding did a great job from the time I called for an estimate to the time the project was professionally and timely completed. They did an excellent job matching the existing color of our siding, provided a timely and accurate estimate, and did the siding repair when they said they would. The quoted and actual price (same amount) was significantly lower than other estimates we received, and the quality of service was excellent. We were very impressed and will call Century Siding for future siding needs. Thanks!

I called Century and spoke to a nice guy who made an appointment for 5:30 at my rental property a few days later. However on the day of the appointment, I was on time but nobody from Century showed up or even called me to say they wouldn't make it. Customer Service 101 dictates you call the customer as soon as you know you can't make the appointment. I called the office but it was closed. After a half hour of waiting I left. At 6:30 someone called and said they'd be there in a half hour. I told him not to bother. Bad first impression and not very respectful of my time, will not be using this company.

They did some replacement windows for us. They were very professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.

They were excellent.Very meticulous, very clean and quick to come out and do repairs.

The provider responded to my request very promptly, and was able to give me a quote and schedule the work after I emailed them pictures. There was a slight mix-up with the appointment, as they arrived when I wasn't expecting them However, they were very polite, and professional. The replaced trim matches my existing trim and looks great. I am pleased with the work they did.

It went very well. The gentleman removed the loose siding. Repaired the bead board underneath and replaced the siding, piece by piece.

I had some very minor work that needed doing and started calling out to several companies associated to AL. Most contacted would not consider the work because the job didn't meet their minimum. Some referred me to "Handyman" companies that failed to show up after agreeing to do the work. I was shocked to learn how many siding companies won't take on a job under $750-$1000. I stumbled upon Century Siding, who promptly returned calls and emails, despite this being a very small job. They provided a fair estimate and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time. Despite warnings by most that they couldn't match the siding color, Century Siding pulled off a near-perfect match. The quality of the work exceeded expectations. When I have a big job, be it roofing or I loose more siding, Century will definitely get my business.

I would be using them. When I started working with them for the quote process from November their quote was higher and I ended to go with them not for everything that they quoted but for few things. They were very professional and very responsive because I went going back with them for door colors and what I wanted for the door and they always got back to me within a reasonable time frame.

The crew arrived on the agreed upon morning and worked diligently until all windows were replaced. They cleaned everything up afterward, too. The windows look great. The folks doing the work were very good

From initial estimate to finished job, everything went smoothly and came in at exactly as quoted. Prior to payment there were one or two tweaks that needed attention and they were taken care of immediately without any hesitation on the part of the crew. All work was done in four days and each day ended with a thorough cleanup of the site.

Although it was a small job, I'm extremely happy with the work they did. Mr. Kim came earlier than the scheduled time to give me an estimate. The contract process was a breeze and the crew showed up on-time for the installation. The quality of the work is excellent. I'm recommending this company to all my friends and co-workers.

Requested and received five quotes. Century offered the best value for the price. Two of the five offered Mastic products which appear, and feel much superior in quality to similar Certainteed products. The estimate was provided as scheduled. The work was scheduled around our availability and was ultimately delayed a week due to weather. Once the team arrived for the installation, they were very efficient and accomplished the installation in only three days. Communication from the home office was clear, timely, and accurate. One month into the new installation, we're ecstatic with the enhanced curb appeal and looking forward with anticipation, to a maintenance free exterior.

The experience was really incredible, starting from Century's Mr. Kim who visited our home twice to discuss the job as well as to discuss some afterthoughts we had about the need for new gutters. The meetings with him were very pleasant. In addition to being just about the lowest bidder, Mr Kim asked for no deposit; he indicated that we could pay upon satisfactory completion. We should also add that we received estimates from contractors used by a big-box store and a major home improvement store. Century's was almost one-third of the big-box store estimate and less than one-half of the home improvement store's estimate. Although the work was scheduled to be started during the week of October 7th, Century could only get about one- and one-half days due to all the rain that week. But they showed up promptly the following week and stayed until October 19th. The work crew was headed by Bryan Park who it seems is half-man, half-machine as he never stops working once he begins. The crew cleaned up as best they could at the end of each day and completely at the end of the job. Mr. Park seemed to work both quietly and efficiently with his team. It is a matter of our opinion, of course, but we think that the house appearance has substantially improved. In fact, we see just how badly the removed siding had been previously installed. I thought Century should have installed a sign on our lawn when the crew was working because we live on a busy street. At least one person stopped to ask for the name of the company doing the work. But it may be that the company already has enough referral business. Bottom line, we have only praise.

