Chong Kim met with me 3 times to ensure I fully understood the scope of work and desired options. Mr. Kim was very patient with explaining differences in products and helped to suggest color and various options that were available. The crew leader's communication with me throughout the installation was great! The Crew started on time and worked hard all day long, in spite of 100+ degree days! Setup to completion took 4 days, 1 day ahead of schedule! They promptly removed all debris after the job was completed. Definitely the best working crew I have ever encountered. Competitively priced siding. Many neighbors throughout our street complimented us about our new siding and were aware of how hard the crew worked during the installation process. We think we have the best looking house on the street!

Estimate was done very quickly, and original installation was in only 2 weeks. After it was done however we thought that it looked only parially done because some of the trim was left uncovered and was rotting. We had Mr. Kim come out again. There had been a miss communication on what we thought and what he stated was covered. He carefully detailed the additional costs of wrapping the additional trim. Even with the miss communication, Century still had the best price, the workers were very detailed and did a nice job of cleaning up, I would use them again, however next time I might take pictures and make drawings to show exactly what is included in the replacement.

Mr. Kim, the president, met with us personally and did a thorough, professional estimate; walking us through the choices available to us and giving us very competitive pricing on great quality materials (siding, gutters, windows) for the job. The workers were on-time, courteous, and did a great job. We will return to him for any of our future work and recommend him to anyone to talk to first on their list.

After meeting with and getting quotes from five contractors, we selected Century to replace our gutters and clad the bump-out bay window over our deck. We chose Century because we were impressed both by how Mr. Kim's (the owner of Century) attention to detail about the project and the very fair price he gave us. Century fixed the bay window first. Two Century siding technicians came out the following week and replaced the rotten wood at the base of the bay windows, installed cladding around the entire bump-out, and replaced the old wooden baseboard with PVC-Azek board. They worked a full ten hours to finish in one day and left the deck and yard spotless. The following Tuesday, the gutter installers came out. It was a team of three and they were able to replace the front and rear gutters, as well as paint over parts of the wood that were peeling, in 1 1/2 hours. They also left our deck and yard as clean as they found it. All of Century's service people were polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. You could tell from they they worked that these were all skilled and experienced professionals. I recommend them with the highest confidence.

The estimate process went very well. The work was scheduled to begin within 2-3 weeks(actually started the next week). The price quoted was the best for the work we wanted done. Work was completed in a timely manner(2 days), and was completely satisfactory.

They were very good. They didn't require any money upfront. When the job was finished and was up to our satisfaction then we paid. We have cracked a window and they have replaced it. We had done out and got 6 quotations and theirs kind of came in the middle. They'd done a lot of work around my neighborhood; so it made us feel comfortable using them.

I did get a call back from them. Unfortunately, I was told that they only service siding that they install which leaves me out of it since my siding is original from the builder.

One thing that they could have improved on is their communication. They told me that it would only take 2-3 weeks to get the material, but I did not hear back from them after submitting the signed contract until a month later. I thought they had decided not to do the work, but after coming back from my vacation I saw the material being placed in my backyard. Other than that, the vinyl siding looks fantastic. I'm very pleased with the work and the price.

All all siding was replace with ALCOA (Vinyl with foam in the back) - Century Siding removed old siding from 3 sides of my house, Tyvex wrapped my entire house on the first days and the big snow storm hit the next day, up to 20'' of snow falled. The snow drift was 4 - 5 ft height around my house. They did not show up for next 3 days after the snow, but on third days, they showed up shovel around my house and start proceed to put up new siding along with remove and install 13 of my windows and 1 garden window. The promised of getting is done in 1 weeks was extend by 4 days. The works was done on Dec 23, 2010, just 2 days before Christmas. I had appraciate their works so much that I had recommend them to my father-in-law and my aunt house also. For my father-in-law, they replaced 12 windows, this was start and finish within 3 hours. My aunt house, they had replace 6 windows, one sliding door and aluminun cap all outside wood. Great company, and excellent price for workmanships and materials.

Century Siding promptly responded to my request for an estimate. Once we decided to go forth with their services, the work was scheduled within a week. After resolving some issues regarding damaged boards, they quickly purchased the necessary supplies and got to work replacing and wrapping the boards. They put in a long day and got the majority done. Another crew came by several days later to install the gutters. Although we had to call them back to rectify a few small gaps in work (missing trim along one side of the roof-line and exposed wood on a few end-caps), we believe they did a very good, professional job and we are very happy with the work done.

