Description of Work: I have an Oriental Rug that my mother sent me from Turkey over 40 years ago. It wasn't worn but was very dull and looked dirty. I was able to drop the carpet off with Rugs Direct here in Winchester and they took care of the transportation to and from Ayoub. The carpet looks like it is new. The colors are bold and the whites are bright. I am very pleased.

Description of Work: Ayoub was wonderful to deal with for household carpet cleanining. Professional, thorough, efficient, and the price was right. I'd give them an A accross the board for home rug cleaninig. However, my experience went a little sideways when I asked if they could repair an oriental rug. Long story short Ayoub seemed to misplace the rug for several weeks in the handoff between the cleaners and their repair department resulting in multiple calls and significant delays. However their customer service department was excellent, they expedited the repair, gave me a discount, and the quality of the repair was excellent.

Description of Work: I heard from Nanci as soon as I purchased my Angie's List Deal and she was so wonderful to work with. She ensured that I was scheduled ASAP and was incredibly friendly and helpful. They cleaned 2 floors of our townhouse, so 3 bedrooms, 2 hallways, 2 sets of stairs and a large basement room. My window was between 10 and 1, and I got a call at 12:30 informing me that they wouldn't be arriving until about 12:55. Although I was a bit upset that they didn't arrive until the very end of the window, they did promise that they could get the job done before I needed to leave. The two gentleman that arrived were very professional, and they did indeed finish the cleaning in the time that they had promised (an hour and a half), which was great. The carpet was spotless, and I loved that they left me with a bag that included some spot treatment and other goodies for the carpet. Overall I was very satisfied with my service and would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Angie's List Deal for two 8'x10' oriental rugs to be cleaned. In addition to the standard cleaning I had the rugs sanitized and one rug needed to be repaired and serged on one side. Since one rug was significantly over the 8'x10' size, I needed to pay for the overage and repairs. These charges were quite reasonable and the end result was that I had two very beautiful rugs ready for the holidays. I would recommend Ayoub Rug cleaning without any reservations. Since I have oriental rugs in almost every room in my home, I use Ayoub exclusively because I have found them to treat my precious rugs with care and take the time to roll them up for me and place them where I want them when they are delivered. I have great respect for Ayoub Rug Cleaning and will continue to use them.
