Description of Work: They were very responsive and helpful. When they arrived we were having some painting done. They informed us that cleaning the carpet with wet paint could cause problems with the painting job. So they rescheduled their service for a time that was convenient and yet also within a couple of days as we needed to have the service performed prior to the house going on the market.

Description of Work: Ayoub carpet picked up my two custom area rugs, transported them to their facility and cleaned them thoroughly. The carpets look beautiful! Their workmen carefully moved my furniture before removing and replacing the rugs, making sure that the carpets were aligned properly with the rug pad and other furniture. They were respectful and helpful. The carpets seem to retain dirt more easily than before, however, I have not contacted the company to ask them about this problem.