The two workers were fantastic. Hard workers and did a fantastic job, even considering it was 95+ degrees during the time they worked.

A very professional looking gentleman showed up on time to provide us with cost estimate. In fact, he had come over the day before to make very accurate measurements of our exterior. The day we met him, he already knew what needs to be done and how much it was going to cost. He explained to us very patiently the options we have and did not apply pressure on us to decide right away. We asked him to come over to our house a week later to clarify some questions and customized the work to be done according to our needs. In fact this was the only company that offered to remove the old siding and then put the new siding on. All other companies would directly apply the new siding over the old one and that too for the same cost!!! Also since the work was done in March, we received a 15% discount as well on our price. We checked with roughly 8-10 referrals that the company provided and everybody seemed to be happy with their work. The work started exactly on time the day the company promised. It took them full 5 days to complete the job, which included working over a Saturday. The work was done towards the end of winter time, so you can imagine the cold weather + some drizzly days. The employees were very professional and their work ethic was impeccable. They started work at 8 am everyday and did not finish until 6pm or so every evening. They bring their own lunch and took short lunch breaks and worked without wasting any time. It has been about 5 months since the work has been completed as I write this review and everything has held up so far. I would certainly recommend them to anybody. In fact, I will consider them for the next big job around our house as well..

Showed up on time, worked on a Saturday from 8am-6pm in 102+degree day and finished Monday 8am-3pm. Out of 6 companies called they were lowest by $1-2K and totally explained what was to be done. Best contractors I ever dealt with they were punctual, courteous, professional and completely cleaned up. I would recommended to everyone.

They were very prompt in providing an estimate and scheduling the work. On the day of the installation, they were very quick to do the job. They left the area clean and were very courteous during the job. Would highly recommend them for any siding job.

They are very reliable and they do good work. They had 2 people actually come and measure. The first one was just approximation so that they could write up the estimate. Once we decided to have the work done, another gentleman came out and did a little bit more specific measuring. It is an old house and nothing was square, so the windows were custom made. They measured, had the windows made, and came out and installed them.

We were pleased with the job and thought the price was excellent and would recommend Century to our neighbors.

I'm very happy. They came out to do an estimate right away. Like other customers, I found that they didn't respond right away when I called back to schedule the service, but upon a second phone call they were very responsive and got the job scheduled for the next week. The workmen and the owner showed up on time, with all needed supplies, were courteous and professional. They were able to handle some difficult trim work that other companies had said was impossible. In addition, they removed and replaced my new gutters very carefully with no damage. We've received numerous compliments on the trim work, as they used an attractive bead board style soffit and added interesting details on large fascia. I waited to see how the work would weather for a few months of winter weather, and it's been perfect.

I had six contractors come out and provide an estimate of work before I decided on Century Siding. In the end I felt the estimate was reasonable (not the highest or lowest) and I felt Mr. Kim was honest in his assessment of what needed to be done and how he would go about it. The work crew showed up promptly on the day I was told the work would start and the work was completed within the timeframe promised. The crew was very professional, conscientious and paid atention to detail. They cleaned up very nicely at the end of each day and took care around flower beds and shrubbery. I was able to communicate with them during the work and as a result some details were completed exactly as I wanted. I am completely satisfied with the finished product and have received many compliments from my neighbors on the job that was done. I would gladly recommend Century Siding to any homeowner considering a siding contractor.

An excellent experience. The estimate was very professional and was done at the time of the visit (other places I received estimates did not give estimates right away). Mr. Kim clearly explained everything that was to be done. The installation went very well (we lucked out and had excellent weather). Very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a very good experience with their company overall. They gave us an estimate and their rates were very competitive. They finished the job when they said that they would. I was pleased that there were no surprises throughout the project with the work or the price. I give them A's for everything. I had no complaints about their services.

Perfect. I called the company and they came out and left me an estimate and samples. I called them and discussed options, listened to their suggestions and picked out my type and color. There were no high pressure sales tactics and everything was done over the phone. They ordered my supplies and called me about two weeks later to ask if they could start. Century came out, removed the old siding and trim, replaced everything and cleaned up. The next day they came out and finished the gutters. My shutters were not in, due to a color discrepancy on my part but when they arrived they were put up immediately. They left me a bill after all the work was complete and I gladly sent them the check. Century Siding was courteous, complete and professional.