The company owner gave us a very detailed estimate of the work needed on the spot. They showed up for work as promised. My husband does word working as a hobby and is very particular. He was quite pleased with the work. The crew and foreman went above and beyond. A great job was done and done quickly. No mess left behind. Even our neighbors are impressed. The foreman even went and purchased a can of matching paint for us to paint a back door. Great experience!

It was great. Great experience. Their hardie board was cheaper than the competitions vinyl siding. They fixed and replaced rotten wood (i had a bunch) and they made architectural changes per my request. I plan on using them any time in the future for roofing and more. The house looks completely different now...we love it and they did an excellent job!

They were very professional and did not request any funds upfront. Everyone was very polite and they did a great job of picking up after the roofing project.

As always, it went very smooth. Mr. Kim is very responsive in his estimates and his work crews are outstanding. They are courteous, respect the property and do an outstanding job. If working inside, they either remove their shoes or put on shoe coverings. When they leave, the windows look great and you cannot tell a work crew has even been at your house. This company has great products, great prices and great craftsmen. I highly recommend you give them a chance at your project.

Great, the company was very responsive right from the beginning. We had the estimate within a few days of our initial phone call and scheduled the work right away. Everything went very smoothly and quickly.

Our house, a two-story colonial built in 1982 had original aluminum siding and was in serious need of replacement. The owner of the company first came with samples and many professional suggestions regarding materials and colors. The crew arrived when they said they would. About 5 laborers worked 4 full days. We were very impressed by the work ethic of the manager who was here all day every day overseeing the workers. His attention to detail was phenomenal. They did several extra things such as replacing a custom window, painting a rusty electrical box, replacing our doorbell and replacing rotted wood. They cleaned up every every bit of the debris created by the work from the property. I can't imagine another company exceeding the overall excellence of their work. Our house looks brand new! I highly recommend this company!

We had really, really hoped we'd be relocated again before our 1989 windows gave out on us. But, thanks to the economy, that didn't happen and the windows finally failed completely (drafty, moldy, etc.). We spent several weeks exhaustively investigating local providers and their various products. We settled on Century Siding's Soft Lite Pro windows. Century Siding has excellent ratings and reviews with both Angie's and Washington Checkbook and this particular window has excellent ratings and reviews on various websites. We really appreciated the company's no-pressure selling approach and willingness to answer all our questions. Once the windows finally arrived, they scheduled an installation time. They showed up when they said they would and proceeded to work very, very hard. They had hoped to complete the "inside work" on all 28 windows by the end of the first day but some dry rot repair slowed them down. They popped the last few windows in first thing the next day. The exterior work took another day and a bit. In total, they were here for about 2.5 days. I cannot commend their workers enough for their neat work habits and cleanup skills. I really dislike it when contractors leave a mess. If all contractors worked to Century's standards, I would be a very, very happy customer. Prior to completion, I noticed one of the windows didn't have the specified grids. Century assured me they'd get it right. A few weeks after installation, the OWNER of the company that provided Century with the windows PERSONALLY delivered the window. Fortunately, he noticed the locks weren't on the replacement. So, he left the window with me and had one of his people pop over the next day to get everything set up properly. He also arranged for his worker to clean a window I couldn't. (Turns out it was an oily residue and easily removed with Goof Off and a razor blade....good to know!). In summary, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We are very, very happy with the service they provided and the quality of the product we selected. While I don't expect to fully recover our investment, I can already see the savings in our utility bills and that's a nice benefit.

I contacted Century siding to get an estimate to replace 3 windows in my master bedroom due to noise outside. I also wanted a quote to replace and wrap my rake board after getting a notice from my HOA. I was able to get a quote within two days. The estimate for the rake board repair is significantly cheaper than my other estimates. I am planning on completing the project. One thing that I appreciate from this company is the lack of sales pressure. They presented the quote, which was good for 30 days and wanted me to do more research before moving forward. I will move forward with this company.
